I ran in here late at night to pick up a birthday cake and milk for one of my friends. The grocery section was very well organized despite it being so late at night with only moderate holes in various aisles. While I did have to wait for the baker to come out (she was by herself and was in the back cleaning), I will say she did a quick and fantastic job with the text I requested on the cake. I would recommend to Wal-Mart that they have at least two people working in the baking aisle or have a bell for customers to ring when a customer is there.

LOVE this pharmacy and all of the people that work in it are always so helpful!! Even going in at 5pm they are still so willing to help and Tony, the pharmacist always has a smile on his face. He runs a great operation and the techs are trained very well!

Hung up on 6 times before someone actually answered the phone. Was laughed at when I mentioned it. Prescription wasnt ready after three days! Absolutely worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Sad thing is I am retired from Wal-Mart after 25 years of service. My career started in this store and Im embarrassed by the lack of customer service. Time for this store and pharmacy to go back to the Three Basic Beliefs.....bet no one there can name them..

I dont know what has happened to this pharmacy. They use to be so good. Now I wait a day after I know my doctor has called in my pescriprion, and even call to see if its ready and is told it will be ready in 45 min. I arrive and stand in a line just to be told that its not ready. We need the medicine that is perscribed and is asked if you need it today.

Was standing in line for 10min then they said we go to lunch at 1 youll have to comeback at 2!!their was elderly people waiting in line as well when they told everyone that.Just went back at 630 waited online for another 10min which is fine then another man walked up behind me and when the lady was done with the person infront of me she told the guy behind me to come on after I walked up and told me that he had been waiting!!!!Do not use this pharmacy they are not their to help you or much less be courteous

Not sure whats happened to Walmart pharmacy. Used to think it was absolutely the best service of any pharmacy. But last three visits they were unabke to provide the correct prescriotion dosage and every time I have to get back in line for another register. You guys need to work on it.

Takes forever to get anything filled here. No communication between staff. You can call a day before to have a script filled and still not be ready when you get there.

Absolute worst customer service. Theyll ignore your calls or pick up the phone just to hang it up. Ive had one girl talk to me like I was a child being reprimanded when I apperently got in the wrong line. These people have no consideration whatsoever for customers, they do not have empathy for the conditions or diseases that people need these medications for. If you hate your job, leave.
