After years and years of wearing my cross ring, given to me by my mother, it finally cracked right across the bottom. The silver had gotten so thin over the years from me wearing on my right hand index finger and while prepping and chopping vegetables for dinner one day, it broke. I was devastated! My mother suggested Jared and Im so glad she did. Took it over to the Willow Grove location and not only were they able to repair at a Very reasonable cost, they went above and beyond. The turn around time was just a couple days and Concetta even put black gold in the fine lines to enhance the ring. I am beyond happy to have this extremely sentimental piece back on my finger. Thank you so much!!

The customer service was horrible and very unprofessional me and my fiance got my engagement ring from there the first time it was great customer service the last two times was horrible I have a pair of channel earrings I got them about ten years ago so I go in and I ask can they fix a couple of diamonds and can I purchase some gold back pieces for my earring right off back the lady told me my earring wasnt real she didnt even look at them or check them out she saidThe earnings would cost at least a thousand dollars I said I got them years ago for three hundred 😮then the lady that helps us the first visit took a look and said they are real she was a very professional helpful staff. So today I went to pick them up and was asked was I wearing them home I said no. The guy gave me a big chain box and flip the inside of the box over and put my earrings, I said you dont have a smaller box? Then I had to ask for a bag😮 people spend a lot of money at this place you would thank the customer service would be outstanding.

July 20, i dropped my engagement ring off at jared willow grove. for my bday gift from my husband, i added a ruby halo to my engagement ring. i was given a 6-8 week completion time window and paid in full. and that has been the ONLY HIGHLIGHT of my experience. it is now oct 30 and not only do i still not have my ring, i don’t even get delay updates from the staff. i am beyond annoyed. you would think that given my ring is beyond delayed the staff would think it was important to keep me informed as to my rings status, considering they have both my ring and a full payment. apparently that is too much to ask for. updates and being informed are too much. i am beyond annoyed at this point. i should not be the one that has to call every week begging for any kind ofinfo regarding my ring. Do NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE PLANNING A HOLIDAY ENGAGEMENT. if my ring warranty wasnt tied to this establishment i would have taken my ring back and to another jeweler at this point. (also my ring was scheduled to be completedoct 26 and yup no phone call or anything regarding its status) 🤬😡🤬😡

This staff and even the assistant manager, does not know their own warranty policy. They turned me away when I brought my ring in to be cleaned and dipped, and then even though they messed up, they would not accommodate for me to get it done in the time I needed. Dont recommend, not helpful.

If I could give less than one star I would. What a nightmare of an experience it was here. Tried to do a custom engagement ring. Mallory said all the right stuff and I felt great when I left. However, its been 6 months and we are no closer to having a ring than the first day we walked in. Its amazing how each draft managed to include multiple items we specifically did not want on there. The very first attempt was horrendous. It felt like they forgot about it for almost a month and tried to piece together the ring real quick from memory and notes she wrote down and it did not even remotely go well. The attempt to fix that was pretty equally terrible and not even close to anything we looked at. She even sent me a picture of the band I liked and then literally did not use that in the next draft, not even something similar. So then we were set up with Conchetta when Mallory couldnt get it together. She agreed that the first drafts were not good, even referring to the first draft as looking medieval, which was completely accurate. We were both trying to be hopeful that this round would go better, but somehow it managed to be worse. The designs were not quite as bad, they werent good either though and they definitely included items we said no to. On top of that each draft took longer and longer to get back and they had errors in them. So we would get them back with a caveat that this isnt really how it would look and they needed to make corrections. The last one took 2 months to get to us and is was completely incorrect. We were assured a manager would call that week and then that weekend we received a text that the manager was sorry and would call this week. We are now at the end of the week and have heard nothing. This place quite literally ruined engagement ring shopping for me. This process sucks as does their customer service. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.

