I go in this store almost every other day. And its one lady whom I really do enjoy talking with. Never asked her name. But very friendly sweet lady. The others employees are nice, but dont really seem like they care with helping you find things. Or even stop fixing shelfs to check you out. I guess they feel like hey wait until Im done than ill get to you. So Ill definitely give this store a 2. But the lady that goes up and above ill definitely give her a 5 star. Thanks for asking.

Great neighborhood store. The employees are friendly and helpful. They always have cute clothes for the whole family on sale and they have a $1 aisle with a lot of stuff that we need.

This is my local DG location. They have the best customer service and the lowest prices of any other DG store Ive visited. They could use a little more room, or take out a isle or two to make some more space inside, and most definitely need to have the employees spend a little more time organising the products on the shelf. But the service and prices make up for it.

On Sunday July 21 at 10:00 am Whatever her name is, cashier was extremely rude just because I wanted cash back and requested 5 dollar bills as one dollar. That was so humiliating, she can do this to anyone. Very poor customer service. Normally the other people who works there are way more friendlier than her.

Ive been to 5 star Dollar Generals, but this location is not one of those. Its hard to find what you are looking for because the shelves are empty, the seasonal aisle is a mess, they have stock on carts that needs to go on the shelves. These carts look to be the same carts that I see every visit I make to them each week. They dont open another register when lines are very long. It just isnt a pleasant shopping experience. The one time I asked for help finding an item I was told if they had the item it would be on the shelf, which had to be a lie because of all the carts full of inventory. Im used to a Dollar General with excellent customer service, no long lines to check out in because the staff opens up another check out lane when they are busy, & their truck inventory is put away as soon as it gets delivered so that the shelves stay full & people can find what they are looking for while in the store. They know what aisle to tell you when you ask where something is located. I hope they clean up their store & get their shelves stocked soon. I go there because they are the closest to where I live, but if something doesnt change Ill have to drive across town to shop in a better atmosphere.

I visit there every once in awhile for items I need they generally have everything I need like a Walmart. The people that work there are very friendly to me and my wife. God bless them explanation point.

Dollar general is one of those places that has everything you need for an awful price. Half the product for a premium margin, but the unit price is just easy enough to swallow for them to not only stay in business, but to thrive. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer, but it is convenient from time to time, right?

Lots of everything you need, super fair prices. Best place to buy greeting cards, if you like to send cards for special days, to people u care about, and think $8+ a card is a ridiculous price at walmart and other stores. Most all cards are $1, even hallmark cards, at dollar store. Great selection as well.

The smell when you walk in almost knocks you back out the door. The manager was nice and made good on an sign advertising a sale price that should have been pulled. Will not return due to the smell.

Usually has what your looking for. The checkout line is almost always slower than anywhere else, but they have the cheapest Milk in town and the friendliest workers.

The debit card machine would not take my card after repeated attempts. I had to leave my things and go to ATM and get charged for using another banks machine. Then came back to pay and had to rering everything up again. Ive been in this store and the machine messes up a lot. It needs to be fixed. I know its not the ladies working theres fault but it needs to be addressed!

Low on staff and items

I guess the manager Jordan is back from wherever. She was just straight up RUDE. She made a comment but people being last minute shorts and taking forever. If youre not happy with being at work then go somewhere else and keep that attitude where she got from.......
