I really like taking my Audi here for service (used to use another Audi location) This facility is very modern, spacious, plenty of room to sit and work or relax while you are waiting for your your car to be ready. This facility is immaculately clean. There is a nice self-service coffee bar. They also have some really good retail merchandise if you want to shop for clothing, bags, sunglasses, etc.

Very impressed with this dealer, starting with my sales guy, Andrew O’ Brien! I had a bad taste in my mouth after several bad experiences at other dealerships. Andrew did a great job, stayed close with communication and followed through on everything he said he would do. Then when I picked up my vehicle and we noticed a scuff he worked with his team to fix it super fast without so much as asking. Looked like brand new in minutes! Audi Wilmington Service centre is spacious and very well maintained. Customer service representatives are very well behaved, professional and courteous. The waiting area is very nice. You can wait there in waiting area and continue your work connecting to guest wifi. You can have coffee and snacks at the cafeteria. You will get a video recording with analysis regarding your vehicle condition. Definitely recommend this service centre if you are residing in Delaware.

By far the easiest and most enjoyable vehicle purchase that I ever experienced. Was interested in a vehicle from The Gallery and Andrew O’Brien brought the car to me to check it out and test drive. Andrew was fantastic throughout the entire process. No pressure whatsoever, he was very quick to respond to any questions as we basically worked out a deal via telephone. The whole team and specifically Andrew were excellent. Very patient with me and accommodating to my schedule as it would take a few days before I could take delivery. Everything was ready to go when I got there, was in and out in no time at all. Financing was a breeze. Awesome, helpful, and friendly dealership.I was in the market for a fairly new used Audi S5, and other dealerships werent cutting it. Id always find sketchy cars, or unhelpful, small dealerships around eastern PA. I knew Audi Wilmington had a beautiful Sepang blue 2015 Audi S5 for sale, but I wasnt sure if the distance was worth looking at the car. Im glad to say I now own the S5. Dealer has been on top of the ball, and quite generous. They were planning on getting the rims refinished, and I suggested that they do them black, even though the deal wasnt set in stone. I showed up to the dealership to find an immaculate, pearly blue S5 with deep glossy black rims in superb condition waiting for me. This car looked like it just got off the factory floor. When I say it was immaculate, it really was in awesome condition - you could hardly tell it had 77,000 miles on it! This review is just to show my appreciation for Audi Wilmingtons awesome service.

I was searching for a C6 Corvette on Cars.com and came upon a beautiful 2011 Corvette Coupe at Audi Wilmington. After reviewing the pictures and info from the dealership I made contact with sales manager Sam Brandes. I put a deposit on the car while I did some research on the car. The Carfax was clean and the options on the car were exactly what I was looking for. With the help of Mr.Brandes I started the necessary paperwork over the internet. Paperwork in order I purchased the car. With the expert help of Mr.Brandes and another associate Andrew OBrien I arranged to pick up the car and drove to the dealership from Richmond, Virginia. At the dealership Mr.OBrian greeted me and proceeded to show me the car before all paperwork was completed. The Corvette was even better than the pictures indicated. On August 11, 2021, I was driving my 2015 Audi A7 about 500 miles from home, and I desperately needed the service department of the Wilmington Delaware Audi dealership to spend 10 minutes manually checking the oil level, but I was told by the service coordinator that there was nothing they could do before the next available appointment on August 28.I explained that I was on the road, traveling from Bethany Beach, Delaware to Rhode Island, that I had recently had my A7 serviced at my home dealership in Charlotte, NC, and that the car had just, for the third time, instructed me that the oil was low and to add a quart, which I had already done twice. I discovered online that a low oil message may come on if there is too much oil. What if my car had too much oil, and the car kept telling me to add more? There is no manual dipstick to check the oil level. Could they please help me?It was about 4:00 on a Wednesday. I explained the situation twice, feeling sure that the service coordinator’s initial refusal to help could only be the result of her failing to fully appreciate my predicament. I offered to spend the night in a local hotel if they could just squeeze me in for a quick look some time the next morning. The car did not appear to be consuming or leaking any oil, and I couldn’t imagine that the Charlotte dealership would leave the car over 2 quarts low. They’d just need to check the oil level manually and maybe remove (or add) some oil, or maybe determine that the oil wasn’t the problem. Please.The lady insisted that they would not be able to see me before their next open appointment. Seriously? They want me to wait around for over two weeks for them to manually check my oil level? I bought a $72,000 car from an Audi dealership in Atlanta, and I had the maintenance performed religiously at my Charlotte Audi dealership, and now I’m on the road and I desperately need a few minutes from an Audi service department, and this Wilmington Delaware dealership wouldn’t do anything to help me. So much for feeling like I’m a part of an Audi family. (I drove BMW for 12 years and I can’t imagine any BMW dealership treating a faithful BMW owner the way the Wilmington Audi dealer treated me.)I drove to Rhode Island. I called the Audi dealership in Warwick on Saturday and explained the situation, and I asked if they could take a look on Monday, before I drove back to North Carolina. Without more, they offered to fit me in immediately on that Saturday afternoon. The service guy Mike was patient, thoughtful and attentive. After 15 minutes they took the car into the service bay. Another 15 minutes later and Mike said the car was ready to go. They checked the oil manually and removed almost 3 quarts of oil. Since I had added 2 quarts, it meant the Charlotte dealership had returned my car to me with almost a quart too much oil (along with the $950 bill - I wonder how much I paid for that excess oil).I was relieved that the problem was a simple one and was now fixed, and I asked how much I owed. Mike shook my hand and said it was gratis.What a difference between the two Audi dealerships. I wish that I lived close enough to the Warwick dealership to bring it my business. On the other hand, though I consider myself a man of generous spirit, I would not be saddened if the Wilmington Delaware dealership suffers a flood or fire or plague of biblical proportions.

