Party City has everything under one roof...i find more often than not...items on marketplace or nextdoor were bought at Party City and they are more than original price....so just go straight to Party City.Great Costumes all ages, Great themes, all season fun. Great party store, some items are low or out of inventory at this time, Im guessing due to covid related manufacturing issues.

Absolutely unacceptable service. The balloon lead was sitting in the back office as another employee was blowing up balloons while an entire line of people were waiting to be checked out. The front service employee didnt call anyone to help and just ignored everyone. Absolutely trash service from a dying store. AVOID.

Great items, fully stocked...fun decor makes for a great event. Any Age... Wedding, Baby - 80 years old maybe even up to 100. Fun and reasonably priced.

Party City is really a last ditch resort when I’ve completely forgotten something and need a very specific balloon or costume item. I have always assumed that was the same for everyone who shops there? Go when you’re not in a hurry, have low expectations, and don’t expect to help from any employees and you’re set for success!

I bought balloons for my husbands birthday and was surprised at the selection of balloons they have the service is awesome the guy that helped us was very nice and helpful when I seen the balloon bouquet the next day all put together I was so happy because of the way they looked Thank you so much party city my hubby was very happy too and the price was very reasonable

The merchandise here is neatly arranged, and the clerk’s attitude is very good. I found my daughter’s favorite dog balloon here. She likes this balloon gift very much.

Had plenty of options but associates were very passive aggressive. They do have temporary tattoos which is a funny addition to a 19 year olds birthday party. They have many different variations of decorations from Batman to My Little Pony, then to Pokemon.

No taco meat and you cant dine in

Went today to stock up for Chiefs SUPERBOWL party and they had everything you could want! Obviously more KC items but also some for the Buccs as well and also just general football plates, napkins, decorations, etc. They have a great balloon section as well. GO CHIEFS!!!

To busy on Halloween to serve or even have the product I needed. So all I really did was park. Maybe they need a bigger store.

We went pretty close to closing time but the employees were still very friendly and helpful. They didnt have any Yu Gi Oh! themed items for my grandsons birthday party-but I dont fault the store-its not as popular as Pokemon anymore. They did announce closing time was upcoming a couple times but we did not feel rushed or sense attitude although I know they had to be tired and ready to go home. They did try to help us find other things for the party and had a good selection of cake decorating stuff.

Because they never have anything I need especially when I call or go online and it says instore but when you get there they dont have it 🤬

Party City is a place you party supplies and costumes. You can also get wedding invitations and decor. What ever you need they have it. Hoping it is going through a major reset or refresh. It was a mess with empty shelves and piles for boxed stacked all around blocking many of the aisles that still had merchandise on them. Staff was friendly at least!

I looove party city. They have almost everything you want for a party. This location was helpful and mostly clean, but their clearance section was a mess. Just boxes on a shelf with no clear understanding of what is what and how much they cost. They could probably unload it better if it wasnt jammed into boxes and you were able to actually SEE the products.

Took kids to Halloween shop. Very crowded but still pretty organized. They even had costumes that fit me being over 6 feet tall and a XXL guy.

Best place in town to get all your party needs. From napkins to decorations to doggy bags they have it all. Including thousands of costumes for Halloween. They also sell candy and balloons. You can find some items cheaper at other stores, but its quite convenient to have it all in one place rather than running around all over town.

The store is organized to a degree. The cost of little high to me. they could work on purchasing better quality merchandise.

Over cumulative visits, this location continues a poor satisfaction. Whats unfortunate is Party City is on of the best for its merchandise and selections, but the lackluster customer service with each visit really overshadows that. If you N kw exactly what youre looking for, youll be fine. You will, however become an instant nuisance for asking help. This location is almost always entirely understaffed. You best travel to the west side Party City for a much better experience.

Very rude employees! We came in to celebrate my childs birthday from another state. Brought in a theme balloon for my sons party. Paid to fill it and other plain balloons, i had less than 20 min to make it to the party. When we walked in they handed me a popped balloon. I said okay, I dont have time, can you just give us a number balloon and hurry. The girl said yep $10. I said can you do something for us since you popped ours, she said NOPE. I asked to speak with the manager ASHLEY and she acted like I was taking her time, she came out rude as ever and just argued with me, saying it wasnt done on purpose and they would not give me any sort of exchange. I didnt have time and walked out mad of course and the girl working screamed HAVE A GOOD TIME. VERY RUDE and made my child cry to not have his balloon for the party! When we asked what the managers name was she said WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT? Never been so disrespected.

They have inexpensive, fun Hanukkah decorations.Limited selection, which makes two of their choices peculiar.What is a Hanucat?More importantly though, why are they suggesting people celebrating a Jewish holiday, with fried treats, Deck the Halls with Christmas tree ornaments or matzo balls?

