I am so thankful I went with the table guys for our wedding! They had exactly what we wanted! We rented tables and awesome wooden folding chairs which were perfect since we didn’t have much room in our home! They had a the perfect forest green napkins that match our wedding colors perfectly! And the champagne gold sequins table and table runners made the table dazzle! It turned out so beautiful! Thank you Bailey and everyone that helped!
I used them for my garage sale a couple of weeks ago. There was absolutely zero communication. I had to call 3 times to try to get an estimated time of when they would drop the tables off, and all 3 times they would me they would call me back. They never did, I had to just sit around and wait all day until they finally showed up to drop the stuff off at 6 pm. It wouldn’t have been that big of a deal if they had just returned my calls and let me know a time like they said they would.I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I called them this week to see about possibly renting tables and chairs for a birthday party. I called on Tuesday, they said they would call me back with an estimate and they never did. I tried to call several times on Wednesday and no one ever even picked up the phone. If you’re wanting to rent tables and/or chairs I absolutely would never recommend them. I would give zero stars if I could.
Thank you Baily and the Table Guys for helping me create a beautiful table to entertain my family of 20 for Thanksgiving ! They have a wonderful assortment of linens that made my tableware stand out! So nice being able to replace my daily table with 6ft tables that will allow us all to sit family style! This has become a tradition for us! We have never been able to sit as a whole family for a meal! The last 2 years has been a blessing! I would recommend them for any holiday or family gatherings! Happy Thanksgiving!
My daughter wanted to have a chocolate fountain for her birthday party and let me tell you the customer service I received for such a small item was excellent. Bailey made sure I had everything I needed and she was able to explain how it operates as well without me stressing. I highly recommend for great products and customer service!
Bailey was extremely helpful on working with me on getting the correct number of tables and chairs I needed for an event. I also rented a frozen drink machine that was in clean working condition and Bailey made sure to go over it so I wouldnt have any issues. Nothing bad to say about this company as they and Bailey went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Definitely will be using them again.
The table guys went above and beyond to help make my wedding special. They were the first vendor at the venue the day of the wedding to set up over 100 chairs. Not only did they do this in lighting time but they made sure that each row was straight. The lines were easy to pick up and drop off. Seriously cannot say enough good things about them.
The customer service I received was outstanding. I had a few ideas for my sister’s surprise 30th b-day party and Bailey took those ideas and made them into a beautiful reality. The rustic cake and cupcake stands were gorgeous and really tied the decor together. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
COVID-19 might have ruined a traditional graduation ceremony, but Bailey and the table guys made my daughters graduation party a success! Bailey was very attentive in listening to my daughters ideas and brought everything together even better than we could have asked for! Highly recommended. Ask for Bailey! You won’t be disappointed

They are always very helpful, kind and professionalI’ve used them several times and always had a great experience. They are very good about working with you and your schedule. Also they always have the tables and chairs we need when we need them.
They came out last minute to help us supply chairs to older folks who had to wait in the covid19 vaccine line. They are fast and professional.

Bailey was great to work with, although we didnt end up needing tables ordered she assisted in attempting to reschedule and in the end gave a partial credit for a future date. Would definitely recommend.

Great to work with! They are SO much more than just tables! I rented some tables with tablecloths, runners and napkins. The sales girl was knowledgeable in what size tablecloth I needed to make my day elegant, which was so helpful. I requested to ask for a call or email when the delivery guy was on his was to me, they opted me into a automated text message service which helped us out a lot because we were able to prep for our event while waiting for him. All in all, great experience and I will use again!

We ordered 27 -72 inch round tables for a wedding. The week of the wedding, we called to ask for a 5pm drop off. At that time, the associate said theyll have to charge us a late delivery fee. So we were able to get into our venue at 3pm and asked all our friends and family to take off work earlier to set up the day before the wedding.The day before the wedding, the driver pulls up at around 3:15pm. He informs us that he doesnt have enough 72 inch round tables since they double booked. We asked how many he had and he said he brought 2- 72 inch rounds and 30-40 60inch rounds. We informed him that our seating chart has 10-12 people per table and depends solely on getting 72 inch round tables. Over the next half-hour, I am on the phone with Ray Tent and Event Rental getting an estimate while the driver is off and on the phone with the owner trying to locate some tables. Finally, by 3:45 the driver informed us the owner was able to scrounge up some tables from some warehouse.The driver ends up coming back (after 5pm as a late delivery) with the 72 inch round tables. The tables were in poor condition and we had to go buy zip ties to get them to be a little more stable since there will be quite a lot of weight from the dishes, food, drinks, and centerpieces that will be placed on them.The week after, I called the company to inform them of this mishap. Its frustrating to the wedding party to have to deal with locating tables when we have ordered them months in advance. At what point did the table guys know they double booked but didnt bother to inform us?Not only did friends and family lose time and wages from asking off early from work; it was also a lot of unnecessary stress the day before the wedding.I never got a return call so I called again this week. They informed me they would be happy to offer me 10% my next order. I would have thought that ordering tables from a company called The Table Guys would eliminate some stress when planning a wedding. Apparently, the 1 job they had deemed a bit too difficult for them. Thanks for the 10% off offer but we will not be going with you again.

