I sold them a vehicle on July 3rd. It was under a lien so I was told they would need to work with my bank to get the title and that would take 3 to 4 weeks. Its August 18th and I still do not have a check for the remainder. Ive followed up with them and they keep saying the check is here but theres a note on it saying not to give it to you. They gave me a fair price, not a great price, but a fair price for a dealership. However, I sold them a car 6 weeks ago and I do not have a dime to show for it.

Do NOT buy from them!! They sell LEMONS!! My parents bought a 2013 Grand Caravan with lifetime power train warranty.. 2 years later transmission goes and they say not our problem!! My parents haven’t even finished paying it off!! Total advantage of Senior Citizens!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!

Bought a Jeep from them. 2 months later before the first oil change, there are $1400 worth of repairs to be done before it can return to the road. Will never purchase another vehicle from them. We were told by the sales person and the manager that, if something happens to the vehicle shortly after purchase, just bring it back and they will work with us to get it fixed. This was not the case. They offered no help to fix the issues.

They didnt seem like they wanted to sell a car to me.they were horrible about letting me know what was happening with any part of it.definitly will not be going back in the future

I bought a van last week from these folks, I went down just with questions about my van cause I wasnt used to the features and horse power, one of the gentleman offered to drive it around the block and check out my concerns.. When he came back it was smoking, a small plastic piece had broken off/chipped and it was leaking radiator fluid, they had me immediately take it to their mechanic, their mechanic said that it was an easy fix but the part had to be ordered, the guys at neuwirth on Market st, said No problem, they gave me a dealer car to drive and said when mine was finished that they would call me to bring theirs back!!! I have never had someone be so nice and care about me and they even called to make sure I made it home safely!!! I will always be a life long customer!!!!!!! Thank you guys for all of your hospitality!!!!
