I went there for a remote start installation which I bought online from best buy and it’s installation is included in the package,when I get there they said wait for 2 hours but they finished it before the time within 50 minutes and the guy explained to me everything very clearly and demonstrated it very nicely, Now I can turn on my vehicle with a one click from my remote or I can use my existing key by pressing 3 times in a raw in a sequence it’s very helpful in the cold weather season I can keep my my car heated up for 15 minutes.this vehicle installation facility located behind the Best Buy in willow grove, highly recommended.The product I have used is adding to the reviews.Thanks for checking.
I had such a great experience with the employees here. They answered questions I did not even know I had. When left to my own devices, I purchased the wrong item. At check out the employee mentioned that there was something else that I needed to consider. He showed me where to look and when I made a new selection, he vetted it for me to ensure it was what I needed. I really appreciate when it feels like I am cared for as a customer.

Awful experience in the appliance sector. I came to purchase a kitchen package that I liked online. The sales person seen me and never got up from his seat, nor asked if I needed help. Then, he got up to chat with another colleague. The customer rep contacted the store manager for me, but by then I was extremely upset. I left...more diversity needed.

I came here for a gaming PC setup. The reason that I had a wonderful experience was because of my customer service rep Cyril. He was very knowledgeable about the products. I wouldnt have been able to figure things out without him. He really knows his job and you can tell that he takes pride into helping customers with their questions and concerns. He didnt make me feel rushed or anything. He was very patient with me and I really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend this Best Buy location. Worked with Mike P today in appliances helped me and my family purchase our new refrigerator for our new home. Let me tell you that better customer service could not have been given in any other way, we came in 15min before close time not knowing they closed at 8pm mike never told us we just seen it at the door when leaving, he never rushed us out and provided the best help any customer could ask for, Super informative went back and forth showing different models to my wife. He did everything he can to make sure that we were comfortable and happy with the product that we purchased. Thanks so much to Mike P over in appliances at Best Buy in willow grove. This store is absolutely AMAZING! The fellas were so friendly and HELPFUL when I was purchasing my brand new Television. They were extremely knowledgeable and if they didnt know, they had the answers right at their fingertips. Im a pretty picky customer and they sure hit a grand slam with this purchase. I couldnt be happier with this brand new Smart Television. It has ALL the FEATURES and MORE of a major name brand name tv manufacturer and GUESS WHAT? This is BEST BUYS own brand and its AWESOME!!! Amazing color, speed, and EVERYTHING a serious gamer or even a regular fella Ike me who just watches some TV and a little Xbox every now and then can expect. Thats not the best part. It was UNDER $1000!! Completely exceeded my expectations and I look forward to the next time I go to Best Buy to buy something else. They had a good sale on Amazon, Google and Apple products. My husband and I had a question and was told no one was available to help us?! Wow, ok... so we did buy some stuff but not as much if there was someone to help us.
Online order: took 20 minutes to find my things when I received a call saying it was ready. Then misleading information; I paid the excellent on Best Buys scale for open box. There was no box, no remote, no TV stand, and no power cord. Excellent states all original components are included. They offered me $25 refund! The remote its self costs $40 so they screwed me big time.
Employees were helpful eventhough they didnt have what I was looking for.
Ok-Went in to Willow Grove looking for answers. Richard was amazing, and when we were looking at pricing, every single tv, had the incorrect price.I asked for a manager, and I got Joe, the GM. Never should be allowed to be even a manager, let alone, a GM. The price was above the TV, and in so, the price should be honored, or at least, the GM should be nice and said he apologizes and maybe he could give me a discount, but, even though, no one was in the store, and they hardly have workers, he was willing to just let me walk out by saying It is for a different product. Well, I didnt put it there, and honestly, I didnt think he would give it to me for that price, but I thought, with all the businesses not making money plus every single one of the prices being incorrect, he would be nice and offer a discount off of the regular price. He did not, but he didnt even care what happened with this customer.Not a good sign for JOE, the GM

