Ordered twice already from Fairmount Coffee Company, and because they are DoorDash orders, I expected them to be not all that great. However, the three drinks Ive ordered have been consistently enjoyable and made my days. I also appreciate their delicious Maple Bacon Scone and their succulent breakfast sandwich — which is 100% customizable with various proteins, toppings, and even the option for gluten free bread. Give this place a try, whether youre in person or ordering from home. They will not disappoint.

Good food, and great coffee. Havent had any of the cookies or sweets yet, but they look delicious. Ill try them next time and update with the info.

Great atmosphere good location close to campus. Wide variety of menu items. If you dont like coffee they have a great local tea selection. This is one of my top spots for meeting people.

I know, most would cut to the chase, but I think if we really asked ourselves, What makes a good coffee place?, wed immediately realize its more than the coffee. So to begin, Ill cover the more than and then move to the obvious.The environment was humble, clean and unique. With larger round tables designed for a group, to small two person tables and single person chairs hosting small individual tables, it appeared as if they planned to host anyone at anytime. What was especially surprising was an open patio feel that they were able to incorporate into it, with picnic tables to boot.The staff was responsive and friendly, bringing my coffee to the table after brewing a new batch. The coffee was hot, as it should be, but it was also perfect. If youre wondering, unlike my reviews, my coffee choice is simple. A Rich, Black cup thats not burnt, cold or stale. So when it comes to specialties, unfortunately Im not much help.While I had the coffee purchased for me by the individual I was meeting, the price was more than reasonable. Definitely will return.

Great place to sit outside in the morning fir coffee. Usually work out at the YMCA then head to the fairmont.

Cute spot with an authentic coffee shop vibe for both college students and non students. Lots of space, plenty of seating, good coffee and baked goods, natural light, quiet enough that you dont have to yell to have a conversation and great customer service. On a busy day you may have to fight for a laptop plugin along the wall but that may not be a problem.

Amazing coffee! I had the caramel latte with oatmilk and it was delicious. I tried my boyfriends iced caramel macchiato and it was very good! One of the best coffees Ive tasted! The food in the display cases looked yummy, but did not try yet. The cookies were large! The atmosphere and dining area were very welcoming and comfortable! Very clean as well. The staff was friendly! Will go back again!

Fairmount is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is so lovely and calming, the service is wonderful and my peach Italian soda was so light and summery! Planning on many more trips here in the coming weeks and months!

Coffee was decent. Service was VERY slow with no one in front of me and the club sandwich-while it tasted food- wasnt actually made correctly (only one layer was made correctly and they skimped and only put tomato and onion on the second layer... NOT how thats done. Also hella expensive for all this ... Nice enough place. Good atmosphere though NOT ENFORCING MASKS...

This place is a gem!Its quality of product and service has exceeded my expectations. To their roots it is most likened to the pubs where Martin Luther exchanged ideas and friends over a good drink. Unfortunately, they dont serve alcohol (yet). Whether you want solitude or stimulating conversation its the destination of both.Ill be returning and bringing my friends.

First time. The place was well lit and clean. Staff super helpful. I got a hazelnut latte with a quad shot of espresso, which is really good, but they also have a small food menu as well. If Im back on this side of town I would definitely go again and try something new.

Fairmount is such a wonderful, cozy place to grab a coffee, meet up with friends, or have a quiet place to relax. The staff are incredibly friendly, the drinks and pastries are delicious, and the atmosphere is lovely.

I thoroughly enjoyed both my iced Mocha Aztec and my chocolate chip muffin. I pretty much told the helpful barista that I wanted a sweet cold drink and a yummy dessert, and he asked me a few questions to help me decide my order. This roomy coffee shop has a pleasant comfortable vibe, and I noticed clientele ranging in ages and activities. While I planned a brief visit, I ended up staying for a couple of hours!

Very kind, mindful management. Impeccable aesthetic. I love their involvement in the community.

Awesome coffee shop in west Wichita. Been visiting here for a while now. Good people, good coffee. I typically dont eat while Im here but today I tried the crumb cake and it was fantastic. This is a small shop with good music and plenty of seating. A great place to bring your laptop for work, or meet friends.

I could make 12 better muffins at home for half the cost. They were so dry. The hot Chocolate tastes like burnt cocoa mixed with burnt coffee (I hate the taste of coffee) Would never go here again, wasted my money and grubhubs time.

I had an order for 2 smoothies and a parfait, ordered in advance and paid for. I was the only person in the restaurant waiting to pick up, however I sat for 20-25 minutes while she made other orders because they were first. I understand making things in order, however when there is a customer in store with a simple drink and yogurt order, its absurd to make them wait that long for the sake of doing things in order. That food is just going to sit and get cold since no one was there to get it yet. It took maybe 2 minutes for my order get completed once she started, thats just poor management.

Awesome place! The staff is super friendly, and the coffee was great. I highly recommend the Aztec latte! It has just the right amount of spice. Great live jazz music there too!

Wish I can give 0 star, I order a Fairmount garden salad that was supposed but have avocado and crumbled bread in it, but I got just a bunch of lettuce with cheese are you kidding me?I didnt pay $15 for that

Beautifully designed interior and fantastic coffee. I got a latte with hazelnut and is was delicious. This is a great place to sit down and study or enjoy your cup of coffee. They have lots of seating space and some nice comfy couches, perfect for a long study session.

Welcoming staff giving us plenty of time to choose a drink from all of the choices. Coffee is delicious and love the atmosphere! If I didn’t have to head to the airport I would of stayed for a while. Keep up the good work.

Great service and atmosphere!

My latte was perfect and I love the open atmosphere. Servers werent talkative but were efficient. I did come later in the day so maybe they were tired. Its right by WSU so there were a lot of students there studying and talking. And tables are big enough where you can bring in textbooks and laptops and still have enough room for food. Bring earbuds if you want quiet.

Love this coffee house! The Shocker sandwich is awesome with a big Reeses Cookie. I eat here about every other month and enjoy the friendly staff and casual environment.

My first time here was a lovely experience. The minute you walk in youll be impressed by the cleanliness and moderness of their facility. The staff was as friendly as they come, their prices were right where they should be and the coffee itself was great too.

Not bad, but not the best. The customer service does not seem genuine. Plus, they serve Reverie coffee. Id rather go to the actual Reverie coffeehouse downtown and give them all the profits. Also, FCC does not have many syrup offerings. The atmosphere was nice and inviting. If I had a study group, I would visit FCC over Starbucks, but if I am solo Im going North on campus because I can pull through the drive.

Great place to sit and sip a latte. Truly, they have amazing mochas here last I checked. There’s a couple sitting areas and quite a few tables and as a whole seems like a roomy place.

I like the ample seating, the natural light, the friendliness of the staff. This place is large for a coffee shop.My wife and I enjoyed a wrap and a panini made fresh with good portion sizes - not too much, but plenty of food for a meal.This outing ended trying their cold brew to go on a 100°+ day and it was smoothe, refreshing and gave me the jittery jolt I was wanting at that point.

The coffee shop is right across WSU it is very student friendly more of a place for students then an actual coffee shop.

Such a cute place! Very clean with two seating areas - one with tables and chairs and another with couches. It looked like there were a couple conference/meeting rooms as well. Free wi-fi. Brilliant coffee shop! I got a lavender and vanilla latte (tbh I think its going to be my new thing) and it was to die for. SO BEYOND DELISH! I cant stand that other places coffee, its always burned and its crazy over sweet. Not at Fairmount, it was perfect. If you are in town you gotta go, we were passing through to check out what the heck a pyradome was and SO GLAD we did because we found these beauties!
