Fast quick clean service just like they advertised

I tried 3 times this month, cars lined up 2 HOUR wait time to get oil change. I went to Goodyear store, Naamans Rd, only $29. and they rotated my tires free. Jiffy lube should change their name to SLOW LUBE. While they are making a huge profit, they are FAILING at customer service, nothing about this is JIFFY

Wow. I called and asked if they had or could get head light bulbs for my car, today. Dude said, We have to look at the bulb, we dont go by make and model. Lol ! I said, ok thanks. How busy are you? ..he hung up on me . Rude as hell!

When I drove in I asked about how long he said just a couple minutes. I waited 20 minutes and got out and asked again.With a very condescending response we are thorough. You will just have to wait! I didnt. I left and never to return. Im sure they dont care.

I had a great customer service experience. My car needed some repairs and Jiffy Lube GM took care of all of my expenses. I was very please with the speed of their response. My particular issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I got a call back within the hour and a refund arrived within days. Great company.

I visited this location this past October and had trouble with my car ever since then. I could not find the reason as to why my car was making a rough sound when I first turned my car on and when driving. I had to take my car to a mechanic and ask that they check the fan that is connected to the engine bc I thought something was stuck and was causing this sound I kept hearing. They checked my oil and said that I did not have any oil. The filter had the date 10-20-2020 and I should’ve had oil I told them. So I got another oil change and was ready to go. As I proceeded to back out of the shop there was a huge oil puddle. I drive back in, my car was lifted and there was oil leaking from the oil pan. Jiffy Lube capped the oil pan with a cap that was not not my original oil cap and with a cap that DID NOT FIT. My engine could have exploded with myself and two small children inside because of their negligence. And to make matters worse, the cap that they replaced my original oil cap with wasn’t even a cap that goes to an oil pan. I will never use their services, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I am just thankful that I nor my children or anyone else was hurt due to Jiffy Lube and their ignorance. Be safe and find another place to have your oil changed.

Took my hummer there. They said the bolts were stripped couldnt do oil change. Left there went to Nucar no problems had service no stripped bolts in and out in no time

Excellent service they open your car door for you they vacuum your car they wash your windows full service they top off all your fluids best oil change Ive hadnt ever Ive been going to Jiffy Lube now for years and Ill remain a loyal customer as long as they give the service that theyre giving the workers are friendly service with a smile through the mask they tell jokes they offer you a chair inside or outside of course I said outside because there was about four people inside I wanted to be safe but the chairs outside in the sun and they check on you to make sure youre okay and then you can even make a donation to the veterans I love Jiffy Lube great place

This is the best jiffy lube in this area. All the guys that work there are fast as hell, so nice and and efficient. I live in Philly and I literally drive out of my way to come to this specific location. Even when theres a line Ive never been here for more than 20 minutes. Give these dudes a raise.

My only complaint with this location is that proper social distancing is impossible in their waiting room. the chairs are not positioned 6 feet apart, people are within 6 feet of the front door. they really should come up with a solution like letting people remain in their cars for the service. the waiting room area is not safe given the pandemic we are dealing with. the service is what you would expect from Jiffy Lube.

If I could give the location zero stars, I would. Could not call to speak with them, because the phone number wasn’t in service. If you want to get ripped off royally, than by all means, this is the place to go.

TERRIBLE on social distance and masks. MOST IMPORTANT. Always looking for that extra buck. I have never paid more for a standard oil change. If this is a place where you want to pay $114.00 for a standard oil change, this is the place to be. I detailed my vehicle and needed an oil change and tire pressure check. Watch out for those extra charges and look for discounts and coupons BE-4 you go. They dont ask while you are there !

Went for an oil change. Quick service. Friendly and hospitable staff (actually holds the door for you when you enter and leave!). Upfront with everything. Relatively comfortably waiting space. Would recommend coming here for oil change.

I came in for an oil change and got a 5-star quality service. They didn’t try to up sell me on anything not needed. The staff cared about each individual customer and really made the experience worry free.

This particular Jiffy Lube is run very efficiently. The people in the shop follow the protocol I communicate well with each other and with the customers. They will try to sell you things that you may need to keep your car running properly. They will also let you wave off everything that you may decide can wait till next time. I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for years and had always had faith in their work and always appreciate the speed in which they shuffle my service.

Quick and courteous service, no appt needed (unlike the other guys) these guys know what they are doing and you can tell they take pride in their work, they have my repeat business

Terrible experience!! They talked me into getting my tires rotated but didnt do it. I know because I had one different tire and it was in the same position! They basically called me a liar. I will never ever go here again.

Be aware. Always check to be sure your oil was filled.

Super friendly and courteous. They always offer coffee and point to the restrooms and magazines when they take you to the waiting area. They take time to explain what your car may need (always according to your manufacturers guidelines), and they show it to you on the computer with graphics (this helps me to understand greatly). They vacuum out your car, and wash your windows on top of it all. I really enjoy going and getting my oil changed now, and thats not something I thought Id ever say!

The staff needs a class on how to be professional...One of the staff member claimed My son and I, were leaning on his old blue jeep (which was parked in front of the store) One staff member kept speaking to me in Spanish even though I was speaking to him in perfectly clear English!!!

Quick and friendly service. A little pricy for a blend oil change $70 but the time saved vs going to a standard dealership and waiting an hour plus can be worth it.

