I was in this store Thursday Oct 14. They were very friendly and helpful. Even though they were busy they still greeted each person as they came into the store! Highly recommend them! Super job! They took care of me very quickly!!

Mobilecomm beats the prices and customer service of ANY place Ive checked. The service they currently provide through Metro PCS is by far the most affordable provider Ive seen. Good connections, good phones, cheap and fast repairs.Weve got 5 lines with them and have no complaints.Daniel Ramirez is the guy you want to see if you go to this location. Hell hook you up.

Jordan proved to be exceptionally knowledgeable and showed his integrity when I dealt with him. He would not sell me an item that he said was not worth the money, and sold me a comparable phone that was actually less money, even though another Mobilecomm location recommended it. His concern was not to cover for another store but, to get me what was suitable. He didnt try to up sell me, nor did he bait and switch me. Another location tried to sell what he considered to be junk, explained why, documented the problem with that item, and explained why the other store discounted the item by over 35% in no time flat, confirming my suspicions. Nor did he recommend add on services that he deemed unnecessary. Certainly rare to find someone in mobile phone retail that has any integrity what so ever.

This place rocks!! There is a reason why I visited 4 times and replaced LCD panels for my kids.. Very honest and accurate diagnostics what needs to be repaired or replaced. No hassle and fast service. Tony was the person I interacted during my visit and he was very professional and personalized his sales very well.. I would highly recommend this store for your mobile phone repair needs! Thank you guys.

Excellent customer service, super friendly and super quick! I usually go to the store at 21st and Woodlawn because it is closer to my house but they did not have what was need to fix my phone. I had a great experience at this location and would definitely return.

Daniel was fantastic!! I came to him with my phone that needed a charging port replaced. He took a look at it and offered to try to fix it first before replacing it. It worked! He saved me over $100. I highly recommend this place.

Do not recommend this place paid $60 for a screen protector for my phone and it fell off after 2 weeks check it in and when I asked the guy to replace it he was allergic to the glue and told me to come back when the owner was there.

By far the best price Ive ever gotten on both a screen protector and phone case. I wouldnt waste your money at Best Buy or any other phone store. This place is literally your best bet. Plus the employees are always super nice! thank you :)

Stopped in because phone didnt want to charge, he had it fixed with me on my way out in minutes, oh and I didnt mention he didnt even charge me for it! Then I asked about why it didnt charge in my car, and found out it was the adapter that goes into the cigarette lighter was kaput. Well he quickly solved my second problem, and again get this FREE of charge! Very happy with the pro service I received, and I plan on being back the next time I have a problem with my phone. Literally, fast, free, and easy. I highly recommend them to someone that has a problem or question about their cell phone.

We came in with about 30 minutes until they closed and fixed my screen in less than 20 minutes after a quoted hour to fix. He was super nice and friendly and even put on a screen protector for me. Definitely reccomend this location for quick service!

On 3/15 my daughter and i came in to her a new phone and theguy working here was so helpful so tonight when i needed an popsocket holder for my truck Aaron was so awesome and was as nice as he could be. He told me my best bet to order only the holders would be on ebay. So i got one from this store and now will order more from ebay. But with any of my phone issues i will def come to this store. They cleaned my phone speaker so I could hear better and didnt change me anything. My phone had fallen in varnish and clogged up the speaker, I could barely hear, very faint.

Headphone jack has been giving me problems for weeks. Turns out lint had built up due to my phone case. Nolen fixed me up in less than a minute. Super helpful and fast. Definantly the place to get phones fixed.

Mobilcomm was really nice, and even honored the $29 Apple sale price for an iPhone battery and in 15 minutes I had a replaced battery. Couldnt have been a better experience.

Same day fix to screen on IPhone 6S but cost was $180. Have reasonable priced phone cases. Got glass screen on for $20.

This was my second time getting my phone fixed there. After I got my phone fixed for the second time I immediately went and bought a new screen protector. Upon applying the screen protector the phone cracked in 2 places - the speaker and the home button. I went back to see if they would fix it, seems how it was clearly a defect either in installation or a defect in the screen. Technician insisted it was dropped and couldnt fathom that it couldve been their fault, then offered to fix it for an additional charge. Their 30 day warranty is worthless since they dont stand behind their work or the product that they sell.

Overpriced and showed the chick my phone and she still gave me the wrong charger. Sorry OWNER. This was the place on So. Seneca and 2 weeks ago.
