This Publix is great! Very clean and the staff is very friendly. I ordered my daughters birthday cake from here and everyone loved it. And because she was turning one she got a free smash cake with the 1/2 sheet cake that I ordered. The cinnamon rolls were delicious also. I drive 45 minutia just to get this cake. I will continue to shop here because the produce and meats look so fresh. I havent tried the hot bar or sandwich bar but Im sure it will not disappoint.

Very solid and polite staff in which a customer would almost positively notice while shopping, how clean their store is. Shelves are stocked nicely and neatly, appearance must be one of the priorities for this store. Pharmacy and the technicians are very professional, kind, and organized it seems to me. Enjoyable shopping experience everytime!

I especially love the British aisle section. I lived in England during my Naval service (for several years) and they have items I missed so much. This is, without question, my favorite grocery store. Its very clean, bright, and organized. The staff are also very helpful and polite. The quality of the meat, produce, and other fresh foods is always excellent. The beef in particular is really fantastic and I always prefer it to beef from Harris Teeter.

Its a nice store but the employees arent really nice. Some are but some others needs better training. They seem like they have an attitude and the baggers and cashiers slam your food in the bags. I dont like that at all and dont think anyone else would either.

The store is nice and everything from produce, deli, seafood,and flower sections are super fresh! Its a little bit pricier for my liking but will do in a pinch! They also carry some items you may not find at your food lion or other grocery chains here! Employees r super polite and sweet as well

Good selection of food and boars head products. The reason Im giving 5 stars is mostly because they will walk you to your car and load it for you. This was a life saver while pregnant last year and now with a little baby it helps a ton with getting baby in the car and not have to worry about not being able to return my cart. The staff is super friendly and I always leave with a smile. This is the only Publix Ive been to in a long long time that treats customers like this. Thank yall for all that you do! 💓

This place was wonderful! First time I ever shopped there. The staff was so helpful. Especially the young man in the frozen foods dept. He went completely out of his way to find my favorite ice cream. I was so happy because all the other stores were sold out. Im a bear without my ice cream! Thanks young man! Made my day! I was shopping in the Publix today for cold cuts. Kelsey was awesome in helping me pick out low sodium options by Boars Head and giving me an information book. Always great service but Kelsey was above and beyond.

Just had eye surgery and could not lift over 10 lbs and asked cashier to get someone to take groceries to car and there was no one so he helped me out and suddenly someone came to assist,I love their store

I usually go there For theyre pre made food. I got honey surasha wings a few weeks ago from here which were delicious. I came back for them today and was told they had not carried them in months. Theyre bakery is also more expensive than whole foods and not quite as good.

This is probably one of the best grocery stores in town. Its always clean and nicely stocked,has a very easy to navigate layout and the employees are always very nice and helpful.This store has some of the best cuts of beef in town,nice and large n thick perfect for the grill only down side is when they arent on sell it can get a bit pricey but totally worth every penny and the taste is outstanding.Definitely has become my go to for meat and produce.

Thus store is always so clean and well stocked plus the staff is very friendly and helpful. A definite shopping go to place.You will enjoy.

The deli department always disapoints. They dont seem to care how you want your meet and/or cheese cut and rush through the process. I highly suggest going to a different Publix for your cold cuts.

I like the wide aisles but the produce doesnt always look the best. They sometimes have impossible burger on sale. They are the only place I can find the follow your heart american cheese so loyalty to that. They also always have some unique vegan options in the right corner that I appreciate. Ordered a cake for my sons first birthday and put chocolate flavor with buttercream icing and when we went to cut it, it was vanilla. Very annoyed with the situation because all the guests agreed on chocolate flavor.

Publix is always great. The workers are super friendly and helpful. My only issue with this particular store is that they rarely have the wine that is on special. Its not that they run out, they dont even carry it. This is the 3rd week in a row that I went there for a wine that was in the ad and they dont even offer it there.

Stop here to get the subs often. Love them. Fresh and made to order. Can get them hot or cold. Several varieties to choose from and good prices. Can order a half or a whole, but the whole is a slightly better deal.Can also order ahead online. Staff is friendly and place is clean. A great, quick meal to take to the beach. They also cut them in half and wrap each half separately, which is really helpful if you want to save some for later. Manager thanked me for my visit on my way out. Will be back.

I visit Publix for two specific items that they only seem to carry. The employees arent that nice and arent really helpful.

Although I dont go here often, I am always impressed by customer service. My husband was in one of the electric carts. He had ordered some deli meat. When his order was done, the young man came around the counter to hand him the meat. I asked a question about a rib roast and the guy came out of the meat room, handed me a cooking guide, pointing out the info inside the brochure. The customer service there is a 10!

Everyone seems to think there prices are too high. Personally they are in line with the Teeter. If comparing to the Lion or other less quality chains then yes they are higher. Everything Ive had from Publix so far, thats not a national brand has been great! There fruit by far is much fresher and their hot bar is awesome as well.

This had been my favorite grocery since they opened last year. However, in the last few weeks things seem to have gone way downhill. There is a sign posted on the front doors stating that masks must be worn covering nose and mouth by customers as well as staff. Two weeks ago I counted five staff members not wearing the mask correctly. One week ago I counted three employees not following the rule. The other day I counted four employees not complying. This shows disrespect to all customers and to fellow employees, to say nothing about possible contamination of foodstuffs that they are working with. I shall be shopping elsewhere from now on. A real shame as it had been a great store to do my grocery shopping.

I absolutely love this Publix! We became Publix shoppers when we lived in FL. After moving back to Wilmington, we were thrilled to find out a brand new Publix was 2 miles from our home. The store is so clean, the produce and meats are fresh, the people are the friendliest Ive ever experienced at any supermarket. I will never shop anywhere else!! Oh, and the fried chicken is the BEST you will find anywhere! Love my Publix!!

Fantastic experience here. All of the groceries are comparable in price and quality to Harris teeter. Publix is in a league of its own when it comes to the deli section, however. Andy is the gentleman who made my sandwich. He is entertaining, quick, precise, and very polite, all at the same time. Highly recommend for both groceries and a quick lunch/dinner!
