The men at United Tire and Service Willow Grove were fantastic. They helped me with 2 problems. One was getting a frozen plug off the oil pan and the other was repairing my tire. The whole operation is very customer friendly. Many thanks to them!

Had to get my state inspection done, staff was very polite and friendly and got the job done sooner than I expected. Nice waiting area. They also put down a paper to not leave boot prints or anything inside my footwell and rotated my tires which I appreciate a lot. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Had a scheduled and confirmed appointment to have my vehicle serviced but the car just sat there all day untouched and was not notified until I arrived that it couldnt be done the same day. I thought thats what the appointment was for . A little disappointing this time around with this place.

Driving on 276 and oh no, my brake lines give out. Pulled over and gave them a call, they only had until 2pm that day. every single brake line on my minivan needed replacing and they got it done in basically 2 hours. They were awesome, communicative, and even gave me a call later to check in on things.So much respect for this group, would definitely use them if I lived around there!

Great place!! We were on our way camping, pulling a travel trailer on a Friday morning. Just before we hit the turnpike our tire pressure light came on. We needed a tire patch and it was busy and lunch time. Chuck was professional and mentioned he would be happy to get me squared away, but that it was kind of busy and lunch time. No problem, I had to wait. Then Chris, the tech, walks through and says he’s fine waiting to take lunch and they took me right in.Flat repairs are a nuisance service. No shop likes doing them. They tie up a bay and a tech and are only 30 bucks. But these guys treated me like I was spending a grand. Got me back on the road and off the the campsite where I am having a beer as I type. Super friendly. Professional. Can’t speak highly enough of this place.We will need tires probably by winter. I’ll definitely be back.

Blew a tire on Friday afternoon, took it in at 2.30...Did need more than a flat repair so...I got 4 new tires, inspection/emissions, LOF and all requisite repairs completed.Picked it up at 5.30.I was on a time-crunch but they got it done for me.Love these guys!

So this business really helped me out. My Acura needed a patch, I didn’t realize I needed a lug nut key. They rescheduled me and took care of the issue for no charge. They were a huge help and will get my buisness again.

I had my annual inspection done in January 2021 at United Tire & Service of Willow Grove, PA. The service was scheduled during the Covid-19 pandemic. The staff took precautions and wore mask. They wiped down the interior and parts that they were exposed too and used plastic coverings. At the business the staff had the 6 foot social distance rule in effect with a touchless payment process. The prices are very reasonable. The service is great here, the employees are knowledgeable and friendly and always here when you need services performed. They keep accurate records on your vehicle and use carfax to report your service for upkeep. United Tire & Service of Willow Grove also send reminders via email or text, when services are due and they accept coupons from their ads. They offered free services for front line workers during the Covid-19 pandemic which really made an impression on me. I know Im in good hands with all at United Tire & Service of Willow Grove. Thanks from my happy truck also for years of great service.

Had my tires sent there from Tirebuyer.com. I had my tires installed and a wheel alignment.The wait was a tad bit long but that was probably due to the large amount of people getting the state inspection at the end of the extended period. I had no issue with United at all. Prices are reasonable too. I will definitely use them in the future. Dont forget to sign up for their Loyalty Program.

Went to United after experiencing a flat tire. Even though it was less than an hour before they would close, they had my tire in stock (3 nail in tire) and I was out of there before they closed! Fast, friendly service.

Travis was amazing ! I’m new to the area and wasn’t sure where to get my maintenance done at and they did not disappoint!! Super clean, everyone had masks on and they kept me updated as they finished my car.

The guys working in the office were professional and got my vehicle done in a timely fashion while I waited in the lobby. After hearing the conversations they had on the phone with other customers, I got the sense that they really cared about their business and wanted all customers to be happy with the work they did.

Friendly staff who put on masks to speak with customers and work done in timely manner. Saved me a lot instead of $200+ per axle I purchased set of all 4 brakes and rotors for $200 on Amazon and they installed them for just over $100.

I went in for a slow leak in my tire. It was quickly repaired. The staff were all extremely nice and professional.

This was my very first time taking my car here for service. I made an appt for 7:30am so I could be the first person in order to get in, and get back home to start work. I took my car in for what I thought was to get a tire patched.It ended up being the sensor on that particular tire had gone bad, and needed to be replaced. Even with this being the case, the price wasnt outrageous, and they still got me out of there rather quickly so I could get home and log in for work

EXCELLENT customer service from the guys at the shop! I was in a pinch and they definitely help me get out of it. I woke up at a nearby hotel to a flat tire. All of the surrounding tire shops did not have the tire I needed. All the shops said they could order the tire but it would take 2-5 days. The guys at United told me as long as I ordered my tire by 1000 that it would be here bye 1400 and they delivered. I was on my way home to Virginia by 1545. Thanks AGAIN guys, I made it home safely and Im getting ready for my sons football game tonight!

Overall very good location and it’s clean! Went there for an alignment and they tried their best but wonderful Hyundai’s aren’t too cooperative. Would consider again for a future job.

I dropped in this morning with a bolt in my tire headed to work. The gentlemen informed me that there would be about a 90 minute wait as they had a full lot of cars. He said he’d try to squeeze me in. After a little over an hour my truck was ready and the cost for the work was absorbed by United Tire. This was beyond generous and an amazing example of customer service at its best as well as a great way to guarantee they get my business in the future.

