This place is amazing. My son broke down in front of their shop. It was there for 2 days. If it didnt get towed by today the police were going to impound it. Two mechanics that worked there figured out the problem and got his truck running free of charge. I cant thank this company enough!! There are a lot of dishonest mechanics in this world but this company proved there are great mechanics and good people in this world. I will recommend this company to everyone. Thank you guys!!

So, we’ve been taking our vehicles here for a few years now. Great friendly staff (we’ve gotten to know them) the owner is great . This is why we continued to go. Recently I’m not impressed with the mistakes with communication which lead to me spending more money that didn’t have to be spent if the issue was rectified properly & the lack of quality . I’ve had to return here multiple times on my last stereo project I think 4 to be exact & literally up to date still having issues with my stereo system . I’m finally deciding to fold my hand and move on to another company . (Feeling frustrated) can’t even bump my system when I want . They need to straighten out some quirks in my opinion.

There was a little confusion at first about my appointment to get an auto start put in my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. They were able to squeeze me in and complete the job not only that but with an upgrade to a viper system at the same price I was quoted. I purchased a brand new 2020 vehicle fully loaded with a ton of on board electronics and high end technology. I had purchased a sub woofer and amp for my prior vehicle and wanted to install in my new car. I was very apprehensive to have someone tinker with my brand new vehicle and potentially damage the advanced stock system. After reading the reviews for Highend and checking out the work they did for the different celebrities and exotic vehicles, I decided to have them do the work. This place did NOT disappoint!!! extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff that assured me from the start that they will take the best care of my day old vehicle. The install is so professional you would think the car factory installed the aftermarket sub and amp. The upgraded equipment they suggested worked like a charm to clear up the issues i was having in my former vehicle. The sound quality incredible, fine tuned to match my stock system. They communicated during the entire install, when i picked the vehicle up, I was met by the owner Tony who treated me like family. Was at high end today for a period of time for some unexpected issues with my trucks electrical. All i can say is that Felix (sales man) and Tom ( handy man) were incredible. Both were so friendly and knowledgeable. Felix was always talking to me updating me with the issues and process and also made sure i was comfortable and entertained while i waited. Tom was amazing working on my truck. He always made sure to explain to me what was going on throughout the process. Both men are the reason I’ll never go to another shop for upcoming projects. Felix is great. My 06’ Mustang needed a facelift with all new light fixtures. They were willing to install my fixtures I already purchased. The repair took a half day longer than expected but I was told as soon as they found out they needed more time to seal the fixtures before installing. An additional charge and a small paint chip where the fender meets the bumper made me give the 4 star review. Felix noted the paint chip and said he would inform the owner of the damage. Workmanship seems good. A few voids in some spots where the fixtures meet the bumper but overall a clean install. To be honest if my car wasn’t 14 years old, I might be stressing over the little things but no need to. I will definitely return for more service in the future.

They installed my new hitch. They was straight up and not scammers. In fact I had the wrong wire harness and they offered to bring the new one back at no cost to install. The guy Felix I dealt with was a good guy.

Called at 3:30pm got there by 4 NO APPOINTMENT they were able to install my subs and amp in less then 2 hours. It was perfect couldnt even tell they were in my car until you heard the subs hit. Everyone there was extremely friendly would definitely recommend!

Amazing work installing my aftermarket radio. Very friendly, called me a couple times in a very professional matter and etc. Only thing is that my radio reception is horrible now, but Im pretty sure that happens with these aftermarket radios a lot. They wired everything together and made it look like it was manufactured like it was. So professional.