I have shopped here in the past and was very well pleased with the service and product. This location in Willow Grove, PA has very professional employees that are kind and helpful. Most recently I came into the store with a Jared.com issue and this store themselves took care of my issue. I am so very appreciative for their customer service at this location and I look forward to making all my future jewelry purchases directly from this location, I will not even give the website the time of the day. Thank you very much my local Jared store employees for always making my jewelry shopping experiences excellent!

This is such an amazing store with great staff! Concetta spent hours with me over the course of a few days help me with my wedding rings. I went in to upgrade my wedding rings and she went above and beyond to help me exactly what I was looking for in my budget. I can’t thank her and the staff enough for working so hard. She truly went above and beyond to help and didn’t even bat an eye when I got picky and started all over. Thank you so much!!!!

Do yourself a favor and ignore the 1 star reviews that are extremely original with their I would give zero stars if I could. Its annoying and doesnt represent a business appropriately.

I purchased my fiancé’s engagement ring from James Allen and we had its resized at this Jared. The staff at this location is extremely pleasant and professional. They were patient with helping us choose the best fit for the resize And were very quick with getting the ring resize completed- just 2 days!Ring fits perfect and because of such a pleasant experience, we’ll probably shop at this location for our wedding bands :)

Ive been to this Jared several times over the last 3 years. My now husband bought an engagement ring from Concetta, who was extremely helpful every time we came in. She also recognized us every time we came back for resizing, cleaning, etc. Pre COVID we ordered our wedding bands. A gentleman helped us and he was very nice and also helpful. However, the process of receiving our wedding bands was not-so-great. They couldnt find my husbands ring. They told me theyd update me and call me within 48hours, but each time I had to call back to get an update. Finally, the ring was found, but when I came into the shop, they couldnt find it again and searched for 45 minutes. I was frustrated, and told by an employee to calm down. I got home, and the ring didnt fit my husband. During purchase, the salesperson made it seem like the ring would be resized, as he even took my husbands ring measurements. There was nothing about insurance, or coming in for resizing. On Saturday, we went back to Jareds. My husband had to pay $50 for resizing. He got a call today, asking what size ring he was. The woman who helped us must not have written down his size. Thankfully, we reschedule our big event for next year, but it would have been nice to have his ring because we DID get married. We understand that COVID has impacted many things; however, it seems that the employees are not organized.

I will never take my rings here to get fixed ever again! They did an absolute horrible job tightening my engagement ring. The prongs are completely uneven and the diamond is still loose. I was so excited when James Allen became affiliated with Jared so I could take my rings there for service, but I much rather wait the 4 weeks to send them to James Allen then let Jared touch my rings!I will say the two women that helped with my order when dropping off my rings were very nice and helpful. The one I spoke with on the phone after picking up my rings was extremely rude. I wish I could post a picture to show what a terrible job they did.

Drove 45 minutes to get my ring cleaned and inspected and to discuss the repeated mark that keeps coming up on my wedding band. Said I was willing to drop it off or wait. They are extremely strict about appointments apparently. I wonder if this makes them extend the 6 month protection plan?? Ridiculous. Their customer service is only good if they think you’re buying something extremely excited - and even then it’s not great. Look somewhere else for engagement/wedding rings!!

I don’t like the lady that helped me. I felt bad for the customers of this store if they will be handled poorly like the lady handled me. I love James Allen customer service but I had a bad experienced with 1 of the sales associate (sorry I didn’t really saw her name tag if she is a sale associate, hope she is not the manager of this store) in Jade store in Willow Grove, PA. I believed not all sales associate are not like her but I don’t wanna go back there again. I worked before in MyGold Jewelry In my country (all of us are 4 years degree graduate). I understand that people have pride working in a Nice Jewelry store but if you’re not a help to the company then why stay. You have to love what you’re doing. Customers are the lifespan of the business. With out us, store will die. So treat us nice like how you wanted to be treated. My husband noticed when I came to her that she is not happy to help me. Anyways I don’t know if she checked my ring but she washed it and the guy cleaned it. But I am not impressed how she takes care of me at all.

