Utterly the BEST windshield replacement company in South Jersey. Don and his wife are super courteous and prompt in their services. No matter the situation, they have always handled my vehicles with the upmost care. My loyalty to them is due to the warmth I feel when I enter their building. No pressure. No upselling for unnecessary work. Quick story....my fiancee had air coming in from the windshield. Took it to them and was fixed next day. Nothing wrong with his install, but he fixed it with no charge to me. Now if that doesnt scream customer satisfaction, I dont know what does. The two stars are for the quality of the work, which I dont have any complaints about.The three missing stars are for the rudeness of the owners.Here are the details:Auto Glass of Williamstown replaced the windshield for my 2011 Chevy Impala. Because of the pandemic they did not want any customer contact and asked me to pay the amount due over the phone. I was alright with that but told the lady, that I would like to inspect the new windshield installation before I pay. So no problems up to this point.When I arrived at the place I looked at the car and the windshield. While I did this a man and a woman (I assume the owners) were already coming out of the shop. So I walked over and talked to them.After confirming who I am I asked a friendly question if there was some kind of molding covering the edge of the glass prior to the replacement. I wasnt sure because I really didnt look at it closely before I dropped off the car. But I thought it wouldnt hurt to ask a simple question like that. It turned out that the owner got very offended about my question. He said in an aggressive tone that everything was just the way it was before. I was trying to calm everybody down by telling them that I really wasnt sure how it was before and that Im not accusing anybody. But after I said this I was asked if Im going to pay now or not. I said of course I will pay now. But I also told them that they should not get offended just because I would like to look at the work and ask a question before I pay. The reply was that I accused them of not doing a good job (which I never did).I was told that my request of inspecting the work before I pay was so extremely odd that it made them very suspicious.After I paid the balance and was handed the invoice, I wished them a good day. But no reply was made. Instead the door was shut in front of my face without a comment.I can understand that business owners are sometimes suspicious. They probably made some bad experiences. But being so extremely rude to the customer based on a baseless suspicion is just wrong.And I have the feeling that they would be suspicious toward any new customer.So if you want good work for an acceptable price and want to be treated rudely - go to this place. But better dont ask any questions that makes the owner feel that you are criticizing his work and better dont request to see the work before you pay. Because it will make them very suspicious that you are a fraud!

I am sad to say I am a repeat customer. I must be driving on the wrong roads, but Auto Glass of Williamstown has fixed me up in style everytime. Don even help me upgrade to a better windshield in one case. And everytime when we did a cost comparison, Auto Glass of Williamstown beat the competition. Thanks for the great service....eNJoy.

Excellent service. Extremely friendly staff. Quick scheduling. Very reasonable pricing. Comfortable and clean waiting area. Called here based on other online reviews and was not at all disappointed. Good quality professional work... including clean up. Windshield was replaced flawlessly, if you didnt know work had been done you would not be able to tell by looking. So much better (and ultimately safer) than calling a mobile service. If you are looking for a professional who cares to do the job right and well, this is the only place you should call.

Quick turnaround! I called one day and my Jeep had a brand new windshield installed the next! VERY nice people and their price was better than the other places I called. Absolutely would use them again!

Terrible terrible terrible customer service! I called to ask if they could replace the windshield trim on my car he said no and hung up. Absolutely shocked that someone would react like that. If this is how they treat a prospective customer, I cant image how they treat you once they have your money.