I was looking for a reputable shop that did custom work (specifically custom headlights), as I did not want to order pre-made headlights online. It was time for some custom work to make my 11 Genesis Coupe stand out from the rest and boy did High End deliver. They gave my car a 1 of a kind custom light setup that no other Genesis in South Jersey has.From the minute I stepped into the store Felix made me feel like family. He had a vision for my car the moment he saw it and he helped me navigate through the design details so I knew exactly what I was getting. The price was reasonable for the amount of work being done (keeping in mind that it is custom work so its naturally on the higher end). What an excellent place . I stopped by on Saturday and talked to Felix about getting a auto-start. He said drop it off Monday, and we will have it back by the end of the day. Sure enough it was done. They even saw a parking light out and told me to pick one up and they would put it in at no charge. I want to thank Felix, Angel, and the rest of the guys for making this such a pleasant experience.

Stopped here on Saturday to get my amplifier fixed. When I got there they were super friendly and helpful. I told them what I needed, they took a look and laid out all my options and explained each one. Once I chose they got to work installing it, and told me to come back soon. I came back early and was greeted by the owner who was happy to keep us company. Just as they finished they were testing my new amp it blew out and broke. Instead of making me buy a new one they gave me an upgrade for free! In the end it was cheap and friendly service that I would recommend to anyone even remotely in the area, I know that I would gladly make the 30 minute drive again.

After vetting 3 shops in the Williamstown area for an autostart, I decided on High End Car Stereo. Great choice! Best price, fantastic customer service (Felix) and perfect install. They went the extra mile and installed features others told me were not available for my vehicle. I was also amazed at the number of high end cars being worked on whenever I visited their shop.I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

First and foremost - HIGH END is the REAL DEAL. If youre debating where to take your vehicle, these guy will meet and exceed expectations.I took my BMW to High End after a botch audio system upgrade done from another local shop. Felix, Mike and rest of the crew took a look at what could be done to restore a bunch of factory functionality that had been lost. They took the entire day to try and work within the existing setup and made efforts to keep me updated with progress. They even ordered a part from the Philly store and personally drove to the NJ shop same day. Unfortunately, beyond High Ends control, the existing set up was not going to allow me to get my factory diagnostics restored. They took the time to explain why and gave me options on how to upgrade a BMWs speaker system the RIGHT way. They gave me the cost breakdown and scheduled another appt. days later. Never did they push or upsell me to re-do my system, they left it completely in my court to decide. It was a NO BRAINER. They are true professionals and are amazing problem solvers. My 06 avalon was extremely difficult to work on but Highend nailed it! Worst business,, I don’t know why I gave them a chance over Dynamic Tint. My car seats are the worst, sometime they work, sometime they don’t. The ripped the stiching of the seat and I waited for over a week to hear from them when I can bring it back to fix it. Still no answer. I ended up fixing it myself. Not worth my business nor my time for sure.

Had windows tinted and subs put in the first time I came here. I had weathertech rain guards on my widows and they took them off for the tinting which is understandable. What is not understandable is them not letting me know and also not putting the rain guards back in my car. I had to drive back another day, they said they would put the rain guards back in which they did but failed to put the caps that hold the guards in place which caused one to fall off on the highway on my way home, another inconvenience for their mistake.Second time I brought my vehicle in to get a remote start. They told my wife it would take a couple hours to be installed. It wasnt finished for 8 hours. They said my car was hard to work on, ok. So the whole reason I got this auto start put in was for the winter. I wanted to get the car warmed up. On my 30 minute ride home I notice the heats not coming on, wasnt working. Called up the shop let them know, told me its a 10 minute fix. Nice still gotta drive 30 minutes on my day off because you messed up again. Reasoning for the heat not working was that the guy doing the work in the beginning didnt tell the guy that took over that he unplugged a certain wire, anyway a quick 10 minute fix turned into 40 minutes and the last time they would be getting my business which would have been getting a new amp for my sub and speakers installed.Ive had better experiences at best buy and thats pretty sad. Dont waste your time and money here.

Five star work at High End in Williamstown NJ. They installed HIDs in my Toyota Avalon and interior lighting and lighted door sills in my wifes HR-V. They could have cut corners but they decided to follow the exact OEM procedures to install the door sills when they could have cut corners with less time. I will be bringing my Avalon back for interior lights, too! Great job guys!
