We came to Phoenix supply thru S and A construction as an insurance claim. Alyssa didnt have an information on our case had no email but we decided to go ahead and pick out stuff. We picked out a nice shower head with an attachment, came back to finalize our picks and said we wanted 2 handles and she said it wasnt a problem. We waited 5 months for our stuff to come in and it wasnt at all what we had picked out aside from the 2 handles. She didnt communicate effectively our order, I wish we had been given a copy of the order and the mistake could have been caught. I dont think we were ever on the same page. We are very disappointed to not have what we wanted after such a long wait. If you go to Phoenix supply dont work with Alyssa. She did little to fix the issue. The rest of the stuff was great so I gave it 3 stars.

Locally Owned, Awesome Place. Knowledgeable and Very Very Honest

I have found what I was needing with these folks on many visits. Sometimes oddball sizes, sometimes just oddball pieces but so far Ive had very good luck in finding what I needed when I needed it. The prices are a little higher than some of the big box stores prices but its worth being able to get what they dont carry in stock.
