Guys here know what their talking about when comes to euro cars. They diagnosed an issue I was having with cheap spark plugs and after replacing with the correct plugs for the my car the issue was fixed. Prices are fair 5/5

Ive been coming here for all my auto repairs for more than 10 years. Danny and the guys at Euro Tech are all well trained, skilled auto technicians who work smart, so you know your vehicle is in good hands when you need something fixed. If you dont need repairs, you can get a quick oil change and it will cost you almost the same to do it yourself. You wont be disappointed when you go to Euro Tech for all your automotive needs. PLACE IS HORRIBLE I CALLED TO PUT ON SHOCKS FOR MY CAR I PAID FULL PRICE AT AUTO ZONE FOR MY PARTS AND KINDLY ASKED HOW MUCH WILL YOU CHARGE TO HAVE THEM PUT ON? AFTER BEING ON HOLD THE GUY CAME BACK ON AND SAID NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR CAR PROBLEMSS BASICALLY THEY DONT WANT YOU TO BRING YOUR OWN PARTS EVEN IF YOU HAVE A LIFE TIME WARRANTY ON THEM !! HORRIBLE PEOPLE PLACE ALL AROUND I WILL ALSO START A FACEBOOK POST I HAVE SOME FOLLOWERS WHO NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YALLL ??? ALL I WANTED WAS A PART PUT ON MY CAR TO PASS INSPECTION!!!!

I took my 2004 Saab 9-3 to a Bosch service center, and I am very disappointed in the quality of the work/services that were provided. I received a call from the repair center stating that my original problem was not my first priority, and he stated that the vehicle was unsafe in other ways that called for an immediate fix. I took my car home $1,300.00 later, and exiting the highway my car dropped from 50 mph to 20 mph within seconds resulting in a near accident; the original problem that wasnt my priority at this time.After looking at the work performed on my vehicle I noticed the break fluid cap, which i paid for, was still the old cracked one. I also noticed two brand new tires on my car, which i never agreed to. He stated he was going to FIX the goose egg on the right front tire ($400.00 later I had two back tires that did not match the size of my front tires). My windshield wiper was found half under the hood of my car, and my oil dip stick had been replaced with an older model vehicles.Lastly, I was told that my car had a leak coming from the vacuum booster that need to be fixed IMMEDIATELY. I TRUSTED the Bosch Service Shops word, and had them go ahead and fix it - although i did state that I was shocked as my vehicle is parked off road (in the same spot for 5+ years) and I have yet to see a drop of oil come from my car. After parking my car for the night, I noticed that I now have a leak coming from my car.When I called to speak with the CMAT, he was very rude and unprofessional. I could not believe my ears! Unfortunately, after this experience I will make sure that any review/recommendations that I give to my fellow colleagues, employees, family, and community will be in a negative aspect due to this issue.I am a very easy person to get along with, and I take a lot into consideration- BUT after expressing my concerns and feelings about the repairs to my car; the master tech did nothing but insult me with a 45+ year experience statement. In my area of professional business, you should always take into consideration the customers concerns to resolve negative issues. This experience was truly shocking.Regards,Very unsatisfied customer
