Still the best place to shop! After getting no help at Lowes we drove the extra 2 miles to home Depot. Sabrina in the appliances department was extremely helpful and professional. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and we spent over $2,000 on appliances. Thank you Sabrina!

We purchased a Samsung refrigerator that unfortunately we had to cancel two days before delivery. Sharon in the Appliance dept was fantastic to work with - she handled everything in a timely manner and followed up with calls to confirm the credit was issued. This is the second appliance we purchased from Willow Grove store and will not shop anywhere else. Great people!

DONT BUY KITCHEN CABINETS from Home Depot. Purchased just 4 cabinets, after 18 weeks they arrived. 3 out of 4 were damaged. Replacement cabinets and drawers faces came 4 weeks later and again 3 out of 4 were damaged. The Kraftmaid cabinet rep said its a different world out there now. Not sure what that means but if this review can say someone the grief and aggravation we went through then it was worth taking the time to post the review. I would also never buy anything from Kraftmaid again either

Willow Grove HD is 100% better than the Cheltenham one. Well stocked, staff who asked you if you needed help, clean, and just an all around better experience. Will be visiting more often.

Other than not having the selection of Milwaukee cordless tools some of the other locations have its one of my favorite locations....

Most Home Depot locations would get five stars because their customer service is excellent. This locations particular returns dept and (some) cashiers are the worst at treating customers. They blatantly show that they dont want to serve customers by their actions. One visit, three returns cashiers stood idle, staring at me (obviously) waiting to return items. One was looking at me while playing with his hair. Another time, a cashier was on his phone while i stood three feet from him waiting to check out. He then had to be told he scanned the same items twice, more than once. This goes on. I go to Home Depot for the service. If its not there, I wont be either.

This place is huge, they have very large selections so you should be able to find what you need.

I was shopping today at the willow grove home depot and for the most part I had a reasonable experience until I got to the Flooring department. The whole department was a mess and it took 30 minutes of searching for an associate to ask them for help, and when I did he had no idea what he was doing and kept leading me into dead ends. Fortunate for my sanity I left before the situation got any worse. Typical big business hiring no good slackers with NO motivation to help!!!!!!!

Finally found a 96 x 48 piece of plexiglass to build shelves for a display case. This home Depot is equipped with a large cutting device that I have used in the past for large pieces. After being ignored for several minutes standing in the customer service section I was told we dont cut plexiglass. You lost a $200 sale AND a future customer. The local hardware store DOES cut plexiglass.

They have well stock merchandise and people are so friendly and knowledgeable to help you with your projects. The only thing that didnt like that there handicap carts, were either broken or not charged. This happened twice. Hope management do take care of this problem. 🙏

Home Depot is a really amazing store. Ever have to build something out of wood or anything, this is the place you’ll find stuff you need.They have wood and plenty of different types of tools. They have good prices. Then they have good customer service. Very recommended to check it out, especially if your doing construction work!

The Worst Home Depot Ever went to get some Keys made waited like 10 minutes n no one came to help me I ask an employee to page someone n she had an attitude..People should not work on Retail if they don’t have the Patience to deal with the Public. I would be going to Lowe’s from now on.

Rented a rototiller, but it was terrible. Did not get the job done at all. BUT to their credit, Home Depot made it right— refunded my money and rented me a more powerful unit that worked. Alls well that ends well!

I love Home Depot because they always give me a military discount. Yesterday, 1-10-21 I had some slow draining sinks in my home, so I drove to Home Depot in Willow Grove, PA 19090. While going through the Plumbing Section I found Green Gobbler Drain Cleaner and I purchased $59.88 worth of it to do all my sinks, tub and shower, and toilets. I have used this in the past and was very successful in cleaning my drains and pipes in the house. Thank you for the fine shopping experience and having this item in stock for me. Look up what you need, and there is a link to the isle and bin along with quantity in stock and that link will send that info as a text to your phone... Smart. This comments is for delivery guys, usually come to this home to leave merchandise. (painting) this home depot has a lot of space, apart from that it is located in the main routes. The staff that recive are very friendly. In general, good place, you can drop your deliry without problems.

