I have attempted to purchase a motorcycle 3 separate times in the past year and it has always been met with headache and trouble. Every time I have attempted to buy one, they have always given me the run around. The first time I attempted to buy one they told me that their finance manager was on vacation and he would call me when he got back. I waited 2 months and received no call. When I called back they told me that he was still on vacation. The second time, I was told the bike I was looking at was on consignment and the salesman would give call the owner and set something up and call me when he got word. I again waited a full month before I called back and was told that the bike was already sold. That being said I was willing to pay exactly what they offered. The third and final time was much like the first but this time I had already gotten financing. I just needed a set number to tell my bank. When I asked about the final price, I was told that the sales manager needed to be there to confirm a price. When asked where he was, I was met with Hes on vacation. I was willing to give them one last shot so I waited 2 weeks and when I called back, I was again told that he was still on vacation. At that point I said screw it and went down the street to Eddie Hills Fun Cycles. I was in and out in less than an hour with a bike that I love for an affordable price. I will never step foot back in G&S Suzuki. Overall terrible experience.

I bought an old Suzuki, and i needed parts . Just so happens that they had my parts and a parts bike .. everything was very reasonably priced .The people working there were awesome. I kept going back . I like the place so much i applied for a job and they gave me a chance. My experience working with and for them was awesome. Ill never forget that, and ill never forget them . I drive truck now. but i am still in touch with all of the people that work there. I wish i had more time, because id probably spend it there.

I turned my bike in to G&S Suzuki for an insurance claim to have some minor repairs done to the bike. Everything lacked from timeliness to get the job done, conducting a proper estimate of repairs, charging for parts that were never replaced on the bike, and constantly getting the run around. When I received the bike back after 2 months... 2 months for a bike that was backed into and fell over, I found mismatched hardware, parts not replaced, so on and so forth.Ive now reopened my insurance claim to have the parts never replaced, replaced... I would never do business here again.

Went and checked out a bike advertised. Made an offer 200 dollars less than asking price, which was 300 dollars above retail. They were going to let me know if owner would accept offer since bike was on consignment. Waited days and called back only to be told they would call me back. Never called me . Frist impression was good but no one followed thru or ever called back . I guess business is so good that they dont wont or need mine. Not saying I will never go back, but it will be because I cant find what Im looking for anywhere else on the planet. Too bad, buying a bike is small compared to all the riding gear, tires, parts etc that comes with it. I was hoping to find a good shop to deal with, Ill keep looking.

On my way home from Colorado on my KTM 690 Enduro I was in need of a new tire. I wasnt going to make it there by closing and the manager offered to stick around and wait for me. I got there about 30 minutes after closing and the guy was super nice offering my water, soda, or anything else I needed for the bike. He even offered to swap the tire for me but I declined. If Im ever in the are again I will certainly be drop in if only to say hello. Thanks again G & S Suzuki!!!!!

Good point was that they got right on the requested oil change for my Suz boulevard even though I was there at 5:35. The bad was that they charged $66. And that was with a straight face. My mistake for not asking first. Also yesterday I paid $38. for the oil change for my GMC 8.1 liter truck at Quality Lube also in WF. So I was expecting like $20. Ha!When I called the mgr out on the $66 he said he was wounded.

Very unprofessional. I walked in and the guy at the front was drinking a bud light tall boy. I took my 4 wheeler in to get all of it drained and worked on because I flooded it. I took it to someone else a month later and was told it wasn’t drained.