Terrible work. Paid over $50 for a basic oil change on a common crossover SUV. 20 minutes after I leave I have lights on my dash that have never been on before. Take it back and they say it’s just the tire pressure but can’t turn the light off themselves. I’ve refilled my own tires before plenty of times and never have had an issue. Last time I took my other car here two hours later the check engine light came on as well. If it wasn’t for the convenience of no appointment I would’ve never returned. Lesson learned

I went here today and those young MEN, showed hospitality I did not expect from a place involving auto. I was not only impressed but so pleased I had to leave a review hours later. All the way from another state. I will consider to travel here again. Thank you!

Six people before me and I think I will be out in under 35 minutes. Courteous, held doors for everyone, cleaned my interior unlike my JiffyLube at home. Didnt have my oil brand, but had comparable.

Have you ever drank oil? I mean like straight-up crude. Its disgusting. Its toxic. Dont ever drink crude oil.I like these guys honestly, They can get a bad rap but these are some nice Lube dudes. They are really good at keeping my insides super slippery. I mean my cars engines insides! Ive been here before so no biggie. In out quick as can be. You have to pay a few bucks for that thing. But its good.Raphael dont work there anymore. I miss Raphael, but the other guys are great. 5 out of 5 stars. My only concern is that there was an older gentleman there who told me that my windshield wipers were missing. Ive literally never heard of windshield wipers and I have no idea what he was talking about. Isnt that weird? I cant really blame them though, because he didnt even work there . He was sitting on the bench out front feeding the birds. Yeah, it was just another Saturday but this one got oily.*Lubricant. Our oil change was so quick I hardly realized they had pulled the car into the garage. What more can you ask for! Prices are a little high though.

My third time here. 1st experience was great. On the 3rd found out a filter was not installed properly on my 2nd visit and they tried to sell me a new one. The manager (Tim) smirked the whole time I tried to explain my concerns. The filter isnt even supposed to be filled until about 15k miles and itd been 4500 since they last replaced it.Bottom line, the filter costs $7 and they charge $30 for it. They make a lot of money doing it and making it seem like a courtesy.Other than poor management (Tim) the guys there are friendly and treat you with respect.Update: I was called by the owner and given a credit for my next visit. Havent had a single problem since. (Gone back 3x since review)

I have never been so sorry I choose this place for my automotive needs. On 8/3/18, our car was taken in for an oil change. The following morning, we decided to take it back for a transmission fluid change. This car had no leak or issue before our visit. While there, no one announced any concerns while or after the work had been done. On 8/7/18, I received a distress call from my son who was stuck on the highway. The car shut down, making loud noises. It had to be towed to a service center where they established no oil in the car. The oil stick was completely dry. I announced that it had just had an oil change 4 days ago. I went back to Jiffy Lube. Management came to the automotive shop to examine the car. They could not see why this happened. The manager asked me to get a diagnostic and estimate of the damage and get back to them and that he would notify the owner. On 8/10/18, the service center told me that something was now broken in the engine and it would be costly to fix. They also remarked that they did not see evidence of an oil leak that large. They suggested I contact JL headquarters. I did just that. Well, headquarters was no help. They reported it to the owner who called to say they didn’t bear any responsibility to fix it. Since my situation, I have had at least six people tell me they had some issue with their car after a visit here. We had to junk our car because of the cost. Save yourself the trouble!

I came in because of the proximity but now I will come back regardless of how far it is. Staff was helpful, friendly, and crushed the service part.

I took my vehicle here for oil change and headlight out and the vehicle I have is a company car which I don’t have to pay anything out of pocket which I assume they know. They insisted that I have to pay for oil and everything else. So I told them not to work on the vehicle I will go somewhere else. So the called manager with an attitude then hesitantly said “ oh anyway don’t worry will take care of it.” Why trying to steal from your customers????

Super fast oil and fluid changes. They treat you very nice here. The prices are so cheap why would anyone ever change their own oil when it can be done while waiting in a climate controlled environment in 15 minutes or less for the same price? They check tires fill/deflate tires, vacuum while they do it as well. Only thing I would say is dont do the engine flushes but thats it.

Anything but Jiffy! First time at Jiffy Lube ever. I was there for about an hour and 15 minutes. About 30 minutes before my car was ready, Shawn P. informed me that my car would be ready in 15 minutes. At the 30 minute mark, I looked up and my car was sitting outside with the car door open and key in the ignition. I went out and asked Shawn how long my car had been done and he told me 3 minutes. Two cars behind me in the bay were moved in and air and heater filters were removed from both cars. (I dont think the workers are that fast) Shawn said to me whats your hurry and said he would be with me in 3 minutes. That time he was correct. Not very customer oriented. My last time at a Jiffy Lube!

Oil change was good, just broke my valve stem on my car when putting air in the tires.

Sent my son over to get an oil change.... the tucked the wipers under the hood... yes today is the storm... no wipers ... owned to car for 25 yrs ... this was intentional ...There is no way you can do this unless two people hold the wipers and close the hood... totally unethical

Observations from visit follow:1) Positive - Staff honored request that air filter not be touched.2) Delta - Invoice claims floors vacuumed but visible dirt remained in all floor areas.3) Delta - Invoice claims tire pressure was declined but was not.4) Delta - Invoice claims customer declined review but was not.I would offer that the services rendered and the inaccurate claims on the invoice are not reflective of the price paid. The staff appeared to be overwhelmed with the volume at the time but that does not warrant curbing services or making inaccurate claims.
