Angela at the Zales located at the Willow Groove location was absolutely awesome. She was kind,very attentive to my enquiries. She was able to find a piece of jewelry that I had been searching for five years. She worked very hard to find it for me and she did. I would recommend Zales to anyone if all of your salespersons are as attentive and dedicated as she is. I appreciate the patience and attentiveness she showed me. She is a great asset to your organization and a pleasure doing business with Zales because of her.

The customer service was horrible from the sales associate who rudely informed me that it was her last day and after working there for 2 yrs she didnt need the trouble of helping me. I took my rings in to have the diamonds replaced, I had my diamond bond and was harrassed about an extended warranty . She couldnt find me in the computer, went through all of my paperwork including previous repair receipts to no avail. She wore a facemask with a smiling mouth on it but behind the mask her voice was one of incompetence, frustration and irritability. On her last day, her demeanor was shameful and unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth.
My wife and I went to zales to buy a ring for my birthday.the woman said it was a special order and would take two weeks. We bought the ring and two weeks later another woman said special orders takes longer. So for the next two weeks we called and no one would answer so we went there and when I walked in I called the store and watched all the employees ignore the ringing.which is why our calls went unansered. they said they couldnt find the order as if it didnt exist. They finally found the order only to say they didnt have my size and the order was canceled.. A month has passed and my birthday has gone by and no one would call to tell us this. They didnt try to satisfy us at all for ruining my birthday. At this point all we wanted was our money back. Going there again is not an option.
The entire staff is great, Angela, my sales associate is the best. No complaints with this location. I felt that the concern of my needs were genuine.
Waited an hour in line for a cleaning that took less than 5 minutes to complete. The woman in front of me and the woman behind me behind me waited just as long to pick up an online orders that were already paid for. I feel like they should have had someone checking the line to see if there were any easy requests that they could have quickly knocked out to help cut the line down and ease tension while waiting.
I only went in to get my ring size and the gentlemen with the ponytail bun was really friendly and nice. I would definitely come back when I have a little more time.
The people in the store cant seem to open on time. They were too busy eating. Suppose to open at 12 on Sunday and they didnt start setting up until 3 mins prior to 12. So, everyone is just standing in line waiting for them to open well after 12. They need to spend less time in the food court and more time managing the store better.
I usually have a good experience at Zales in Willow Grove but this last time, the stores manager on duty, Ms. Sampson, let me and my husband in the store, asked what we wanted and we stated we wanted to look around. And instead of staying with us to be able to show us something we wanted to see, she let the next customer in and began to help them. We wanted to see something and she told us we had to wait, and we told her that is not the way it works because the salesperson is supposed to work with the client until the client has completed whatever they want, thats the way we have been treated in the past from other associates. I will be taking my business to another jewelry store because we have spent a lot of money in this store to be treated that way.
Beyond disappointed! Purchased and requested engagement ring to be sent out for sizing. I was told it would take 2 weeks which was ok because I didn’t need the ring until sept 7th for a trip I planned to propose to my gf. I call the store August 31st to check on the ring. The representative told me it was still in the shop and that she would call to put a rush on it after I explained when I needed it she was the only one to show any concern for my issue. 3 days later can’t get any one on the phone cause they don’t answer or busy tone. I call again on the 3rd Finally some one in the line. I get the same old song that because of COVID they are backed up and they’ll call when the ring is ready. And that it should be in store by the 5th my deadline before trip NOTHING!! I call again while on my trip Tuesday sept 8th they tell me the shop was suppose to send my ring out next day shipping but accidentally sent it 2 day and that it should be there by the end of the day since they didn’t get their shipments in yet, Wednesday no call Thursday no call and today Friday the 11th phone line is busy.
This is probably the worst store I have ever been to. They dont answer the phone when you call, they dont open when it says they will, they repeatedly close early. Sent my ring to be sized and it came back so destroyed, they had to give me a whole new ring.Beyond that, the quality of the companies product is garbage as well. Less than 7 months after getting a brand new ring, a diamond falls out. Quoted 2 weeks for work, and here we are 6 weeks later and its finally done. Now to see what low quality this repair will be.

Customer service today at this location was so unacceptable. We put an ring on lay-a-way in the beginning of this month. Never once were we would it was mandatory to purchase the warranty nor were we told that it was an additional fee to get the ring sized. When we went to pay the balance and have the ring sized we were told we had to pay all these extra fees. We explained to the associate that we did not want the warranty only to have the ring sized. The associate once again stated that we could not have the ring sized unless we also purchased the warranty. Sir. We don’t want the warranty. When another associate stepped in asking what was going on the associate who was helping us stated “they trying to get the rings for free” EXCUSE ME 😡 both my husband and I both work and can clearly afford our item. Who does he think he is making a comment Like that. At this point we are beyond frustrated and simply want ALL of our money back (he charged my card the balance and I don’t have the ring) I also want my deposit and I will NEVER step foot in that store again nor will I recommend anyone there. So frustrated and annoyed. Totally unprofessional.Ps.When you sell jewelry be sure to tell the customer all that the price includes, don’t let them walk in blind.Major disappointmentWill be posting the associate’s name
