Bringing the ratings up but also, I work here and I love it. I love the interesting conversations that I get to have while helping customers and cashiering. My boss is very flexible and great at meeting my needs as an employee. Our staff cares about our customers and each other. We are like one big family.

This place is terrible!! Deserves negative 10.The wanna be pharmacist and her TROLL that works the window need new jobs.They are nasty attitude having ppl.They didnt offer a transfer to another CVS because they didnt have medication I need to take everyday.Left me sitting in drive-thru for 15 min.! Then tells me we have some of what ur meds are but we cant give it to u.I said ok can I have the script? I will go somewhere else.She says no all with a nasty little smaurk.So the troll working the window needs a new career! They offered no compassion or help when I know they could have transferred the script.Sincerely Walgreens customerTrolls

Ignorant. Waited 5 minutes at self check out buying a note pad and pen...it apparently needed a manager over ride. The manager walks up with out saying a word to me, doesnt announce himself as an employee, doesnt have a name tag or anything, just started typing things into the machine and walks away with out a word. Then the machine still doesnt work. I had to force the transaction because no one would come back and help with two employees less than 10 feet away.

EXCELLENT customer service! Every cashier has been very helpful over the years. Overall, the management was very supportive to their staff and customers. Very clean store and always very well stocked. I appreciate the cashiers taking the time to explain coupons and savings to me and I also appreciate the pharmacist,(male named Anz I believe), who took the time to explain my medication prescription and helped me with a Good RX coupon when I was in between insurances. Despite lower prices advertised on Good RX for other pharmacies, I will be sticking with CVS, as they are helpful/personable and there seems to always be one right around the corner no matter when I am

Cashiers very helpful, and the store was clean and had everything I needed.

The pharmacy is open hours that are convenient for me bc I take a bus. The pharmacist was very nice and understanding. I will use this location from now on. The store was well organized also and the cashier was very friendly.

The pharmacy is always in disarray and dirty. They never seem to have sufficient staff working there and the staff that are working have no clue as to what theyre doing. Forget about asking the Pharmacist anything, youre better off googling your symptoms.

Waited a lengthy time just to pick up my Rx cashier at pharmacy was ignorant and rude. I asked her to use the discount card she kept saying to just grab my med off the shelf because my insurance doesn’t cover it how rude and in appropriate. Another time the stocking person kept asking me if I needed help the white customers were allowed to walk freely I was followed the entire time in the store. I will no longer have my rx filled here. Nor shop at this store. If your black don’t go here.

Gave me 100mg of my medication when the doctor wrote 10mgI passed out for about 2 hours after taking said medicationAlmost had to go to the ER

Been using pharmacy for 10 yrs now. Never any problems. Always pleasent, & quick to fill. I feel comfortable with all.

After sitting at an urgent care for two hours, they sent the script to this store. They didnt have what I needed on hand so they called around and no other cvs that was open had it. They seen my frustration and even called other pharmacies. I cannot express how much I appreciate all their help. After calling around, they found one that had what I needed. Just wanted to express how thankful I am of all their help tonight!!!

Apologies for interupting what seemed to be a personal phone call, and having to make a 2nd trip back to get medicine for my sick wife, after calling our insurance company from home to clear up a non-existent error that your counter person created, and needed an extra half hour to call the insurance company from the store again perhaps due to personal calls being backed up? Of note is, we went home, called the insurance company, found there was NO PROBLEM, (simple data entry problem at the counter), and returned to the store.....all within a half hour. Perhaps in the future this person should explore the limitless career possibilities in the telephone sales industry as direct customer service can very challenging.

Nice helpful staff working in the pharmacy only there a few times and the store is open late that helps a lot also opens early in the a.m. so if you need something after or before work this is accommodating, Thank you CVS

Every time I go there is an issue with getting the prescription, EVERY FREAKING TIME. Had Walmart before this and never an issue. Im just stating my experiences. Once again 3 months later, more FREAKING issues about getting prescriptions. Four trips and about 15 phone calls this time. Im switching back to WALMART, where I never had one issue.

Im editing my review 12/19/18. There are now a few decent people working here but theyre still having issues with one of my daughters meds shes allergic to. One gal is careful and checks to make sure its right but if she isnt there they fill with the one shes allergic to. Its backordered 2 weeks now_________Agree with everyone. If you need CVS due to having Medicaid, find a different one. This place for some reason has serious issues receiving faxes from doctors offices. My daughters doctor faxed on the 14th, they said they never got it. I played phone tag with doctors office for a week and some how today I get a text its finally there. They gave me the wrong med for my daughter when it should have said allergy to the one they keep giving us. To top it off, they gave us 6 pills then said the script had nothing left for the remainder. How is that when it was a partial fill? Twice theyve done that. Always a line too no matter when you go.

Id give this pharmacy negative stars if I could. Always a major production to get a prescription filled. They always seem to be unorganized and behind in filling prescriptions, most of the staff working behind the counter are young and dont seem to care about their jobs

People who work here are very nice. However, the wait time is excessive no matter what time you go in. It use to be a quick seamless experience that has slowly regressed to a point Id rather have my teeth pulled Ive been a customer for 20 years, and I only still use them because most of my scripts now get filled by Express Script. I only use CVS maybe 4 times a year. Didnt feel worth my time to switch, although that is exactly what Im going to do in 2019. There are are pharmacies in Shoprite and Walmart, as well as a Walgreens and Rite Aid all located in Williamstown. I suggest anyone try those pharmacies first before trying CVS ot Williamstown.

Having the pharmacy open 24 hours was a great service to the community. What was the reason for changing the hours. The pharmacy drive through could remain open with the store closed. I hope CVS will re-think their decision. The only other 24/7 pharmacy is Walgreens in Williamstown. I may have to transfer my scripts there!

Ive been to a number of CVS drug stores. This one is about the same. Very quick and polite.

They never have what me and my family need. And most employes are rude and seem like they just dont care about their job. They deserve zero stars really.

This store is awful. It has been in Williamstown for over 20 years, and had been my choice pharmacy for the entire time. A few years back the standards had began falling and it continually fell into the nightmare it is now. I tried to hold out, but the last two dealings with trying to get scripts filled was like having my toenails pulled out. Good luck getting any questions answered correctly, or quickly. It usually takes more than one phone call, or multiple visits. Most employees are rude and condescending to the point I will never go to this store again. Of the three major pharmacy chains in Williamstown, this is the worst. Zero stars is more accurate.

I came after surgery with my arm in a sling and my 80 year old grandmother and aunt and they would not fill my prescription for my pain medication. I just got the surgery and was in extreme pain and the pharmacy wouldnt fill my prescription because the doctor left the hospital. It was ridiculous and inhumane. I spent the night in extreme agony. Thank you CVS Williamstown!!

They turn you away if you are in pain and its dark outside. No service til the sun comes up. Cruel.