Booked this company for our wedding day. The linens were fine and packaged nicely. However I was extremely disappointed in the other items we rented. The wedding arch was noticeably bent, chipped and missing paint, and visibly dirty as if I had never been washed. They didn’t send the bolts with us to fasten the arch together at the top which caused an issue with the stability of it. I also rented a small table to be used as a memorial table. It was also dirty and dusty and extremely scratched up. When i expressed my displeasure to the employee assisting me I was met with a blank stare. No apology, no offer to make it right, nothing. When we returned the items we had to unload most of it ourselves without any help, and were never asked if we were satisfied with the products or had any concerns. I was quite disappointed as I had heard good things about this vendor. Will likely not be recommending to others.

NEEDED SOME TABLES FOR AN ANNUAL FUNDRAISER COOKOUT WE HOLD EACH YEAR FOR THE AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY. THEY WERE A LIFE SAVER. DIDNT KNOW WHERE TO GO TO GET TABLES SINCE OUR LAST CONTACT HAD RETIRED. TABLE GUYS GET A BIG THANK YOU FROM OUR ORGANIZATION. BEST WISHES FOR THE FUTURE.
With the change in ownership, it’s almost disappointing. Their furniture etc is still good but customer service is quite bad. I have been using them for 3yrs and was always greeted nicely, they had offered free shipping with certain minimum amount,never created issues on dropping off distance etc, at times even opened and setup as courtesy and now it seems like each thing is an issue and comes with extra charge! The terribly long holds on phone are quite painful too. Definitely backing off and planning to not use them in future.
Excellent service. I was unable to obtain the linens I needed for an upcoming event and I was running out of time. I walked in and these ladies worked to find me exactly what I wanted. They got me pressed, packaged and out the door in minutes. Thank you Table Guys!

The owner puts all her energy and effort into this place and it shows! No party is complete without their smore bar! If you love melted chocolate and caramel cascading down onto marshmallows, strawberries, or anything else they have wonderfully prepared, then you should rent a fountain from them. Truly a gem in Wichita.

The new ownership is a trainwreck waiting to crash. We use to get all from them. Now they moved to a very shaddy location and dont feel safe picking up items. Granddaughter recently rented her linens, after not getting calls back, they discounted by $69 then they sent the wrong linens, called and called and called. They were wrinkly and just terrible quality. Have found another great company now but tried to give them a chance. Terribly upsetting, you want a event to look nice and it was so stressful.
I couldnt have asked for a better vendor than Kimberly. When plans changed the week of our wedding, she worked with us without hesitation and made it a stress-free experience for me. I highly recommend The Table Guys!

I could tell, even over the phone, they were under new ownership cuz I had to call twice just to get a quote, and once I finally got it...their contract had one logo but their credit card info sheet had a different logo...along with all of the other recent bad reviews...too scared to do business with them any more! We went to RAY EVENT & TENT RENTAL and LOVE LOVE LOVE them!!!
This company is ABOSLUTLY terrible. Everyone there is two faced, she DOES NOT know how to run a business. Honestly I could go in and take her spot and run that business a whole lot better than her. She is understaffed and the place is a MESS! I would NOT recommend this company for ANYONE who is trying to use them for their event!
Super friendly and helpful, was able to get tables and clothes racks for a garage sale and didnt have to spend a lot. They even loaded the items we rented into the car.
Horrible!! The were a hassle from the start. The original owners were very rude and hateful. I gave the new owners a chance to make it right. They did lower the price by 69 dollars to only find out they sent us round table clothes for our head table rather than banquet. I’m saving you the trouble! Do not use this company.

Horrible place to rent from, I got double charged because they couldnt find their own equipment and blamed me saying I did not return the items, still working on getting all my money returned due to them putting my account in the negative for over charging me, just unprofessional.