EXTREMELY thorough and helpful cell phone reps here! We came in while on vacation to do a complicated exchange: to upgrade one phone number to a different OS, and transfer another to a phone already activated, (because one phone was dying) and we hoped to take advantage of a current Verizon upgrade promotion. Superb customer service! Not only did the customer service rep understand what we were hoping to do, but she patiently did everything extra (including calling customer service herself a few times to clarify some terms and conditions for her own information) that was needed to get everything transferred, saved, and then newly activated. Add in Samsungs latest data transfer system that transferred most of my existing apps and notes, etc, from my Google Pixel 3A to a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra without me having to retype everything, it was WAAAAAY less of a bummer experience than this type of thing has been in the past! Give this girl a raise!!! And thank you Best Buy, Verizon, Apple, and Samsung!!!

Probably one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered the new Asus Rog Zephyrus 8am in the morning September 2nd for pickup at a store an hour away from me at this willow grove location. I give it some time before I go to pick up the item. I get to the location at 2pm to pickup the laptop that was fully paid for, only to be told that I had to wait an hour. To make a long story short I ended up waiting 6hrs to be told the order still needed to verify somethings??!! My money is gone, I’m standing in front of you with my identification in hand?!’ Lol what more do you need?! I was then told to go home empty handed only to get an email this morning telling me that Best Buy canceled my order due to lack of verified info on my side! On top of that I now have to wait 10 business days before they release my $1800, so now I’m going to miss my deadline for work. An last but not least, the cherry on the Sunday, I wasted my entire birthday by canceling family events waiting for this stupid laptop ALL DAY! Thanks Best Buy!
Nice store inside, lots to choose from and has a Magnolia section. Unfortunately it’s understaffed with only 3 sales people on the floor. I bought an open box Samsung The Frame and it only came with the screen and not the external computer and wiring. The CS person asked “why is this even available if nobody can use it?” Drove out of my way for this, what a disappointment.
The workers in the TV section were knowledgeable & the Antenna that was reccomended worked perfectly.

This specifically with the Geek Squad. Best buy sells microsoft surfaces laptops, but apparently they dont know how to fix them. They came with the lame excuse of they are designed to not be opened when their is a lot of videos on internet on how to fix them. I am very dissapointed with this outcome because how best buy sells computers that cant be fixed.
Dont have much for Android. Great for Apple customers though.

Staff was great. Came in to look for a couple items and was greeted immediately. I needed help locating some things and I found someone with no problem. Everyone was helpful and assertive.
They took care of me. Lets just say I was happy with the customer service. Nice when things get done right and smooth a plus in my book. I always say hate or love your job DO YOUR JOB REGARDLESS. It goes a long way I highly recommend this place. Hopefully you will feel the same way I do.

Had a year and half old 40 fire TV that stopped working and was covered by Geek squad protection. That was 1/4/21. I was told they couldnt get a replacement until 2/9. Come 2/9 I was told it would be 2/22 before they could get it. Around 2/17 I checked and found out it was in stock in the store but I had to wait for delivery on 2/22. Come 2/23 I get a email saying it was delayed and they refunded my money. No call with a reason why. NOTHING. Their customer service has gone to hell its horrible. Beware!! Patrick C.

09/25/21 Arrived early for my appointment for repair on my iPad, stood in line for 20 minutes, only to be skipped over by the woman who came out from behind the desk and seen the couple who arrived 20 minutes after me. If your looking for service this place don’t have it.
Good service at mobile. Guy was helpful and friendly even though other employees put him in a bad situation by scheduling more than 10 people for mobile appointments 15 mins before closing.
I ordered a Samsung TV on-line. Best Buy had the TV ready the next day. I stopped by and used the app and they carried right to my car, all within 10 minutes. Great job!No hassles, no worries, easy.
This was my second trip to Best Buy-the first time the store was already closed at 7. I know that’s the store hours but it seems very early considering every other store is still open. Not impressed with their selection of computer monitors or keyboards.
Service is not the best had to look around for a while for a cashier. They greeted me when I got in which is nice but no customer service after the fact. You’re pretty much on your own to figure out where you need to go

