They are quick about getting you taken care of. We have used them in the past for battery’s that we needed replaced immediately. They are always busy which means they are busy for a reason, they do their job and quick. I recommend them to get a better parking lot though. Very difficult to get in and out of there especially during a peak time.

Good help. Bought a refurbished battery for 35.00 and they suggested it. They could have got me to buy a new one. But my truck is a 98 and in need of much maintenance!!!!! So it quiting on me after I buy another new battery thats good for 5 years is a little stupid. Helpful and thoughtful !!! What more could I ask for ? 35.00 yeah !

Not to happy with the $122 battery purchase from them 12 December 2020. I have Midas on Seneca put the battery in for me. They stated they had bad news for me. That the brand new battery they put in for me needed charged. I said okay and went to Allpak with the print out Midas gave me. Showing that the battery needed charged. The attendant stated the battery was good and not to believe places like Midas, O’rellys or any of the other places that ran checks on batteries. I said okay and left. Sense the 12th I have had to have 6 jumps. I was off today so had the opportunity to go to Alpak to see if they could charge my battery. I got the same response the battery is good. But fir $20 more I could a battery that had a stronger start up. Umm 🤔 okay well it sucks to purchase from a local business and get blown off. Well after I explained that I wasn’t happy and felt they should replace my battery. They did. He actually told me to save my breath okay pal. If that’s how you feel about it. At the end of the day I will not be coming back. No worries.Lashonda Gillis

Great place I always buy my car batteries at allpak and never had an issue with the warranty. You dont need to keep your receipt because they have the batteries marked so they know they sold it to you.

Be Careful About them checking your battery...theyll run it dead an try an sell you a new one weather you need it or not..mine was just a precautionary check because it sat for two days in the cold...its fine now an has been..so beware..not all the guys there are trying to scam you.....that battery checker puts a load on a battery an will weaken an all ready low battery...but my not be a bad battery

Ive been using Allpak for all of my automotive and specialty battery needs for years. Free installation of car batteries is available, and they carry nearly any specialty (button) battery you can think of, at a fraction of what those usually cost. As for automotive batteries, I find their prices to be easily 25% below what I can find at auto parts stores.

Had a power tool battery rebuilt. Less than a new one and higher amp hour rating than original. And I needed a couple of fuses. They didnt have the ones I needed, but suggested a store that should have them. They did, and have my fuses and a new battery.

They were able to satisfactorily fix a couple of 16850 batteries for me. However, while was waiting, I was a bit put off by the large facts about batteries poster they have on the wall. Basically, its a condescending list of frequent erroneous comments or concerns they receive from customers, chiding them for not being experts in battery technology.

I visited Allpak battery on S. Seneca in Wichita. I had them build a NiCad for a tool and a PS-12180 NB for a Jump Box. the NiCad was JUNK, the Jump Box Battery NEVER TOOK A CHARGE,, JUNK. It was over 90 days before I returned, so they did NOTHING! 120.00 for NOTHING, TWICE! They should get a Zero! but I could not post without a star.
