I was there for a simple fix a few days back, no big deal, my windshield wiper wasnt operating properly. Covered under my warranty, easy peasy. They suggested an alignment, but my hubby recalled that they put 4 new tires in Sept. and didnt do one at that time. It came to a little back and forth on whos responsible for it now, but the service manager fought for us and Infiniti obliged to cover the service. Thank you Nick!Additional, I left my stroller and my sons brand new skateboard in the loaner....YIKES! When I went to retrieve the items the car was already loaned out again. Once again Nick came to our rescue, called the person to inform them my items were still in the car. Once the car was returned they promptly called me to come get them. Thank you Nick, Sean & Infiniti Service for saving the day!!