Ive used this shop in the past for new tires but recently stopped by to have a tire repaired and they went above and beyond. I found a nail going through the tread of my tire and stopped in a little after they opened on a weekday. They had the tire repaired and my car ready quickly, and chose not to charge me for the repair. Really appreciate having this place close by.

The guys here are so helpful and informative! First time visit they fixed a dent in my rim and got me out of a really tough spot. I would HIGHLY recommend you go here for all of your car service needs. I know I will be from now on!

Great service, nice people, and very quick even while being completely booked. I went for a state inspection and was given info on it via text within an hour of dropping off my vehicle. Only recommendation would be to call and schedule. Their online scheduling isn’t reliable.

Tire would not hold air. I brought it here and left it on a busy Saturday. They called me just before they closed at 3 and told me They we’re just finishing up and I could come by. I drove over, told them I would need to come back when I could be dropped off, could I leave it til then? Man said, no problem, handed me the keys and said, “No charge. We found you had a nail in it and patched it”I’m coming back to buy my tires there from here on.

Rip off shop.Week ago I tried to do my annual state inspection. Car is relatively new 2017, tires 50,000 miles limit, drove only 44,000 90% was a highway driving.But personnel refuse issues sticker : tires didnt pass the test because worn out but offer immediately change for new ones. I refuse. Check at home protector depths - 4 mm on all 4. Change for new tires in my usual place and in 3 days came back> brought car and papers and asked for sticker/ But it was refusal again. Your car must be re inspected but we are busy now. Guys quit vendettive.I read previous reviews. Feel like they wrote by themselves

I had an appointment at another shop to get my tires repaired and they cancelled. I went to United as a walk in. They gave me a fair assessment decided with them the best course of action was replacement. Paid a fair price and got quick service. Great guys at the front desk as well.

The best part was while I was waiting I got a digital diagnosis of things that were happening to my car with pictures. They tell me I need something and I see what they are talking about. This is easily one of the best shops in the area. Chuck is always so helpful and informative. He thoroughly explains to me any issues I have with my car in a manner that makes it easier for me to understand, seeing as I dont have much knowledge of cars to begin with. He always makes sure my car is well maintained and things are working properly. I am much more comfortable bringing my car here knowing I can trust the person working on it. Update:After my most recent visit to have winter tires mounted, I left with three perfectly balanced tires. One was not balanced at all. Additionally, the mechanic who got into my car to pull it into the bay did not wear a mask while getting in to or out of my car. I went to Costco to have my tires rebalanced.~~~~~~~~~Original review:I pulled in to their shop after running over a screw on my way home. They just happened to be the closest tire shop to me at the time (thanks Google maps). Without hesitation they put my car on a lift and got to work. They warned me that my winter tires needed to be replaced for next season (Im swapping to my Summer wheels/tires shortly), but still gave me a patch instead of trying to force a new tire on me. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Had a great experience here. Great customer service, fast service! Very knowledgeable, I hit a pothole and had a slow leak, turned out that I bent my rim. They fixed the problem and didnt charge me for fixing the rim! Will definately be getting my car serviced here from now on.

Overall wonderful experience ! Manager Dave Sovani was nothing but patient & helpful with me. Most mechanics take advantage of a woman in her early 20s who does not know much about her own car, not Dave. Always makes sure I get the best price & only getting done what is needed. Only mechanic Ive been to where they do it right the first time. Drive 50 minutes just for the quality & service I get at this United Tire.

We are from out of town and were having a wobble in our tires. We had no idea what the problem was but we knew it was getting worse. We called around Willow Grove. Dave told me he could fit me in, on a busy Saturday, if I could get there by 7am. The entire team at United Tire were great to work with!

I dont usually trust mechanics but I desperately needed my car safety/emissions inspected and went to whatever was closest. I was blown away with how kind all the workers were. They truly want to offer each customer the best service possible. Unlike other mechanics, I did not get the impression they were trying to push unnecessary repairs to rip me off. They told me the exact things they would recommend fixing next and let me make my own choice whether I wanted to do so or not. They even set up a carfax report for my car for free! Truly an amazing experience.

I ran over a particularly nasty pothole and popped my front drivers side tire. I have a 2015 Fiat 500 that requires a specific and difficult to find tire size which most stores have to special order. Since this United Tire was the closest location to me, I gave them a call for the slim chance they could help me. To my delight, they were able to rush order my exact tire in about half an hour and could start on it shortly after. While I was waiting for my car to be finished, I listened to the staff talk to their customers as though they were family, asking after their health and following up on children or doctor visits. It made me feel welcome and valued. And they had my car ready almost an hour earlier than predicted! I am so thankful and appreciative of the service I received and highly recommend this location!

I was recommended to go here by a coworker because her son Matt works here. He got my car in and looked at it quite fast. My tire had a heavy leak so I dropped it off Sunday night and they had my car ready by 3 the next day. I ended up needing 2 new tires and an alignment. I dealt with the manager Dave over the phone and when I picked up my Jeep. He was very helpful and informative of what was needed to be done and recommended a few other things that should be done but did not pressure me to get everything done at once. I felt he was honest and the prices were competitive. I was really impressed with the digital inspection report they sent on my Jeep to my phone and shows they actually care and spent time to check out my car and see what was needed to be fixed. Overall great service and I will most definitely recommend United Tire of WG to others and return for future services.
