Today I had to go mail a few boxes and in there by himself was Josh! What a great guy! Parcel Stop should be very happy they have him! He was so helpful (even when I gave him the wrong address he fixed it with a smile!!) and so efficient! He managed to get everyone in and out of there as quickly as possible AND with COVID no one wants to be in a building with strangers too long! Parcel Stop I will be back to mail packages just because of Josh! Thanks young man for helping me out today! Keep smiling Josh!

Good for mailing packages. Took a star off because the store is poorly lit and less tidy or put together than other local options. The stash is helpful and friendly.

Had an emergency that needed to be notarized. Called ahead because I wanted to make sure the notary was still on site, and their business hours, just in case. Was told the notary was there until 6pm. Arrived and confirmed shes the notary but that she cannot notarize everything. Whats the point of having a notary that cant sign wills, power of attorneys, legal documents, or housing/real estate documents? A waste of time and vague services offered if youre looking for a notary!

Emily and Jeremy they are knowledgable and always helpful. Highly recommend this store if you need shipping/drop-off boxes!

With a line if people like me waiting till the last days to ship for Xmas, the Manager Sheila gave me great customer service, got my packages shipped for the best price while delegating tasks as she was leaving my packages. The other staff were all working diligently to make our wait as short as possible. Believe me, they could not have gotten us through the line any quicker! Thank you all!

I am continually impressed by this place! Very friendly, efficient staff & service. In addition to providing mailing & packing services, they happily accept all sorts of packing materials for reuse, even used Amazon plastic mailers & insulated foam shipping containers from medicine! They are outstanding, and I always look forward to going there.

I always use this store for my shipping. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They can give you a choice of prices and shipping times by different carriers. By repackaging/combining some of my Christmas boxes, they saved me quite a bit of money.

Every time I go into Parcel Stop, I receive a friendly greeting and fast, efficient service. They can do so many things and all is with a smile. I didnt realize they can even ship things through the Postal Service--they were able to give me all of the pricing options.

I was passing through town in need of a notary and some copies. It turned out, I wasnt sure how to complete the confusing government paperwork. So the guys at Parcel Stop took the time to go online and help me figure out what to copy, what to notarize and where to send it. WOW! It was like having personal assistants at a mere fraction of the price.

These guys get an A+++ for customer service! Every time I have a return and am even slightly confused about what to do, I simply take it here and ask the nice people behind the desk help! And they spring to action! They even tape my packages shut for me if I havent done so already. Much better experience then the post office or anywhere else that does shipping.

Had the best service from Sheila as my return label was not available on my phone. After several tries Sheila retrieved the label and all went well once the label was printed. Great customer service!!!

This is my go-to drop-off location for all packages I have to ship. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Always willing to go the extra mile to get my packages labeled and shipped. Also, they know their stuff and whenever I bring the wrong type of label they are still really friendly and help direct me to where I need to go to get things fixed.

I received outstanding customer service during a visit to the local Parcel Stop in Williamsburg. I was running late and the store was about to close in 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I had forgotten my wallet and needed to return home to get it. It would have taken me at least a 15 minute round trip. The customer service representative Sheila Sullivan was so kind to give me an extra five minutes to go back home get my wallet and return. Fortunately, I made in back only 2 minutes after the store was set to close but Sheila waited and allowed me to get a very important document notarized. I am so grateful for her kindness and excellent customer service.

I had to fax a large document for a friend and Parcel Stop saved me over $65 over office supply stores and local mailing stores who wanted to charge $2.69 per page! Thomas was polite, professional and provided excellent service. I recommend Parcel Stop to all.

I really had a great experience with a staff member whose name is Thomas, he was really helpful especially when my shipment was thought to be lost due to the spread of coronavirus, however, he was always incontact with me to have me updated. I highly recommend this office to be your next one to send or receive your shipments.

It is less then 2 weeks before Christmas and this place was packed! Despite being so busy the staff was super friendly, and very organized and professional. They did what they could to speed up the wait time by taking the packages from you as you came in, taped them up, weighed them and measured them so when it was your turn, the person waiting on you could just input the info and get your shipping rates and get you out. I was extremely impressed on how quickly the line(that was out the door) moved. I may have waited 15 min on line but it was so much better then the 30 min I waited in the post office the day before!

The ladies were so helpful, patient, and professional with multiple challenging rug returns.

I agree with all of the 5-star postings for Parcel Pros! With a son in college and my mother in another state, I’m shipping packages quite often and usually at the spur of the moment. I meant to write this a while ago. This store is great! A+ customer service and have packed everything Ive brought to the (stuffed animals, blankets, 12 pottery kitchen set from the 70s) safely and without blinking an eye. Since they ship with UPS, FedEx, and USPS I enjoy having multiple options to ship my stuff.

I needed to ship about 40 pounds of books, and Thomas was fantastic, when he told me about media mail. That saved me about 60$ vs standard shipping rates! He packed me up and got me taken care of super fast.Definitely recommend this place.
