They did a great job helping us adjust the size and design of our boat name to get it just right. Online proofs made it east to see what we were getting and make a final adjustment. Everything cut quickly and ready for us to pick up. Thanks for the tip about using masking tape down the middle of the sign to position before applying each side separately. I recently hired fast signs to have decals placed on my vehicle. I opted to do this rather than buying magnetic signs because I’ve done so in the past and thought they looked cheesy.Once in the past I hired a sign shop in Charlotte to make magnetic signs. Following their advice and recommendations, I paid over $200 and found the signs to be oversized for my vehicle and looked silly. Also, the signs looked gaudy according to my family and friends, I agreed.Recently, I bought more signs from Vista Print and they just looked unprofessional.I was referred to Fast Signs on Oleander by a friend and very satisfied customer.When I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly, qualified and pleasant gal. Within a few short moments a gentlemen ( I believe the owner ) who’s obviously an artist based on his recommendations, outlined what he could do followed by showing me all of my color options. He gave me great advice and I could not be more thrilled with the outcome.I’ve even washed the car through the car wash several times since and they are perfectly in tact!I would also like to mention that while There dropping off my vehicle and waiting for my ride,a women came into the store asking for directions. She continued to talk to the same gentlemen that helped me the first day and took my orders ear off for over 10 minutes, while he obviously had a dozen other things he could be doing. I listened as he was so patient, polite and kind to her, beyond belief actually. When she left, I had to tell him how patient and kind he was and that while I listened all I could think was -I’m definitely joining a senior center when I become that lonely. He just smiled.I wanted to mention that story because so rarely in life do you find a business where the owners and employees treat everyone who walks in their door with such kindness respect and fairness, even if they are not buying something.Back to my signs.You will never regret doing business here!Also, the prices were extremely reasonable.I paid more for the magnetic signs and these look so professional.

If I could give less than one star I ABSOLUTELY would!!! The worst customer service experience I have ever had!!! The lack of communication and just pure unwillingness to keep in contact. I will never use or recommend this company again!! They had scheduled and rescheduled our install until they eventually set our business back almost 3 months!! Once they finally got around to us they sent the most unprofessional installers! They blocked most of our customer parking, which we were prepared for, bit then the guy kept a cigarette in his mouth at all times which in turn let the smell creep in to our building and had our customers complaining because they had to walk through it. Overall I am extremely displeased with their level of customer service!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!
