Poor customer service. Last Thursday I drop my package in order to ship to Chicago, IL. They said it will be shipped on Saturday. I was checking updates. first it turned to Monday now new update shows it will be delivered Tuesday. Well tell me including Saturday it will take curtain day to delivered. Do not tell if it is not going to be

Ive been dropping off packages at this location for years. The staff at this location are very disrespectful. On multiple occasions Ive been rudely refused service and instructed to drive to the local UPS hub to drop off packages. Excuses range from we have already accepted too many packages today to they do not box packages at this location. I know this is not true as I frequent this location. Even the staff at the UPS hub stated that the staff at this UPS Store are problematic and apologized. A quality control supervisor needs to investigate this store immediately. For now I would suggest until issues are resolved or the staff is replaced customers should go elsewhere.

Had a package re-routed to this location. Got a notification that no one was available to accept the package at 10 AM and that they will try again. At 6:30 PM my package was refused by them and is now being sent back to sender. As to the owners response, I have not set foot in the store, nor was told by an associate on either call that I placed, about them not being able to receive 21 and over packages. While I appreciate finding out now, the statement that this was explained to me previously is false.

Ive been doing business here for about 3 years. Staff are VERY nice and take good care of me. Nikki and Sarah and the other staff work very hard to keep me happy.

Honestly, I have two UPS Stores that are half the distance to my house. However, the employees at this store go above and beyond. They have been helping me with everything from Amazon returns to making study guides and everything in between. Just Saturday, one of the employees even went over the top by delivering my package to my car, so that I didn’t have to get my kid out of the car seat. They just always make my life easier!

Love the girls that work at this location!!! They are ALWAYS respectful and on get things done properly!! Always a pleasure to take my business there!!!

Store is never open, no one answers the phone when it is open, and updated hours were never added to Google maps.EDIT - Thank you for the reply. I am not referring to yesterday in particular. It has happened multiple times over the last few months that the store is inexplicably closed early during the week or weekend. Even if a pre-recorded message was used saying that location had closed early, so customers didnt have to waste their time driving there to read a hand written sign, that would be helpful.

Absolutely amazing experience! Opened a mailbox at this location after a terrible experience at the springhouse location. Sara was wonderful! Very knowledgable, Super friendly, and professional. I was in and out in about ten minutes. They are my new go-to location. Thank you for the amazing experience!!

I would not recommend this location at all. Go down the road to the UPS distribution center and you won’t have to pay the franchise markup that this store charges. Plus, the staff are nicer. Some of the staff at this UPS store are friendly but the manager is unnecessarily rude and belittles you. I get it that you run a busy shop but have some respect for your customers. I won’t be doing business here anymore.

Very unprofessional and rude customer service. I understand they close at a certain time but I was only 7 min after the time they close and they wouldn’t open the door for me. Also online it says inaccurate time, so please fix this so people don’t have to waste their time.

I sent a package from here to my son out of state. I needed to change the recipient address after I was in there and Nikki was so professional and helpful. She even called the following day to let me know she had taken care of it. It was a pleasure working with this location and I will do it again.

*IMPRESSIVE SERVICES* I had bought a rather large, antique foot bath online from a nearby auction house & emailed this store for a pickup/pack/ship quote. Barry Wexler quickly replied with a reasonable, friendly & professional quote pretty close to his competitors. After reading this stores great reviews, especially their safe deliveries, & the awesome customer service I had received so far, I decided to give them a try. Definitely a WISE CHOICE! The already very fragile foot bath was PACKED EXCEPTIONALLY WELL! In fact, it was double boxed (the safest choice) & padded very carefully. Im SO IMPRESSED with Barry & the staff @ UPS Store #5342 & definitely look forward to using their packing & shipping services in the future.

Staff was extremely friendly and professional. The store was also fully staffed to handle the high volume of customers.

Busy day but they were still polite and professional.

Running a business.... and this ups store says they will take only 10 boxes of prepaid ups boxes for drop off.

Have to give this store 2 thumbs up. I went there today to drop off pre-paid Nespresso pods to be sent back and recycled. I had a total brain melt down and went strolling up to the door without the required mask. They saw my dumb a$$ coming and an employee stepped outside and very politely grabbed them from me before I could reach the door. Thanks guys and super sorry for forgetting to put on my mask. I will do better next time :)

Terrible and deceitful business practices. I initially contacted the store to inquire about packing and shipping some items from Philadelphia to Toronto. Barry responded with the quote $97.22. The following morning, when we tried to pay the amount, Niki (who identified herself as Store Manager) refused to accept my husbands U.S. Visa card. We have used that card many times to purchase goods and services in the U.S. including UPS! Niki suggested that we could wire the funds to her for an additional $15. I emailed her to comment on the unreasonableness of her position and that i felt it was just a way to increase the fees. Niki then sent a revised quote totalling $174.09 (including the extra $15 for wired funds. Its clear Niki purposely raised the price significantly in response to being challenged - a very childish and unethical practice. She was also very rude to my husband on the phone. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Nothing available to bring packages inside, staff wouldn’t let me drop off my packages told me I needed to goto distribution center, I had 9 packages.

Needed notary services. Savannah is very rude and unhelpful. If you don’t have to go here, don’t! This was our second time getting services from her and she’s been rude to us on both occasions.

Needed a notary mid day. Place was busy but they were attentive to everyone. I felt their sense of urgency and didnt mind the slight wait.

Go into this store with a box it was opened with a toy I needed to return the guy behind the counter even saw it. It was a used box that apparently had a flammable sticker on it and told me if I bought his box for 7 dollars he could do it. Wouldnt let me rip it off, all he was interested in was making extra money. I will not do business here ever again

This is the worst UPS store I’ve used. I have a daily pick up, but occasionally need to drop packages off. I dropped off five packages about 20lbs a piece. The counter person reprimanded me for bringing them there instead of the Hub. She told me next time she would turn me away. Does the UPS store want to just sell boxes? This is my second very poor interaction at this location. The last time the implored closed 15 min early and would not unlock the door.You should go elsewhere.

Great customer service. I emailed them what I needed to be printed and they were able to accommodate my time restricted project. Very honest and friendly, much better than Staples.

Super convenient location for dropping off packages. Sometimes very busy so plan accordingly.

I cant say enough good things about the staff and service at this store they are always kind and professional. I have used this location for mailboxes, shipping, printing and notary services over the last few years and I have never been disappointed..
