I went there just to see what new. The associates were knowledgeable and friendly. Its great to be with a group of folk who like to talk tech without getting too much geeky... They had all I expected to see and do much more. They even carry toilet paper...

Went in to pick up item but they refused to honor a sale despite company policy

Please be advised that the Williamsburg Office Depot has 13 days left open. Up to 80 percent off...understandably not much left.

I contacted Office Depot to make a graduation yard sign last minute when a smaller company in town did not fulfill the order on time. Office Depot made the sign within an hour, understanding the importance of having the sign up on the day that graduation was to take place. I and my graduate could not have been happier. These things matter and Office Depot did an amazing job helping to make graduation day special during a difficult time. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Ive enjoyed working with this Office Depot store location. The staff has been easy to locate and super helpful. The store is well stocked and easy to shop.My experience working with their print & copy shop has been excellent. Sending my docs and photos electronically through their website turned out to be a very convenient way to have my print jobs waiting for me to pick up later the same day. The docs and pics looked great.Two thumbs up!

Tried to fax today. First...bad customer service. The young woman clearly saw me waiting and attempted to help someone else first. Second...she said the fax would not go through. Went to Staples and had no problem the first try. And the employees actually acknowledged my presence.

Just stopped in for printer. Rude unhelpful employees. Couldnt be bothered to assist.

We bought a chair from this store, and arranged to have it delivered. But they did not deliver it on the day they promised. So, we conducted many online chats with their customer service people. Every time we chatted, they told us a new delivery date. But they always failed to fulfill their promises. This went on for a week. And finally, they abruptly canceled our order completely. They refunded the money to our credit card. But the refund amount was $1.20 LESS than the amount we paid!! So, they not only inconvenienced us, but also stole our money!!! I will now order the same chair from Amazon. Avoid the Williamsburg Virginia Office Depot store and go to Amazon or Staples. I invite the manager of this store to answer the following question: Does this represent your typical level of customer service?

The best office supply store in town. Has things other stores dont carry. Nice and knowledgeable service as well.

I frequent this Office Depot when I need office supplies and printer ink. The staff is helpful and friendly and the store is not too busy. You can get in and out fairly quickly.

I do all my printing at this location and they have to be the best at this. Kaylee is always helpful and very pleasent to work with. I would recomend them to anyone who needs print work done.

A bit of a ghost town-feel here, and the selection is somewhat poor. I suppose they get by on their corporate sales because Ive *never* seen this Office Depot busy, even during the Christmas season. But at least the staff are friendly.

This is why brick-and-mortar stores are failing. I was on hold for about 20 minutes waiting for an answer about some business cards so I finally just drove in. And even though they had two hours before they close and there were four employees in the store and I was the only customer, they couldnt help me out and print some cards for me. The guy behind the front counter was working on an order for somebody who wasnt even in the store but the other employees were just walking around talking to each other. I needed just one box of business cards printed.
