My name is Eddie so I leave 5-star lmao
Came in here to look into a bike (All of which are very fairly priced, Id even say a solid deal from what I saw) and the guys were very friendly and do their best to help you out. Even with very middle of the road credit and no down payment, they still put in the effort to try and help me, and even had my safety in mind by trying to put me on a smaller bike for virtually the same price when they discovered Im only 18. I may not have been approved for the bike but I will definitely be taking my business here the next time I look into a motorcycle.
Eddie Hills service dept installed an Enduro tire (front and rear) on my BMW 800GS, and they installed the front tire on the rim backwards (at minimum a hazard to safety!). They refused to accept responsibility for it, and refused to make it right. There are plenty of other good honest shops to take your business to, but not here! The service department lady could not have been any more rude, needs to get the stick out of her butt!
Although it was brief I saw they were very helpful and knowledgeable about their bikes.
Great spot. Todd Kusano was very helpful. Told him I am a first time rider and he really had my safety in mind when talking about which motorcycle to look into. He printed paper work out for me and gave me great advice.Thank you Todd
Courteous, professional, experienced enjoyed my visit.was Just getting my OHV decal for my sons dirt bike
Great people here. Always willing to work with you. Would recommend.
This review has been patiently waiting for over 2 months. The only positive experience during this purchasing disaster was the finance department. David took excellent care of me and made everything come out easily and as expected. Of course after that it was all down Eddies Hill from there. To give a little background, Ive been waiting to take delivery of my brand new Polaris since around the 20th of October. Although its not Eddie Hills fault that its taking so long for a recall issue, the lack of customer care and communication is. They are super helpful right up to finishing the deal and taking your money. Anything after that congratulatory handshake and it seems like they dont care anymore or simply washed their hands of it.If you ever have to call up there and ask a question be prepared to NOT have it answered. They will always say find out and call you back, but dont expect to ever get called back as that just doesnt happen. If you physically show up in person to ask a question because they havent found out and called you back yet, definitely dont expect to get an answer. They will again just smugly answer, Well find out and call you.. Hold your breath if you believe that reply and wait. Once you wake up after passing out repeat the process until you realize you made a mistake by walking through those doors and deciding to spend lots of money there. They refuse to return your calls, they never answer your questions, and they completely forget about you after the deal is done.To make things worse. After taking delivery of the machine I found out nuts were missing and bolts that hold the roll cage on were left loose as well as the lug nuts.
I dont even know where to begin. I purchased a motorcycle from Eddie Hills and it was one of my best experiences making a large purchase. Todd and Trey was both helpful and professional handling my purchase. They stayed in contact and was available when I called or text with questions. Todd went above and beyond to help me with buying a bike. I would definitely recommend this dealer. AWESOME JOB GUYS
Nice bunch of people. Trey and Todd are nice to do business with. Been doing business with Trey for several years. I will go back in the future.
I definitely recommend this store and Todd in particular. He worked hard to help me find the right machine, he obviously enjoys what he does and enjoys helping people.
I can not say enough good things about this Company. From the way they treat their employees like family, to always trying their best to help each and every customer
Great place to go to. Came from a bit of a ways to get the bike I wanted because they had the better price! Thank you guys again! I enjoy it thoroughly!
Tobi the nice lady service manager and all the staff I came into contact very very nice and professional. I definitely will be going back.
Took a long time to get waited on, but wit a good salesman when we did, bought what we needed, now waiting for delivery
Cowards.... I had a tiny hole in my tire and they couldn’t throw a patch over it... it was in the center... not the side wall... said they didn’t feel comfortable.... it’s a tubed tire... as in not tubeless.... thanks mechanic mike... for being scared to do your job
Always clean, very welcoming atmosphere, really never deal with anyone other than montey, great guy, always willing to help.
Great place to do business. Monty & Robert were up front and professional every step of the way. I had to replace a 2008 Ranger Crew and wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. They had a 2012 online so I inquired about it. Monty got in touch with me immediately and told me all about it. I ended up switching to a 2016 they had. He was patient with me and priced it very fair. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. Robert even delivered it to me 4 hours away! Seriously these are good people who under promise and over deliver. Anyone I know looking for a buggy is gonna get pointed that way.
