The staff at Clarke EyeCare Center were very nice. They were knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They thoroughly and patiently explained each step of the exam. I left feeling that I had received the best eye care that I have ever had. This was my initial visit and I’m extremely glad that I chose Clarke EyeCare Center.

From start to finish my experience at Clarke yesterday was fantastic. Scheduling my appointment was lightening fast. Making sure the insurance information lined up with the procedures that were preformed took absolutely zero effort on my part ( which is has been an absolute nightmare at other facilities) . I do not say this lightly .. When it comes to customer service the staff at Clarke makes the folks at Chick Fil A look like the JV squad . Also, Dr. Kumar is the best combination friendly/witty banter, source of education and real talk i.e. Jared, I am going to need you to stop sleeping in your contacts...haha... Consider it done! Special shout out to Emily for making sure any questions I had were answered quickly and concisely and to Luke for going that extra mile . He basically left no stone unturned to find the exact glasses I was looking for and also fixed up my old pair to keep me running. Clarke is basically The GOAT when it comes to eye care in Wichita Falls .

I very much enjoyed going to Clark EyeCare for my eye exam and contacts. They are very detailed and the staff is very friendly.

It has been 15+ years since I have been to the eye doctor, so I had some anxiety about going. As soon as I walked in everyone was nice and immediately calmed my nerves. The first person I saw was nice and thorough; then another person joined to her to train and again together they were just great and made me feel comfortable. After I saw Dr Heinrich- he was awesome! I think he could tell I was a little nervous so he made sure to explain every step to me and even made me laugh a few times! Once it was time for me to pick out glass, Dani helped me, together we were able to pick out the perfect pair and some sunglasses as well! My experience was way better than expected.

Been going here for a few years now. The facility and exam equipment is very clean, fresh, and inviting. I never have to wait long and the staff is always very friendly. My only complaint--and the reason I took off one star--is they will not e-mail or provide me with a digital receipt of eye exam or purchases. However, they will fax it, so if you have a facsimile machine, you are in luck.**Response to Owner**I appreciate the comments. However, I would be very curious to see where the HIPPA standard specifically prohibits electronic communication methods, such as email. Especially for items such a receipt of eye exam.

Clark Vision is a beautiful facility with a very kind and helpful staff. They have a wide variety of frames to choose from, including designer frames.

I just moved here from Fort Worth and I absolutely LOVE Clarke EyeCare Center. They have a very smooth system in place because of COVID. I had my eye exam with Dr. Heinrich and wow so much knowledge. He was fast but also thorough in explanation. Any questions I had he answered with no hesitation. Once that was finished I was paired with Optician Brina Rogers! Y’all she helped me get out of my comfort zone and find the coolest glasses. She had a lot of knowledge to provide me as well! I mentioned my current lenses were falling off my face and she offered to adjust them. I’m getting my new frames in about two weeks, but the fact that she went the extra mile to do that for me really shows how great she is at her job. She is an EXPERT when matching frame shapes with face shapes. I’m beyond pleased with my visit and so excited to be here in Wichita Falls. Everyone is so warm and welcoming!

My first visit to this practice and I was so impressed. All of the staff were warm and welcoming and very skilled. I very highly recommend. They have updated technology, which helps with the whole process and the check in process during this pandemic was easy, while still staying safe.

Every single time I come in it is always an amazing experience. i’ve had issues with my eyes my entire life, and it led to other issues with my health, but the doctors at Clarke caught something no one else ever had (BVD), and it seriously changed my life. i’m so grateful to these guys!!

My appointment with Dr. Daniel Clarke and Clarke Eyecare Center was truly one of the more exceptional healthcare experiences I have ever had. I was only visiting Wichita Falls when I noticed my vision substantially impaired. I called Clarke Eyecare and was able to get an appointment within just a few hours. I explained to the front desk that I couldn’t see and they were very accommodating in helping me with the new patient paperwork.The technology used for the pre-appointment screenings/tests was convenient and comfortable, the assistant who walked me through the process was kind. The staff kept me moving along through the process and I wasn’t left waiting if I would ever be seen.Finally, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Clarke who was just an absolute rockstar of a doctor and made me feel heard and not terrified of my vision change and was supportive of whatever needed to be done to ensure I would walk out being able to see. I cannot thank the staff here enough. They were all wonderful.

Dr Heinrich is the ultimate professional and every clients dream doctor when it comes to customer service. Had a foreign particle in my eye and stopped by without an appointment. They took me in quickly and he checked me out. I was in a lot of pain. He gave me some eye drops and a prescription, but as soon as I left the pain was still too much. Went home and took a nap, woke up and still in pain but a little better. Called to office again and they called me in and still did not find anything. Dr Heinrich later called me from his cell phone just to check up on me and told me he will call again the next day to check on me. Even though the offices are closed on Saturday, he was willing to seem on Saturday if I was still in pain. Thankfully I was not in pain when he called me on Saturday. This is world class service.

At noon on a weekday before a holiday I needed to see an eye doctor for a sudden blood clot in my eye. All ophthalmologist offices were closed for the long weekend. But Clarke’s was open and could see me within a couple of hours. The staff was super friendly. Dr. Heinrich was personable, thorough, and professional. After running several tests and checking my eyes from a bunch of angles, he explained my condition and assured me that I would be fine in a couple of weeks. Much appreciated!

Went to another eye care clinic and the test was not done correctly so it had to be repeated. My doctor recommended Clarke and oh WOW what a staff!!!! I was helped the minute I arrived and it felt like the RED CARPET 5 STAR treatment. Dont wait, run there if you ever need eye glasses or services. Best Place Ever. If I could rate them higher it would be a 10 star review!!! They put the customer in customer service!!

A few days ago I called to make appointments for me and my son. I was placed on hold and transferred to another lady. The call dropped, and I was never able to speak to the other lady I was transferred to. So I called back, then when I was transferred to who I’m guessing might be the appointment lady for new patients, the call went to voicemail. So then I decided to try to make appointments online, on their website. I made an appointment for today at 4:15, I show up for my appointment and the lady who checked me in had no idea what I was talking about. So, I left without getting an eye exam. Complete waste of time. I have no idea if the service there is good or not, because I have been unsuccessful on 3 occasions to make an appointment. It’s really frustrating. There has to be an easier way.

The ENTIRE staff at Clarke Eye Care made our first-time glasses experience a positive one! Their email and text updates made it easy to remember our appointment and know when our glasses were ready (ahead of schedule!) Dr. Clarke was thorough and knowledgeable, and able to reassure both me (the parent) and a younger patient (my child). I highly recommend them.

I live in Lubbock.. yes... I drive 7 plus hours to see Dr. Elizabeth Clarke and I assure you there are few doctors for whom I would drive 30 minutes, because as a group they generally do not impress me. Her staff is exceptional and her care and concern for my daughter and her vision issues is deeply appreciated. She is a wonderful physician and is willing to diagnose and get to the bottom of real issues. Issues other doctors dismissed out of hand. If you are in want of a fabulous eye team, look no further.