This is the stock of 2 x 3 aluminum downspouts. There were many more that i had to pull out before i got the anything usable. Come on HD, this is bad.UPDATE 7/27/2018Went to get 6 x 1 fascia wrap. Home Depot App says they have 25. Get to store and all 25 are damaged. I mean really damaged. I took pictures and you can see they are all damaged.So i pulled them all out and displayed them for photos. Wouldnt you know. The department guy came and put them all back. Sorry for him, but come on. You cant expect these to sell.HD i posted about the downspouts before. But the staff is great.

Horrible service. Called twice once was put on hold and someone hung up. Second call to speak to a manager to get my set up managed from another location and Store Manager placed me on hold and never came back on the phone.

MESSAGE TO HOME DEPOT: My experience in the store was excellent, its the delivery that was the problem. HOME DEPOT STOP SUBCONTRACTING YOUR DELIVERIES! When they arrived the on person attempted to take my washer out and I was trying to tell him no it was to stay in my home. Then upon bringing the drying he didnt have the parts for installation. I was very lucky I had parts from a previous over purchase. Then while the other workers installing a stove I also had delivered, the workers didnt have the proper tools for installation, I had to provide them. HOME DEPOT is a nice store and I shop there often but the SUBCONTRACTING for deliveries will ruin their business reputation. I know HOME DEPOT is trying to save money by SUBCONTRACTING but when you do this, you have no control of how the product is delivered and it also takes liability away. In any event its BAD BUSINESS.

It wasnt busy at 5 pm only took about 10 minutes till I was on my way

After a poor experience at Home Depot Neshaminy, I had the opposite experience at the Willow Grove store. The driveway patch that was looking for was where I expected it and the online inventory was spot on. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

This is one of the best stocked HD stores around.Staff is not breathing down your neck but right on the spot when you need them. I was surprised how prepared everyone is even for complex questions.Good variety, clean and well organized store.

Love The Home Depot, but this location is horrible with curbside pickup. Waited for 25 minutes for them to bring out 1 item. The store didn’t seem busy as there weren’t many cars out front.

Debris all over the floors. Lack of inventory. Employees not willing to help locate stock because its not their department. After many years of shopping at HD I have made Lowes my primary go to as I am a contractor and Lowes has a terrific inventory system and in many cases lower prices.

Great store. I’ve been a customer for many years with no issues. Today I went in to the store to get 2 items I’m in line waiting for 30 mins all of the sudden they change the line Bc it was huge and the lady (dark skin) guiding the lines wanted me to stay all the way at the end of it. She was extremely rude people who were there after me were checking out. Just not an appropriate way to talk to people.

The entrance is open again, no more barricades and designated entrance and exit. Masks worn of course. Cashiers at every register even customer service. Nothing else really changed. Staff/staffing, shopping experience all still great.

In two separate cases (light bulbs and ceiling tiles), their inventory showed that they had plenty of the items we needed. Unfortunately, after a 40 minute car ride to get there, we found that the items were not in stock. The employees, however, were very helpful.

Well, Home Depot I guess; is experiencing what everyone else is during this time of CoVid 19But I remember what their customer service was like before the pandemic. Here its pretty good, and it varies from store to store anyway.But broken saws, and hard to find department sales associates can be frustrating.

Dont buy HD gift cards.Was purchasing an item on Home Depot web site. I picked the item that I wanted. It took my HD card. I needed to get one more thing. Went back to it the next day and it deleted my order and the info for my gift card which I destroyed after their web site took the money off the card.

My wife and I love doing our own home repairs whenever possible. We use Home Depot first and foremost as they are always so helpful. Whenever we walk in the store there is always a Home Depot employee asking if he can help you find something. Once we find what we are looking for the Home Depot employee will usually be more than happy to offer you tips on completing your job. Were else do you find this kind of service, not our local Lowe’s that’s for sure. Home Depot is amazing....they have assisted us in replacing a kitchen, two bathrooms, and many smaller projects over the last twenty years. Oh and if you buy to much of anything for your Job you can always return it to Home Depot for a full credit if in new condition still.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Bought $3000 worth of flooring, was told to come pick it and would be ready on a pallet. When i got there, it was not ready nor did the employees get it ready when i got there. I had to get all 27 boxes of hardwood from where it was sitting across the store then onto my truck by myself. When asked for help all the employees started walking away. I expected at least a little bit of decency.