I live in Philadelphia and ordered a Pandora bracelet that was too small, went to the Willow Grove store to return it and get a bigger size and I was told that I have to make an appt okay so I call while standing in front of the store I can clearly that no one was in the store except for the workers. I was told that they have no appts all week and to send it back through UPS which I had to pay out of pocket for once I got to UPS and saw that the label was not prepaid, when that was not needed because I was already at the store ridiculous. It really felt like the person just did not want to accommodate me, she kept making all kinds of excuses on how they dont have a large selection here etc. which was just a bunch of excuses after excuses you could definitely tell!

I called to Willow Grove store to schedule an appointment to return my anniversary bands that I ordered online. The lady on a phone replied that they are booked until October, 18 (returns supposed to be done during 30 days) and so busy and this is not their fault, it’s Covid. I hanged up and call another store in Langhorn, salesperson Bianca scheduled an appointment for Sunday immediately without any questions. Five minutes later again I called the Willow Grove store and told them I wanted to buy rings. They told me that I can come in as soon as tomorrow. Worst customer service. Go to another store.

Got a wedding band here in February 2020. The person helping me get the ring said once they got the ring they would size it for me and it would be ready for my wedding. I understand that covid 19 made things difficult but I needed to get my ring by August and when I called they had no clue where the ring was. After multiple calls they finally found it but once I got the ring I found out it was not the correct size so it did not fit and there was not enough time to resize the ring for my wedding day. One week later I come back to get it resized and they charge me $50 dollars for the resize even though the original sales person of the ring said I that I would not be and that it would be ready for the wedding which it wasnt. When I told this to the sale people there they did not seem to care. They are unaccomodating here and if youre going to go to a Jareds I do not reccomend Willow Grove.

While I have not purchased any pieces from this store, I have visited here several times for service to very expensive items that I already own. I will admit...the prices are a little inflated here. BUT it is a chain store after all and youre paying for overhead, marketing and salaries...YET having said that...I experienced a high level of customer service that made the price worth it to me. If you want to feel especially like you matter, ask for Shelia.

Today was suppose to be a nice day looking for engagement rings with my sister in law. We walked in and was not greeted. Customers walked in after us was greeted and helped. I sat down for 30 minutes and not one employee asked if I was being helped or said they would be right with me. They never eve looked up and acknowledged our presence. We eventually walked out and we will not be returning!

I had to post an updated review because I look at my ring every day and I am grateful for the patience & attention to detail that Concetta took in getting my custom ring to turn out just the way I wanted. It was definitely a frustrating process because it took an EXTREMELY long time (over 6 months) to complete. Jared should consider ways to speed up the process when you want to make changes to custom jewelry! But I cant complain about the finished product - it turned out perfect. Concetta is great at what she does!

DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE. I stopped in Jared with my engagement ring to have it quickly cleaned. The woman assisting me took my ring for a few moments, then came back telling me that I needed to leave it there to repair a prong, that I was at risk of loosing a diamond! This ring was purchased elsewhere, and I was getting ready to leave for vacation so I was not happy to hear this. They quoted me $400 for this job!!!!! I left with my ring thinking that was absurd, having no reason myself to believe that my ring was broken. I then brought it to Michaels Jewelers, a trusted gentleman who used to dip my ring for me, and he told me I was lied to, that I was not going to loose any stones and no prongs were broken. He cleaned the ring for me and gave it back no charge. I called the manager of Jared to explain the horrible experience that I had and how their employees are scamming people. I never received any call back or any resolution as a prior customer of that store. I will NEVER step foot back in that place ever again.

Manager is disgusting, literally told me that I wasnt welcome because I wasnt paying, I had a LeVian repair which they do for free through warranty. I had a repair before with no problem. So she said because theyre not getting anything out of it they wont do it and told me to go to Kays.

