Shane met with Dynasty Furniture USA owner Kenneth Mayfield to go over the specifications of what our vision was for the sign. Any questions or concerns that we had - we called Shane. My initial phone call could have been better. A training was scheduled in which the tech was not available. There was a lack of communication, however, once I was able to have the tech on the line the service was wonderful.

This is a great company. They provide a great product. They are very customer oriented. They call back promptly. They give tremendous technical support. If anything is faulty or bad, you take a picture of it, send it to them and they replace it free of charge.

My first encounter with LED Sign City was a bit unnerving. I am not a technological person and was very worried about being able to learn how to operate our company sign.I was put at ease by my representative within 60 seconds of his call. LED Sign City has supplied our mult-site carwashes with top notch P8 and P10 LED systems. The first time we purchased a P10 system (in 2015) and recently we purchased a P8 system (in 2019). The LED systems are certified by an internationally accepted body (which was a requirement for our citys permit issuing dept).