If you are looking for a glass and steel impersonal modern style dealership, this is not it. If youre looking for a place that makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in, someplace that you could go to just to hang, or someplace where they REALLY know the products that they sell and treat you as a motorcyclist and not just a sales target, this is it. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that Eddie Hills Fun Cycles is what all dealers should try to be. From sales, to service, to just hanging out and shooting the bull with the knowledgeable staff, it cant be beat. Even if youre just in the area, its worth stopping by. The walls are adorned with memorabilia from Eddie Hills drag racing days and the shop feels just like a mini museum.
Bought a brand new Honda Shadow at this dealership about 2 weeks ago and it was a great experience. Mr. Monty, Richard and Todd are really friendly, patient and respectful. I had no problems what so ever with this place or the staff at all. Thank you again guys!
Friendly and professional employees. Great selection of Hondas, Kawasakis (and other brands) for the road and off the road and their accessories! They have the Honda Monkey!!!!! You havent seen it? Go check it out! Retro style youll love!
I was needing a clutch kit installed in my 2017 Yamaha Kodiak. I had Eddie Hills install it for me. They never called me to tell me it was ready to pickup. When I came to pick it up they told me I needed a new gasket instead of calling me before they put it together costing me more hours of labor to take it all apart and put a new gasket in. I will never do business with them again.
I bought my motorcycle here brand new in 2006. I have always had it serviced here and have bought a lot of accessories here as well. Always a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely recommend that you shop here for all your motorcycle needs.
*Please read before sending any vehicle to Eddie Hills*My complaints are that the service manager lady consistently failed to keep me informed on the repairs or give me quotes when I asked, the mechanic failed to keep all parts like I asked, and many unauthorized repairs were completed without my consent. I will provide a detailed summary of my experience at Eddie Hills.I sent my motorcycle to Eddie Hills on May 19, 2015 and received my bike back on June 2, 2015. When I dropped off my Shadow 750, I told the service manager to replace all fluids, provide the necessary repairs for the motorcycle to pass inspection (put new mirrors on and put a silencer on the exhaust), and that the carburetor probably needed to be cleaned because the motorcycle was running rough. After a week, I called to check up on my motorcycle. The service manager informed me they already installed a new float valve and they were waiting on the silencers on the exhaust. Unfortunately, the next day I received a call from the service desk and they informed me that they needed to install a fuel pump. At this point, I became suspicious and asked for them to give me all the original parts back after the install. After receiving my motorcycle, I tried asking the service manager for my parts and they couldn’t give me all of my parts because the mechanic “threw away the float valve”. So, there is no telling whether or not they actually replaced the float valve. I received the bill for payment and was surprised by the over $800 in repairs they did. Many things were done which I never told them to do. Like replacing the spark plugs, float valve, and turn signal bulbs (which were working before I brought them there). And nowhere on the bill, did it list that they replaced all of the fluids. Just the oil.I brought my motorcycle home and checked the old fuel pump by hooking it up and pumping gas. Guess What? The original fuel pump worked and didn’t need to be replaced. The reason I brought my motorcycle in, was because I was too busy to work on it myself. I won’t make the mistake of trusting Eddie Hills with my motorcycle again. On a side note, I enjoy buying my gear there because it is very affordable and the front desk staff are very helpful.*after talking with the mechanic, he said the fuel pump was working intermittently. i did not check it for that, so he is probably right.
The lady who handles service is completely unqualified for the position. She is clueless and rather lazy. Labor rates are more than they should be. And when I told her it was too high she said she could take some off. Made me feel like they were trying to screw me on labor costs. Wanted $126 to replace brake pads on just the back. They kept my atv outside in the rain and didnt even wash it off for me which is basic courtesy at most places. Frustrating to take them a spotless atv and get it back dirty. Not a good showing of Eddie Hills name. I will not be back
Good service on parts
Great place to shop for power sport item, service, or getting them to help order your parts.Thank you guys ffg or friendly help and service
Great people to deal with!! If youre looking to buy a toy this is your place! Also just cool to walk around to see Eddie Hills history.
For all your ATV and Motorcycle needs from a Top Rail Drag Racer Champion.
Nice selection of bikes, and very cool racing artifacts. Good support for community charitable fund raising efforts.
I bought a new Polaris 570 Crew from Todd Kusano at Eddie Hills Fun Cycles this past year. The experience was a great one! Todd as well as everyone else we came in contact with was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this dealership!