My fiance and I came in to look at engagement rings and Joyce was wonderful. I thought this was the greatest place. My fiance ended up buying my ring here, and again they were great during that process. HOWEVER, less than a month after he proposed, we wanted to take my ring back to get it re-sized and the engraving had to be re-done also during this process. The customer service here is just absolutely horrible!!! I havent spoken to the same person, the re-engraving was absolutely awful, and they gave us nothing but rudeness and excuses and a hard time because we wanted it re-done. I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service at this location. I have free ring-cleaning for life, so I hope other locations are better than this.

Im very disappointed that a watch I ordered 2 1/2 weeks ago still has not arrived in time to give to my mother in law for Christmas. Every time I call, the status has not changed- its in transit. Just to get a ring repair quote took them a half hour, they said it would be 6 weeks and over 1000 dollars. I went to Danmark in Warminster and they charged me 150 and it will be done in 2 weeks. Jared also pushed a 179 warranty. Glad I got out of there and went to Danmark.

I scheduled an appointment to have a ring checked for warranty. I called the morning of to confirm, but when I showed up they had no record of the proper appointment. Customer service is extremely slow. It took half an hour just to drop off a ring for checking. The records of past service is seemingly non-existent. Avoid Jared.

My future fiancé and I went to Jareds in Willow grove to purchase an engagement ring, we chose a diamond and a setting for the diamond. It took us a really long time to choose a diamond in our price range that we really liked but we finally did! We were so happy, it was colorless and rectangular in shape, that’s what made it so unique and beautiful ( it sparkled like you would never imagine.) When my future fiancé finally brought it home, he was so excited and when I saw it I was flabbergasted, it was beautiful! But one thing, it was a little too snug. So I took it to get resized and they were elated to do it. But the gag is, They keep it for 2 days and when I got it back it was square not rectangular and didn’t sparkle no where near as much as my original diamond and had a cloudy bubble looking thing in it.They tried to convince me that it was the same diamond but i knew it wasn’t. When I mentioned it they said that it was, but then Immediately said that they would order more diamonds in my price range, color and clarity if I wasn’t happy. Right now that’s my only choice but I am so disappointed and heartbroken, I’ve never been engaged and JAREDS IN WILLOW GROVE REALLY RUINED THIS FOR ME, because I was so in love with my ring. They could’ve at least TRIED to switch it with the same shape. NEVER AGAIN!

WARNING! Do not go to this Jared. The service was terrible and workers were unprofessional. So I usually change the batteries of my watches every year. I took my Gucci and Omega watches to change the batteries at this Jared couple months ago. I usually go to May Jeweler (which is right across from Jared) to get the batteries change but unfortunately the worker who changes the battery was not there. Thats why I decided to go to Jared. I walked in and asked if they can change my Gucci and Omega batteries and the girl said yes. She changed the battery in my Omega then I waited for 20 more minutes for my Gucci. The girl came out and said she couldnt put the back of my Gucci watch back on and that they have to ship it out. Then I looked my Omega and realized the watch was not working. So they decided that they were going to ship it out to get the watch check out. Jared, being so unprofessional, could not find the serial number on my Omega. The manager told us they could not send it out because they dont know how much it cost and they cant insure it. The manager said if you want us to put $100 or $200 to insure your watch then we can send it out. Are you kidding me?! Its an Omega watch, I bought it for $4000 twenty years ago. The girl who ruined my watch looked at me and responded with an attitude, thats ridiculous, it cant be that much. When the manager confirmed her that an Omega is that much, her face was priceless. Clearly, she has never heard of Omega. Anyway, then the manager accused me of having fake watch and that my watch was already broken before I got there. Then the manager told me, we are not authorized to be handling Swiss watch.....this girl should have not be opening an Omega watch. Oh my god, Jared is unprofessional, they would not accept their responsibility of ruining my watch. So I ended up getting my Omega fixed at Tourneau in King of Prussia, costed me $500. Tourneau is a hike for me but its definitely worth it.In conclusion, I warn you. Do not step a foot into this place.
