I had a great Experience at this staples. I was asked if I needed help and guided through the store to each item I requested. Ron (the New guy) was a great addition to the team and was very professional and courteous. The Manager was also a great help to me in my pen dilemma. Do not use their fax machine it’s a waste of money. Two separate times I have tried sending something and the recipient says every time it’s not readable.

The employee I dealt with in the print shop was clearly incompetent. Destroyed my documents, when questioned stated I guess I wont charge you.. When problem was brought to the Store Manager the problem was never addressed and no solution was offered. . The manage on duty clearly is in the wrong profession and isnt qualified to be scrape bubblegum off the floor.

They have a lot of displays for office chairs but very few in stock. The brand as a whole could stand to cut back on practical things -even pre pandemic. Hundred count boxes of no2 ✏️. Gallon containers of elmers glue. Protractors, every version of Texas instrument calculator......The abundance of it all?

Wanted to send a letter via ups. They didnt have the size envelope I needed. The person working area seemed very uninterested in his job. I went next door to FedEx at kinkos to send my letter

Absolutely the worst service ever. TIM never looked up from his cell phone. I needed his assistance with the fax machine he would not budge. I gave up and as I was leaving I told another employee what had just happened and he stated that there was another fax machine behind the counter that TIM SHOULD HAVE OFFERED TO USE. Ive never encountered such a lazy employee. Last time Ill drive from Melrose to what was my favorite Staples. Hope management pulls the tapes, approximately 8:15pm.

Wonderful store. I called for information about a purchase and the person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. This store is much better to deal with than the Best Buy down the road. Highly recommend!

Overall experience at this location was good. Was greeted entering and leaving. Self serve printing went smoothly. Machines worked properly, no lines or issues. The store is very organized. Only complaint is about the rude employee working the in the UPS department. After waiting about five minutes for help, he didnt address me and had an attitude. So unprofessional.

I visited this staples this past thursday for an emergency printing request. I requested a picture to be blown up in order to be used at my uncles funeral and this was the only staples that would agree to have it finished by the next morning. I spoke with Dominique and she was extremely courteous and helpful. She exceeded my expectations. Her commitment to providing this service in such a timely manner has meant more to me than she could ever know. THANK YOU!!

Convenient having a office supplies warehouse in the area. Good stock leveIs of most items needed. Also helpful for making comparisons when you dont know exactly what you need till to see it. Sale items are reasonably priced. Regular priced items are expensive, typical for office supply stores.On the paper I purchased their web price was 10% less. They honored the lower price, but still annoying that if i had not checked, I would have overpaid.

Had just what I was looking for, and at a great price. The service was great, I was taken right to what I needed. The tech center is second to none. Becky is fantastic!

This Staples is my go to office technical and supply store. The staff is willing to answer or find the answer to any issue I have. Becky the senior tech is especially good at her job and was able to suggest the best option for my office printing needs. She steered me towards an office printer that makes life much easier in the office for my staff. Tony the manager has the perfect demeanor for his position as well. He has answered my questions and directed me toward the best choices for computers, printers, labelers, and filing systems over the last year. This may be lengthy, but the negative replies are just not what the personality of this store is. If you want knowledgeable, talented, professional help with your office needs, these employees and managers are excellent and way above average.

I used the self center for copies, the area was clean and clutter free! So put together i got yelled at by a customer for not being much help! 😲😂I guess by me standing by the copier i looked like i worked there! 😕🤣I didnt get the gentlemens name who actually, worked there and saved me from the lash, but he came to the rescue and helped the poor guy, that didnt even apologize for yelling at me after he found i didnt even work there🤤😂

Today, I stopped in to get an item, orange Post-it notes, that my son needed for school tomorrow morning. Although I knew that individual packs of the orange note pads existed, I saw none in the displays at the store. I explained my situation to Richard, who then offered to check other stores for me. Then, on a hunch, I suppose, he checked the stores computer to see if there might be any in stock and discovered there were some in a box stored on top of the Post-it section. His instincts had paid off. Richard was friendly, courteous, and professional and took my search seriously, doing whatever he could to help. He made my shopping experience at this store a positive one, and I hope he is recognized for his customer service.

