This store is high in traffic for its pharmacy. This does complicate things because the wait is extremely long. Aside from that I do feel the pharmacy is a bit unorganized. Associates being able to predict when things will be ready will improve customer experience. I.E. if they say it’s a twenty minute wait you should not need to wait for 30 to 40 minutes. Medicine could have been prepared well before the customer arrives but one must ask for it and then still wait for it to be “prepared”.

This last service was horrible. I take a controlled opiod, I know it must be sent to my pharmacy, I had my pain management Dr send the script over. As it was due on Sunday, I called the pharmacy on Friday so they could make sure they would have it. They confirmed it would be ready along with the other 2. I arrive at the pharmacy on Sunday and it isnt filled. That was bad enough but then the clerk made me sound stupid when I said it should be ready. I explained it to her and once again made feel stupid. I have been coming here for years I know the process

If i could give it less i would. I ran into store to grab something quick. I asked an associate where i could find item. I was reprimanded for not having on mask. I am fully vaccinated with other medical issues. I was then told that her son has asthama and even he wore a mask. This was done in front of other customers. I have never been soo humiliated in my life and i feel like there were HIPPA violations.

Clean, well stocked, friendly staff, quick in and out and great parking. The entrance on Northampton St can be a little tricky because it is so close to the traffic light.

As always, problems with the PHARMACY. I have switched to Wegmans where I do my grocery shopping. Much cheaper and absolutely no attitude at the PHARMACY. DONE with Rite-Aid. ✌❤😷

I went into the local store searching for a medication that was legally sold over the counter, but from the pharmacy. I was told that at first they only sold in bulk which cost $60. I said okay well I need them so Ill take them. Then they said oh well actually they are sold out, I used the product many times and seen it sitting on the shelf. I am supposing that they just like messing with people and not helping, while also breaking the law. Do no shop here. Not to mention I called before going and was quoted at a price of $27. A pack of liars and dishonest corporate cronies.

The staff is rude and very obnoxious. Old ladys on power trips telling people how to do there shopping. Not nice kind or respectful in any way shape or form. If i could give 0 stars i would. Pharmacy personal is ever worse. As i stand in line i watch these people asking question to patients they have no right knowing so then they go trying to play dr. Go to med school if you want to be dr. You job is to count. I felt so bad for the lady it was happening to. If ur rude like these people get a job not in customer service. I have already reported their negligence and harassment to the bba and the bbb. Hopefully something is done. Its a business full of people who cant even get there jobs right and they want to pretend to ve something above. Lol.. Unreal..

Ive been to quite a few Rite Aids in the area and this one is the best one in terms of customer service. The stock of items in every Rite Aid I have been to has been tough but thats just how it is when there is a good deal on something. Im always greeted and get helped with a smile if I need to find something. I am a couponer and can sometimes run into issues with them but they always take care of it well here. There is a super energetic older lady that works here and she is just awesome. Just love this Rite Aid

There can be a long wait for prescrition meds, but overall there is good service. Store is normally clean and brightly lit. Good selection of non prescription stuff.
