This is a very nice place to find light bulbs of all sorts. They have rare bulbs thats hard to find, plus the bulbs have long life. The customer service, polite and kind, very helpful . Theres two stores East & West, if what you want isnt at one theyll get it from the other store and have it there the next day for you. Thats awesome!!!

I have been restoring an 1960 olympia beer light and I needed a ovulasly rare light bulb looked for weeks on end for one had no luck I called everyone no help finally do not why but I called kansas lighting on my last hope a very professional man name Blake answered the phone and said he might be able to help me he told me maybe he could get an order in for the bulb that day and to call back I called back and he said could not get the bulb from his regular contacts and he told me he would do as some checking he called 4 days later and told me my very rare bulb was in thank you Blake the light is finished going to hang it up in my man cavettomorroww

I had two antique light fixtures that I needed to have the wiring checked and possibly re-wired before installing them. Kansas Lighting special ordered the cloth covered wire needed to rewire the center wires so it would match what was originally used in the fixtures. The other original wires checked out fine. The cost for checking and rewiring the fixtures was very reasonable. I also asked them why type of bulb would look best in the fixtures. They suggested a vintage bulb which does look fabulous! When I went to pick them up, two very nice young men offered to carry them out to my car. Im very satisfied with their work and I have peace of mind that they will work properly and not be a fire hazard.

I took in a light fixture, well part of one. The part that needed repaired. They had the part for over a month, when I call to check on it ... Well thier working on it. Finally went to get it still not done matter of fact it was sitting in the same place he put it when I left the first time. Never again. If you cant do it just say so dont drag people along.

Up until last week I did not realize that there was an east location for Kansas Lighting. After a short phone call with only some measurements for a replacement globe they were able to get my needs taken care of. Both locations are absolutely wonderful and if you have the need for a new light or replacements for an old one I can not recommend them enough. It make life much easier being able to go to the professionals than stumble around a big box store where you will struggle to find the right products.

I called to ask if a product was in stock and it was. Told the gentleman on the phone I would be there to pick up today. He asked 3 or 4 times if I knew this was the east location. I repeated I did and would be there shortly. When I arrived at 520 to pick up my frosted lightbulbs the doors were locked and looked like yall had been gone for hours. Why post hours if you arent going to keep them. I drove over an hour round trip to come pick them up. Made it 10 minutes before close and yall knew I was coming and closed anyway. How rude and unprofessional

Plan to spend a few minutes waiting. Otherwise, great selection, found the 4-wire switch that I was looking for, and had a great selection of lamp shades.

They claim that they do lamp repairs,that is a lie. Had my table lamps for 3 weeks couldnt even manage to order the correct parts.Seriously nobody seems to know whats going on when it comes to repairs. Picked up my lamps, took them to a real repair shop.Would of given them zero stars if that was possible

Horrible service, male employee stormed off while I was asking what lighting may help to replace an old light. So rude Im appalled. Place is a mess, dirty and faul odor. Waited at desk 10 mins to even be acknowledged, with no line. Take your business elsewhere.
