Poor customer service. Was sent to this location by a hardware store to ask for ideas on a project. Person at the front desk said “we only carry what corporate thinks we need”. She then said she could not help and encouraged an online search. “While I could guide you through a search, it makes more sense for you to search yourself.”

You have to return your items to the exact store you buy them from. Was doing a job out of town and they wont take them back anywhere else. Called their corporate number and it went straight to voice mail. Still havent gotten a call back three days later... They have fixed quantity bagged bolts that dont match up with the fixed and bagged nuts forcing you to buy offset quantities. Any other large home store has a bigger selection and better pricing anyway. Compare for yourself before you buy here.