I had my trepidations after two earlier visits only the find them closed. (then read the operation hours change, but twice within a week ???) Thanks to living with the tree strikes and your out rule, the third time was the charm. Great people all over the place. I didnt know BB had expanded their product variety, so I was happy to purchase a computer, tv, and toaster, (thank you for NOT having kitchen sinks ) all with great ease especially within these tuff times of Covid, super clean, fast and all done with great professional smiles. This place rocks !
The system intended to address the poor service at Willow Grove Best Buy is a failure!!! I spent over an hour at Best Buy in Willow Grove. The service is horrendous.When you arrive in the front of the store, someone takes your telephone number to put you in a queue. I sat in the home appliance section for the better part of an hour waiting for my turn. Finally, a salesperson showed up to wait on the customer in front of me. ( He was also waiting for a long time). When the salesperson finished with them, he left saying he’d be right back, he had to find out who was next in line. “ Hello, I’m right here!” I then waited for another 15 minutes before going up to the front to find out where the salesperson was. He was nowhere to be found. The person at the front told another lady who had also approached him in frustration that she was 2nd in the queue. I asked where I was in the queue and he told me the same thing. How can we both be 2nd in line?. I finally got frustrated and went back to the home appliance section and a few minutes later a totally different salesperson arrived. After all of the waiting, he told me the refrigerator I wanted was not in stock at all and they did not know when it would be available. WHY WAS IT ON THE SALES FLOOR? WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!BEST BUY LOOKS LIKE IT’S ON ITS WAY OUT OF BUSINESS!!!
This is a Best Buy I had to go to because it was the only one that had a certain item I wanted to get in stock. The employees seemed overwhelmed even without the store packed. However, when I was greeted by one, they were very nice.
Over the last 2 days, Not only did we buy 2 sets of wireless headphones, we also bought a 65 tv. If you want to buy a TV all floor Dan, HES THE BEST!!!! He listens to wasnt your wants and needs are and doesnt try to over sell. Dan asked and helped us decide what was best for us. Everyone in the Willow Grove Best Buy are always so nice! Its the ONLY place our family goes for electronics!

Ordered a TV for same day pickup, 3 hours after the order I called to see if order was ready. After a 30 minute hold I was told that I could probably be able to come into the store and have the item picked. After arriving at the store I was told the TV cant be found and that it is in fact out of stock. Why couldnt that have been explained when I called ? Beware, inventory availability noted on website and the ability to place orders does not mean things are actually in stock.

Update. Adding another star. Despite the cashiers being slow as can be today (and only the guy in the middle actually making any progress checking people out (@5pm 12/15), that employee was super nice and cleaned his counter after each customer. Props to him for doing all the work while the line was growing.Decent Best Buy, a little hidden from traffic on the main road. Always seems to have what I need in stock compared to other Best Buys. Customer Service is average but not terrible. Last I went I used curbside and they were quick and friendly.
The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable on their products. Helped me make the best decision for what I was shopping for. They make you feel like family.
When a store refuses to take any customer calls then its time to shop elsewhere.

I love this best buy! The apple team here was so nice and helpful. I came with my cousin to get apple watch and his english is not too good, the best buy employees were patient and extremely kind. They price matched his watch with no issue, and my cousin has not taken the watch off yet!