My wife and I were on vacation in Maryland and stopped in Dover to spend time with my brother. We noticed a grinding sound in our Q5 and called them to see if we could have it looked at. Steven Piech got us in the next morning. They took our vehicle in and an hour later Steven came and got us and told us the car was safe to drive which put our minds at ease. When we went to the counter to settle up he told us there was NO CHARGE. They also washed our vehicle and gave us free sunglasses. We live in New York and get great service from our local Audi Dealer but Audi Wilmington really sets the bar high for service to Audi Owners. If you are looking to purchase an Audi or need service stop here, you wont be disappointed.

“Exceptional Customer Service”Chris Meiggs was a wonderful salesman. He sent me all the information I needed when I needed it without being a stereotypical salesperson. He had the right balance of knowledge, customer service, attention to detail, and class. I live outside the area. I drove down to test drive the car and bought it the same night. Chris let me know what I needed to complete before arriving. He prepared everything he needed to have ready should I decide I wanted to drive off into the sunset. I had a wonderful experience at Audi Wilmington. To be fair this is my family so I will be straight up about that. My brother’s dealership runs like a well oiled machine. I had never been there before this. I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and all point inspection. FYI - for those with disabilities, I have mobility issues. It was easy to get around. The drive up service area the is covered. It was easy for me to navigate. His place is impeccably clean. There were employees attending to ever person there, not just me. I have seen a lot of dealerships in my day having grown up in the business and Audi Wilmington is above and beyond. It is easy to check in. The staff there did not know it was my brother’s business. The check in was quick, friendly and seamless. There a fabulous VR simulator and virtual driving experience. I love that kind of thing do it was a nice surprise is fun for adults and kids! My car was serviced quickly, efficiently and professionally. There is a business area where I did work while waiting, a beautiful breakfast area with free healthy snacks and beverages. I had a wonderful experience and I am incredibly proud of my brother for tremendous experience her has created in car service and buying. He had transformed it. What a wonderful experience. I highly recommend.

Just purchased an amazing Audi S5 thanks to Matias at Audi Wilmington. I went to 5 other dealers in Pa and NJ and none came close to the great experience I had with Matias. I told him my requisites for manual AWD with low mileage and he delivered. Not only was he very responsive and professional but he was a true Audi enthusiast who knew the product in and out, and made sure I had a great car. I was set to pick up on a Monday and safety inspection showed a few items that needed attention...he got it done, had the car detailed, and even delivered it personally to my home a few days later since I was working and couldn’t get there. This to me is service above and beyond. I would highly recommend Matias and will only be going to him for my next Audi. The GM of this dealership (Thomas) called me back after trying to put a deposit on a car that was listed online. He yelled/acted extremely unprofessional and hung up on me after cutting me off. I would avoid purchasing any vehicles from such an unprofessional organization. If the GM acts like this, I can only imagine how the rest of the team must act. With so many other places to buy cars in our area, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I bought my first Audi Q7 in 2019. I have to say, Anthony Williams is by far the most professional and personable Audi Brand Specialist around! He walked me through everything and made my purchase and trade-in a great experience. The professionalism at Wilmington Audi hasn’t stopped at the sales desk! Every time I have taken my Q7 in for regular maintenance or to get a windshield replacement (can’t always avoid rocks) I was treated well by all of the staff. Both Assistant Service Managers, Kevin Hutchinson and Steven Piech have been great and they make sure everything is well taken care of.Because of the high quality of service and the welcoming atmosphere at Wilmington Audi, I will definitely be coming back in the future! Hopefully for the new Q8! 🤞

He found us the interior and exterior colors we wanted. The vehicle has some upgraded features we werent expecting, but are happy to have.

You should call ahead to be sure the car you were looking at will be on site. I was interested in three different used cars and of those three two of them had already been sold even though they were still sitting on the lot and the third had significant modifications which were not advertised. The salesman was very helpful but it is odd that the used car location is at least a five minute walk from the lot. I did compare their service prices against Audi Westchester and Audi Wilmington have better prices
If you’re in the market for a new Audi do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. The staff here does not appreciate your business and has no interest in doing anything for you once you drive your new car off the lot. This includes helping to set-up major features in your new car that require action by the dealer in order to be activated and function properly (for example, Audi Connect). I bought a new A4 from these guys in mid-July and have been practically begging for them to assist getting my Audi Connect up and running since then. 3+ months later and nothing has been done. I’ve been lucky to get a response to an email.This shows you Audi Wilmington couldn’t care less about customer service or forming long term customer relationships. It also shows you they don’t appreciate your business, even if you do spend almost $50K buying a new car from them.One final note: Audi corporate customer service is a complete disgrace so you should not expect any help from them. If you’re lucky enough to have someone answer your call to either the main Audi customer support number or the Audi Connect support number, they’ll just transfer you to “someone from the department that can help” with your issue but no one will answer. Eventually, the automated voice will tell you they’re too busy to help you and to call back another day.

This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Chris was excellent to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, he was straightforward, honest, and transparent throughout the process, he worked with us on price, he was personable and kind, and he made the entire experience incredibly pleasant and comfortable. He was so accommodating, he even catered the test drive to my preferences, it was awesome.Natalie helped us with financing and the tagging of the vehicle. She too was a joy to work with. She explained every piece of the paper work, gave tips on payment, and advised on all of the next steps. She was organized and a lovely person.The dealership was also nice, it’s going through a bit of construction but you wouldn’t know sitting in the showroom. The Q5 i purchased is beautiful and drives like a dream. It was immaculate Inside and out and had brand new tires. I drove all the way from NJ to make this purchase, and I couldn’t be happier.
