Took our 2017 Volt in for a fob replacement and reprogramming. Got it back after 3 days. 2 days after getting it back, the whole system completely shut down. The battery had shorted out. The dealer claimed that it was checked and good. Charged another 623.00 added to the 768.00 that had already been charged. Advised them of full car warranty that covered electronics on an electric car. They said it was denied. Called the warranty provider. They had NEVER RECEIVED A CALL from Davis Moore.

I first corresponded with a lady over the internet with chat. Then when my husband and I came into the dealership, we were greeted by Nate. He was very kind and we told him we had been speaking with the lady over the internet. He went and spoke with her and then came back, and told us about the Tahoe we had been inquiring about. He pulled it up on his computer because it was still in transit. He then went spoke with his manager, so that he could look at my vehicle because we were wanting to trade it in. After this we spoke about prices and when the Tahoe was expected to arrive. After this we spoke with Enrique. He was also great to work with. He explained the warranty and asked how much we thought we’d drive the Tahoe, so he could figure the best extended warranty that would be best for us. We signed some paperwork and went back and spoke with Nate and he showed us another Tahoe that was similar to the one we were going to purchase, and he showed us some features on the Tahoe. I can’t say enough about great things about Nate and Enrique. They went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. Thanks for having such a great sales team!

This purchase was for business. The salesman was good to keep me i the know and did a great job working interference with his management. I feel he had my best interest in mind. He had to get the GM involved over first steps of financing. Email between him and me was misinterpreted about payment options. What was to be a quick transaction lasted in my opinion about an hour too long. Meanwhile while was waiting at the sales desk, other sales staff were joking loudly on the showroom floor acting I feel unprofessionally due to not much activity. I had to complete the paperwork for our LLC for the F&I staff. Im not a very patient waiter and its not good to sit there waiting and then observe the surroundings of the showroom floor. I have most definitely had worse experiences with car buying but this was not my best.

Quick, no hassle deal. The salesman, Big Al, and the staff were very friendly and courteous. All questions were answered and we were out and in our new car in short order. Best price we found anywhere! Definitely a positive car buying experience. Highly recommend!

First time using your service. I had a 1:00 Appt time. It still took 1 hr and 40 minutes to get a simple oil change with an appt time. When I dropped off the car, I asked for a backup key to be made. This truck was just given to us by a relative who can no longer drive, and we have only one key. When I picked the truck up 1 hr 40 min later they had forgot about the key. I waited another 15 minutes while they now told me they had to order a key for me to pick up a week later. Its now been over a week later and I have not heard anything on this key that was supposed to be ready several days ago. Honestly, the whole thing was a complete mess and I will definitely not be back again.

I was not told how much the diagnostic was going to be before my visit. The diagnostic took over four hours to complete, and I was not contacted with an update. I left a message with service advisor Brian and was still not contacted. I called the dealership eleven times with no answer. I went up to the dealership and continued to wait for any information. I was then told my quote for repairs and Brian seemed to be in disbelief that I could do the repairs myself, as I only came to the dealership to identify the problem. After paying for the diagnostic service I did not receive a thank you or a have a good day. I was not told my keys were in my car and was blocked in so I was unable to leave the garage. All in all, do not recommend going to get service of any kind at this establishment. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

First time using Davis-Moore Chevrolet for service. Efficient, great safety precautions in place, staff was friendly and it took them exactly as much time as they estimated to get the work done. Im very pleased. Only complaint I have is that I was promised a free oil change and tire rotation when I bought my vehicle and they tried to charge me for the tire rotation. They quickly and kindly got that fixed.

I just made one phone call to the service department and told the person what I needed to have done and was told if I want to bring in my vehicle and drop it off and they would be able to it in the schedule and they did. A couple of hours later I got a call letting me know my vehicle was ready for pick.I will be bringing my other vehicle to Davis Moore for service as well.

Sales staff was very nice and extremely helpful. Price was reasonable. They replaced a tail light and I did not look at it till I got home. The paint had been scratched and a gouge to the metal was also in the paint. I touched it up myself. I was not happy since I only had the vehicle a few days.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT.Made appt for oil change - tire rotation -transmission flush - arrived at 9:34 they didnt get done until 1:19... Saw the truck in the service bay, hood up no one around doing anything. Service writer came out said we had a nail in tire. Didnt say how much but never thought it would be $39.90. Also Engine air filter was dirty. $29.00No charges were ever explained.- The transmission flush ended up costing $209.95??Have used Davis Moore service for all my vehicles for years and have never had such poor service. The mechanic didnt even put a new next service due - Left the old one on.So after spending $363.90 it will be my last servicing at Davis -- Moore Chevrolet

Im only leaving a 5-star review because there arent six stars. If I get out of store I would. I started off with Matthew on the internet division. I found a car that I thought it had to be a bait-and-switch thing because it was too good of a deal. I thought yeah Ill get down there and they will pressure me into buying something more expensive. That was not the case at all they work as a team to get me into that car for the advertised price they paid off my trade in and this all happened in a couple hours. Pain-free easy it was a pleasure it was actually fun. I usually hate going to the car lot I usually hate it when I have to buy a new car. Mr Tim in the sevice deparment is my new hero, after all the trouble and 90 days with my 19 3500 hd being down, new engine, turbo and now the entire fuel system and two other dealerships on the road. Tim is head and shoulders above the rest. I also this he was the reason that my truck go fixed and back to work. The other dealers didnt take time and make a effort to keep me in the loop with repairs and rental car like Tim did. OUTSTADING JOB.

I had an appointment at 8:15 AM to mount 4 new tires and have an alignment. The associate said it normally takes around 2 1/2 hours. I was there for five hours waiting on completion. This is totally inexcusable! Why have an appointment?

Went in to get tires replaced, an alignment and a battery check. Tires had yet to arrive so only the battery service was performed and I had to replace the battery. I just got the tire and alignment service done today which I greatly appreciate. Always get great service from Davis Moore.

Very bad service took my dads 2017 Silverado for a recall and after we picked up the truck the check engine light was on and the truck itself was very shaky.

I have always been tested with courtesy and respect whenever I have been there. And recently when my car lost power and I stopped in without an appt they were helpful and got my car in right away.