I don’t think I’ll return as a costumer. Never had a problem with the products from this location before, But this time I bought regular balloons and one myler balloon for a birthday party that took place the following day.The regular balloons all deflated less then 20 hours after purchasing them and didn’t float in the air. Instead, they were on the floor as if all the helium ran out of them. The only balloon that still holds up is the myler one. Other family members told me that they had same issue with regular balloons from this location.

Two good Employees who asked if we needed assistance. Overall not the best customer service. The restrooms needed cleaning. This store had a good selection of items we wanted.

Had a good sale going on. Most disappointing was the lack of volleyball items. Found lots of other sports, but nothing volleyball. The kids wanted a lot of things.! Had some interesting items and my OCD grand daughter was excited seeing how items were grouped in colors!

Just very disappointed that they no longer carry the high quality balloons that you can use for animal shapes. I really used to enjoy using the agates and other multi-layered and multicolored balloons. Pretty sure they were Pioneer and that quality in latex balloon is no longer available in this store. Difficult to understand the organization with tremendous clutter.

I placed an order online to pick up at the east location. Anticipating that it would make the whole process easier...wrong. Not only did I have to wait in line, when it was my turn it took 3 people to figure out how to enter the online order pick up in the register. That wouldnt have been so bad if they would have least apologized for the delay or even thanked me for my purchase.

The customer service here is awful. My first visit here I brought my 2 year old son. We were getting supplies for his 2nd birthday party. He saw all of the balloons they had and had to have one. I asked if there was one I could I buy or if they could blow one up for him and they just looked at me. Then finally one of the associates piped up and said, if you want balloons theyre down there pointing to the small bag of deflated balloons I could buy. I even offered to pay for it right there and that was what I received. It took a starring contest just for someone to talk to me there as if I was intruding on there busy day. Which no one looked busy, everyone was behind the counter and there were at least a dozen people in the store, no one being assisted.Meanwhile at the grocery store mind you the young cashier sees my son in the cart and offers the balloon on her register right away without anyone asking and before he even notices it was there. How is it that I get better service at the grocery store than PARTY CITY. That is the FIRST and LAST time I will every visit the Party City on Rock Road.

Every thing needed for a party

Ive picked up one or two items to add to my costume at least three times over the last three or four years. Even when very busy the cashiers are VERY quick!

Stores like this have a lot of things to pick from but I always walk out feeling like Ive been cheated when it comes to the prices. I find that as long as I have the time, I can find a better variety (or the same exact items) online and have them shipped to my house and spend less than if I walk in the doors of the store on site.

Went here for Halloween stuff. They had a decent selection but tiny changing room. Also pricey and they dont take returns the WEEK before Halloween! Only store credit.

Way over priced an I ended up going to Walmart next an they had even cuter stuff then party city!! How does that work??? An the guy who cashed us out was pretty strange an my daughter tried to buy a ball on her own an I guess it didnt have a tag an told her pretty much idk what to tell you theres nothing I can do! Like come on now you just broke a lil girls heart!! Does that make you happy?? We was there for her birthday stuff!! I will never go back

I went to Party City, you know the PARTY STORE, to order balloons and was told they couldn’t fulfill my order because they were “low on helium”. How does Party City allow themselves to run out of helium? Open one of the tanks you SELL and improvise! Obviously not employing a bunch of problem solvers here. Either way, I won’t be back and I’ll take my business to Dillon’s instead, where they won’t overcharge me and *gasp* keep helium in stock.

This was my first visit here and it was a NIGHTMARE! Parents, honestly, dont take your little kids in there if youre not going to buy them something because theyre going to ask for everything shiny and pretty and colorful in the place, which is pretty much EVERYTHING in the place! There were literally a dozen or more crying, unhappy children in there and rude, unhappy, stressed parents dealing with them. No wonder the employees are stressed. The place is a NIGHTMARE! I cant go back. They have a lot of stuff, and probably what I needed, but the atmosphere was way too stressful!!!!

Well I work here, but I still like this place. Best place to go for any themed kids or adults party! Also carry many seasonal items. Stop by and plan your party with us!

Items on the floor upon my entry inside. Employees were walking past not picking things up. Giant, giant risk of falling. Granted they were busy and it was during Halloween but something like customer safety issues needs to be addressed no matter whats going on.Aside from this the employees seemed very eager to help and i was greeted with a smile

Party City is exactly what you know it to be. Any theme or occasion and they have the dry goods to produce your get together. The clerk personally filled some balloons with helium for a birthday gift. Decent, but still an impersonal chain in a local environment.