I have bought gear from them before, but today was my first experience with their service/repair department. Great service all around! I took my bike in for brake problems, got it back that afternoon. The technician that worked on it took the time to show me exactly what went wrong, and walked me through how to take care of it should the same issue ever occur again. They really exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
My family owns two Polaris Rangers that weve brought to Eddie Hills for service from time to time for almost 10 years. The technicians appear to be very competent and weve never had any problems with the quality of their work. Trey, who appears to be a manager of service, is very conscientious and is always responsive and is great at customer service. They admittedly are swamped with work, and I was told that they are unable to hire enough qualified technicians to keep up with the backlog. This means that a 6 to 8-week wait to get your atv repaired there is typical. That is not only my most recent experience, but also happened a year and a half ago. We did not complain at that time, but I did this time because of the current service advisor ladys inept or lazy, lackadaisical conduct. I will call herA. A was guilty of the following: Failure to update contact information in their system, failure to communicate, failure to follow up...which I attribute to deficits in attention to detail and conscientiousness. As bumbling caused an additional week of delay and essentially consumed an entire day of my time to address. Given that past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior, I am confident that, left to her own devices, A will continue to be at high risk for bungling. I am left with an impression of her as marginally competent and lazy, which is not desirable in a person who represents Eddie Hill to the public. I am led to conclude that she is the type to be unphased by such a blistering indictment as I have laid forth here. She apparently requires close supervision. Beware.
I have always been treated well here.
Extremely courageous staff with very good looking bikes with great prices.
I went to a couple different shops trying to find a specific masterlink for my new motorcycle chain. I was looking for one that is clip style, so I can get the chain working temporarily to bring it into a shop to install a permanent masterlink rivet style. The shop is my usual go-to, but the staff was unable to find a link that fit. It only took a few minutes to sort through what they had. They were able to help me find a spot that did have what I was looking for. Ill definitely keep this place in mind when Im on the hunt for parts and service. Definitely would come back and do business again.
Second time buying from Eddie Hill’s and I couldn’t be more impressed. Had a bad experience at another dealer and glad I found my way here. Thanks Todd and Robert for making both transactions smooth.
Great people treat you right very friendly people in the parts dept i go there over and over again for Kawasaki parts. Very satisfied doing business with them.
I am a huge fan of Eddie Hill and Eddie Hills Fun Cycles. Great people, outstanding service before, during and after they make a sale. I got my first motorcycle at Eddie Hills when I was a kid, At 53 today I am still as exited every time I buy a new toy from Eddie Hills as I was the first time. My most recent purchase is a 2015 Polaris RZR 900 4 seater. Keep up the great work guys. See you next time
The only motorcycle shop worth going to in Wichita Falls. An experienced and knowledgeable staff more than willing to help you get on 2 wheels or more.
They work with you and are extremely helpful!

Super nice people!!
Place is over rated. Food is to expensive. You can buy a subway sandwich with drink and chips and half the price. Definitely wont be going back.
One of only two shops in town. They have new and used bikes plus a parts ddepartment. I have bought 6 bikes there, so guess I would recommend them.
I dont know what it is but the lady at the service department is ALWAYS Mad at the world .she was rude the first time I had to deal with her, just though she might be having a bad day...... I was wrong Im giving this 3 stars because everyone else is friendly and helpful!!!
Great customer service!
My husband and I, Rick Crabtree have done business with Eddie Hills since 1984 and after this last purchase of our 2015 Polaris 1000 High Lifter we have decided to no longer patronize Eddie Hills. We have currently had some recalls on our Polaris Razor so,we contacted the service department in April 2016 and spoke with, Leann who was very unfriendly. She stated they did not have the recalls parts at that time, which is understandable, she was asked if we should call back and she said NO, Ill call you! Still no call back, not even a courtesy call from her, so on Friday June 17th we decided to call Lawton Motor Sports to inquire if they would be able to service our Razor. We spoke with Steve in the service department (which was VERY NICE) at Lawton Motor Sports and he told us that yes, they had all 5 recall parts and to bring it on in. We dropped it off on Saturday June 18th and it was ready that same afternoon. We are choosing the one star rating only because we have to choose at least one star to be able to post this review. We have never been displeased with the salesmen at Eddie Hill, but the Service Department gets a HUGE THUMBS DOWN! Do not try to get your equipment serviced here, you will miss out on a lot of pleasure using your toys while you are WAITING for it!
Good service, no issues. Its the place to take your bike to be worked on.
