Just moved to town and made a trip to Home Depot and stopped by about 8:30 and the young gentleman was so nice as he was cleaning up telling me about the stand. I didn’t want to trouble him and he insisted on me picking a flavor and didn’t charge me saying it was a welcome gift! The Green Hawaiian is so good! Thank you!!

Product is good but they fail to adhere to their advertised hours. Additionally trying to leave a negative review elsewhere gets you blocked from their social media!Edit to add this was this past Saturday, not today. So being closed Mondays doesn’t change the problem. And to suggest applying? Rude, definitely lost my families business and will let other people know how you deal with negative responses.

This is the absolute BEST shaved ice in town. When I worked on the east side of town I would visit EVERY day. No exaggeration, it was my every day afternoon pick me up. The owner is so friendly and he would know what I wanted before I even got to the window. Living and working on the west side of town makes me miss this place sooo much!! Really wish you had a location downtown or the west side. Id be seeing you every day again. And spending $5 for a cup of the best shaved ice EVER is way better than spending more than that on some fancy coffee that honestly isnt even that great. This is a must stop place for me when I do make it to the other side of town!

Such friendly staff! I know the lines get long but it’s worth the wait. Other people I see get up set to wait for 30 minutes. They can leave at their own will. Still my go to!

I really love getting the summer breeze! its so fruity and refreshing! its like strawberry something but so good! And they have punch cards!!!! My daughter says the Barbie is best.

We waited in our car to go through the drive through for 45 mins since they were not open on the outside. This would have been fine, but 10 mins before closing, they shut down for the day. It was taking 10 mins just to get ONE car their order. I’m 30 weeks pregnant and was not at all happy about waiting that long for absolutely nothing. My family will not be returning.

The Cajun red hot is so good even my little ducklings like it! Definitely better then cinnamon.

Yesterday it was HOT! Kids wanted to go for a sno cone here which weve been to many times over the years . Never really had any issues other than once and a while the flavors are off tasting or they dont put enough syrup nothing to really make us stop going. so ...We got in line before 8pm . Waited an hour to be told by the 15 year old worker that he was the only one there today and he had to get home. There was many cars still behind me that been waiting also. I laughed and told the kid it was ok wasnt his fault at all . I dont think Ill be back. Its not the kids fault . Its the owner not having something in place so people dont waste time waiting in line then not get their orders. Honestly I couldnt believe the owner left a 15 year old working in that stand alone especially on a hot busy day. Says alot about the company. So just know that even if you are in line before 8 you may not be getting anything. Basically they are like a drive thru business. So if I get in line at braums, McDonalds, etc before closing I will get my order. When a place wants to close they do something to take action to cut customers off . Not waste thier time waiting in line.Edit to add ... Obviously the owner can not accept feedback as I suggested that something be put in place to make sure the line is cut off . Very fair feedback .Sorry but thats not my account as I only have one google account and I give very fair feedback so you may want to delete that comment .You also stated that the 15 year old had been there all day alone without a break .. ( thats what made me feel even worse for the 15 year old )I laughed with the 15 year old after giving my order and said he didnt want to Interrupt me.. I totally understood his reasoning for having to shut down. As a business owner you should have something out in place to shut the line down and not make people wait .Also to make sure your workers have help and a break .Have a great day !

I use to go to here and loved the product. The person packed and mixed as she went in the cup. The last few times ice is loose and melts immediately. Ice not packed with layers of flavoring added like the person use to do. Ordered black cherry and got regular cherry just not the same

The ice cream in the middle hits the spot!! Love the patio and always so nice!

Went there today, was very disappointed. Let me say it was my first & last time there. The ice tasted freezer burnt. Bought 5 different flavors (all tasted like old ice) none were eaten 😕 Maybe it was just an off day for them? Been trying out different sno cone places & this is the first one Ive had a complaint about.

This is good stuff! Many original and funky flavors to choose from. It is always a fun summer treat to have. My kids love it. They make their iced cones at a very good size for a good price. It is nice that they have a location on the east side and the newer Shaved Ice Plus, but it would be awesome to have a west location. Check them out for a cool, refreshing treat this summer.

Owner leaves malicious 1 star reviews for other businesses because of differing opinions. Very petty thing for a fellow entrepreneur to do. Make yours right and so will I.

I stopped by here to get a cup of coffee. They did not have any made. They said it would take a couple minutes to make. After waiting a very long time, I got a coffee, which, after a very long wait, I thought would be good, but it was not even drinkable. It had such a bad taste. I asked for my money back, and they did give me my money back.... but what a waste of >10 minutes dealing with this when I just wanted a quick coffee, and I could have just have gotten a great cup of coffee in 1 minute a bit further down the road. Maybe their ice ice good, but dont go here for coffee.

Always great service and the flavors are always awesome. Always puts lots of syrup on the ice, which I love! Otherwise I feel like Im just paying for ice lol. Just wish they were open all days of the week for longer hours.

First time I ordered the tigers blood this season it tasted like a cinnamon gummy bear. I thought for sure it was the wrong flavor. Tried it again tonight and got the same thing, and again it was that common taste. Darn... Used to be my favorite...

I went there and ordered a Funky Monkey, I said no tigers blood because I dont like cinnamon, there was too much of it last time I went. Well she says so Banana? And Im thinking she means only banana in it, no tigers blood because I thought there may have been banana in there. I get it back and its only yellow, not the funky monkey color. I ask her if its the funky monkey she said yeah banana. I ask so is there the cream in it? And she said yeah usually there is but not this one because I made changes to my order, again the only change was NO TIGERS BLOOD. It would have been nice to know if I make a slight change to my order, that I wont get all the ingredients. She wasnt understanding what I was saying, and I get home and its purely banana. No funky monkey like she said.
