My husband and I were very pleased with our purchase. I came across the pickup we’d been looking for some weeks now. I inquired online about it but also followed up with a call the next morning. Andrew answered and notified me the pickup was available and we went ahead and applied for it. Within an hour Andrew returned my call with an approval and all the figures. Being 3 hours away seemed to good to be true. I told him we weren’t there locally and I would not be able to there that day to look and drive it but I was very interested. Andrew gave me his word that he would not sell and would wait for us to pick up on a Sunday.. Andrew was honest and courteous the throughout the entire transaction.. he sent me pictures of the smallest scratch on the pickup just to let me know, he even sent pictures from under the hood and under the pickup. He made sure we were comfortable with our decision and did no pressure us in any way. Later the same day Andrew called me back to let me know he had for me an even better loan with an awesome interest rate which was lower from the initial figures we had agreed upon. My experience here was awesome. I live in Norman Ok, so I had a 160 mile trip to test drive an FJ for my daughter ( her dream car) and the staff at Select Motors communicated with me on Saturday, their day off, arranging a test drive on Monday. They handed me the keys and said test drive as long as you want, no pressure sale. Needless to say my daughter has her dream car and is very happy. I will drive to Wichita any time to purchase a vehicle from Select Motors.

Bought a car from these guys a few months ago. They lied to me about the mechanicals and issues with the car. The convertible top didn’t work, suspension need an overhaul and front power seats didn’t function. I was out of state and took a chance. If you are an out of state buyer then don’t trust them. If you are local then take the car to your mechanic and have it checked..

Dont go here, would not sell a car at what the bank appraised the car at. Bank had told me car is only worth 6,000 and they would not loan what the dealership wanted and they would not adjust the price from 7,500 which is what the dealership said that would go down to from 8,000, When I had originally went to see the car, I had told them 6,000 was a fair price for the car. Guy would not even budge. So I went home and they wet sanded and buffed the car. Went to go see the car after they got it back and it did look a lot better. Now at this point I had done my own research and saw that the car was not worth the price they had told me they went down to. Yes, I did agree to paying the 7,500 only under the condition if the bank would allow to loan that much, but I knew they would not. After the bank told me they would only do 6,000, I called them and told them the situation. According to the guy I talked to on the phone he stated that the bank was not adjusting for market value and the mileage and the condition it was in. My bank did look at their ad, and adjusted based on the damages they saw. The price my bank came up with in clean condition was 6,200. With the scratches the car had, they adjusted it to 6,000. The guy would still not budge at all on the price and still kept justifying the value. Even went to the extent of telling me their banks they offer do 135% of actual retail value so I could get approved if I went with their banks. Obviously these guys want you to finance with them so they can get the 135% retail value they so much desire so they can make even more money instead of being fair and selling the car to someone at what it is truly worth.I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM HERE UNLESS IF YOUR WILLING TO OVERPAY.

They were very nice and attentive. I already had the car I wanted to test drive picked. That vehicle did have a few issues but they were already being dealt with and willing to check the one issue i found on my test drive all issues were minor and easy fixes and are patient with us on waiting til our funds are available to purchase, also understanding that another test drive will need to be done before purchase. I had a very good experience with my visit today they are down to earth and understanding of a process that takes time and is not in my control to speed up.

Bought a truck from them had it for less then two month and the engine is blown should have walked out when a another women was having issues with a car she just bought.

I would recommend select motors to anyone I come in contact with. I bought an escape limited and they had the best customer service you could ask for. Had a problem a week or so after I bought it and they said to bring it in no questions asked and they fixed it. Will definitely buy another vehicle here when the need arises!

Went in several times to look and test drive and each time my experience was one of the best Ive ever had at a car lot. Look around at other car lots and just couldnt find a better car for the money then the one Select Motors had. Long story short I went in and bought my one owner 1997 Chrysler Concord with only 80.000 miles and the car looks and drives like new.