Nice greeting when came in as soon as I got to the department I needed, although the service employee was helping someone else, she smiled and stated that if I needed any assistance she would be right here to help and if its something simple,shell answer while completing with the customer shes working with.That is what I call five star service, being acknowledged the moment you are seen. Most places fail to acknowledge you when dealing with another customer.
Its really hard to find someone to help you if you need it. If you dont need help theyre right on you immediately
I ordered a laptop online. Pick up location was confirmed about 10 minutes afterwards. Once I got to the location they pretty much took care of me within 5 minutes. No hassle. No fuss. And I even felt inclined to actually go look around for other products. Very great experience.
Ordered 2 items for one hour pick up. 3 hours later, one item. is available the other isnt. Their phone number continuously re-rputes you back to an automated line to use the website.went to the store in person. After waiting in line for 45 minutes at the customer service desk, the clerk says this is for geek squad only, customer service is that line over there... which is another hour wait.F that. not worth this amount of brain damage.Cancelled, and Amazon will have it here in about 4 hours.
This store was a wreck. I expect that from a Walmart, but Best Buy... they used to have some pride. I also sat in the phone section waiting for someone for 30 minutes. Except for the cashiers, it seemed like no one else was in the store. When I finally got help, they said they couldnt help me because the store was closing at 7pm... really? No wonder they hid in the back until closing. I wont ever return to this location again.
Dec.12, 2020 store hours listed 11am to 7pm. Its Saturday! Two weeks before the holiday. Best Buy apparently doesnt want to pay overtime, I guess, but they want our money. And people wonder why Amazon made over 3 trillion in three month during cov-19. Many of us got real use to buying on line, while stores were closed. Now that they are open, they dont want to provide the level of service or convenience that would make me want to go out of my way and drive to willow Grove, only to arrive at 7:02pm on a Saturday, to fine new store hours shorten for the convenience of their bottom line.
I never realized before this visit that the people in best buy must all work on some sort of commission. We were buying a new thermostat, not a huge ticket item. They were out of the model we were specifically looking for. So we were discussing. This best buy guy comes over and is pressure selling us another model. It was weird. We walked out.
I bought what I needed, but not what I was looking for. Low inventory, low number of employees. I bought what they had (external harddrive) in their inventory.
The employees werent friendly nor did they greet me. When I asked for assistance, the employee pointed and told me, I may be able to find it over there. I was not happy with the customer service and will not return there unless I desperately need an item and no one else has it.
Ordered same day curbside pickup for Samsung Galaxy S6 Lite because it was the fastest options after looking at other stores. Best buy emailed saying they would have it ready for today. I waited all day until an hour before the store closed and still had not received the ready for pickup email. I called the store to ask the status and no one picked up. Why bother ordering from here if they wont get it to you. This is the second time I have ordered something from Best Buy and they did not deliver on time. Last time I had to cancel my order and get it from Amazon. I might have to do so again. Extremely displeased with their service.

Best Buy Willow Grove was very well organized. They stopped us at the entrance, asked what we were looking for, explained be short staff and took our phone number. When a service rep was available they would text us and we would meet them at a designated area.Best Buy Montgomeryville when we finally spotted a service rep who was pushing a cart and asked for some help he stated Im too busy and proceeded to walk away from us.
Today I had an appointment with the geek squad at 1:20 PM Reservation number G1X2H61B. I was attempting to get an upgrade on my Sony vaio notebook which has windows 7 starter. Matt the representative at the counter never touched or looked at my PC . He advised me not to buy Windows 10 because it would slow my pc speed. I explained to MATT that this is not what I was told on the phone when making my reservation. Even though the software may have decreased my computer speed I was still willing to try the new software. Matt grew frustrated and begin to yell. “Buy a new computer” Obviously I didn’t want a new computer. I wanted to use my Sony Vaio which I purchased at Best Buy online several years ago. I went and told a manager that Matt refused to let me purchase the software and the manager tried to rationalize with and MATT proceeded to yell at the manager from the back of the store. He was Extremely unprofessional Matt created a hostile environment with his volatile tone of voice. He should NOT be working with the general public. This occurred at store number 576
I just went to Best Buy this morning. Shawn, in Geek Squad, was very helpful. He helped me so much and I am so thankful that he was able to help me. He was kind and understanding. While I was waiting I waked around Best Buy, it was clean and everyone was very nice and offered help. I had a great experience.