Print & Marketing has messed up all my orders. I order A LOT from there to give them second chances and it is always wrong.

I went for ink for two ancient HP printers, which they had in stock, but found they also had the USB cables I was looking for at half to one third the price of Best Buy down the street.

Hit and miss. Have been here a few times. Limited selection. Overpriced. And for the most part, if there is more than one customer in line or in the store, staff seems utterly overwhelmed and slow moving. Recently my husband was brushed off after waiting 10 minutes for help finding a computer cable after an employee, who was up until that point chatting with a co-worker about candy as the one cashier waited on an increasing line, told him he couldnt answer his question bc he would be hopping on register .Walked into Best Buy and out with the cable needed within 3 minutes. Theres also a FedEx next door for printing/mailing needs. Theyve always been helpful.Not sure how they stay relevant truthfully.

This was the first time I ordered online to pick up in the store. Two items were missing from my order. I called as soon as I realized and was told it was no problem, just return to the store to pick up the missing items.I returned the next day to address the issue and was being helped by an employee who seemed very annoyed that he had to deal with me, his body language said it all. He kept giving me the run around and assuring me that I was note charged for the items, that they must have been scratched from the list because they were not in stock. He just kept trying to rid of me and did not want to be bothered. I knew he was wrong but I wasnt getting anywhere so I left. I ended up calling Staples customer service myself to verify whether or not I was charged and I was.I will not be returning to this location.

I’ve just left the store due to degree of such terrible customer service... and because the terrible service causes me to doubt my package would have been sent correctly.I walked into the store with a Samsung sound bar and subwoofer that I need to send back for service. Samsung provided the UPS shipping label and this staples has a ups shipping center.I no longer have the original box, and since the sound bar is so long and the devices are fragile, I decided to buy new packaging from this staples/ups store to ensure my devices would remain intact.As I arrived to the store, it is moderately busy... but certainly not slammed. Two associates were behind the counter of the “shipping department”; there was nobody in line in front of me, but they were clearly working on something... so I stood patently for a few minutes. Eventually one of the guys looked at me... looked around to see if anyone else was going to help me so that he could continue to do his task... when he didn’t see anyone, he raised a finger to indicate that I should wait a minute. (We were about ten feet apart, he could have said “I will be right with you...” or any other type of thing, instead of the “wait a minute finger”. ) I nodded and waited.After this he walked over and said “are you picking up a delivery?” I said, “no, I need to ship this back to Samsung, they provided me with a label, so I’d like to buy the professional packaging and wrap and things”. He looked at the sound bar and sub woofer and said, “you need to get the box and stuff from over there first”, while pointing behind me towards a separate section of the store. After he ended his sentence, he looked at me and gave me a nod, as if to indicate this was the end of our conversation... then he turned and walked away. At this point I told him that we were off to a rough start with customer service...As I got to the boxes, none would work well to ship the long sound bar and the large sub woofer in a single box... as I expected, and why I had hoped to speak with a shipping associate to point me in the right direction. At this point I decided that my best option would be to leave and consider shipping with FedEx... as I’ve used the FedEx store that is located directly next to this staples many times with a positive experience. However, since Samsung is paying for ups, I will look for a different location and hope I receive much better and more appropriate help from the next associate I meet.I’ve never had a good experience st this location and I don’t plan to come back... even if I have to drive much further to get the same things this store carries.

I go here every year for my school supplies. The people are very nice, they have all the supplies I need,and I really like the atmosphere they have there. I know what youre thinking this is just a paid writer by staples no im 12 and in 6th grade I go the willow hill. I am very happy with this place, I hope you visit this place and have the same great ecperince I had.

Very good help espically AJ with printing out my documents and blue prints stored in my smart phone, he realy knows what he is doing at the Staples in Willow Grove store in PA.

They were very helpful and nice.

They have a lot of office chairs and pens, including my favorite fountain pens. Looked for a cellphone cover but they dont carry them for iPhone 5.

Employees carrying on a mundane conversation regarding football instead of helping customers. Another employee looking down at his cell phone aimlessly wondering the aisles...Will go to Office Max next time...
