I was very satisfied with my service at Eyemart. The lovely lady Brenda who helped us was very knowledgeable. She presented us with alot of different options. We had our glasses (2 pair) one tinted in 33 minutes. The quality of the glasses are very good. Plus you get the 1 year warranty on the frames. I would recommend them to everybody.

Love this place! Super friendly & amazing customer service! They answer any and all questions and helped my son find a great pair of glasses! Even let him ring the bell for his first pair!! 😊 Had to go back a few days later to get them adjusted and they did it no problem and made sure he was happy with the fit!

I have been to Eyemart on 3 separate occasions, signed in with my sons prescription in my hand, he picked his glasses and on each occasion left after an hour of waiting for an employee just to order them. Between travel time and wait time, thats 4 hours of my life I will never get back, and I will be going elsewhere to order my sons glasses

I was helped the first time well. The manager was helpful and nice. Then I came in to pick up both pairs of glasses and Kelly was rube and less then helpful. Then helped him then I guess it was her brake time or something but man I will not go back even to get the cases for my glasses I didnt get. I will paid or and go elsewhere next time. Went in for new glasses, but ended up with a pair worse than before. During exam, the Dr would ask the normal question, better one or two, and when I would say, neither, they are both bad He would gruffly say, you have to pick one.. He seemed rushed, as if he had better things to do. When my glasses were wrong, and I told the optometrist that the glasses made me sick, I was told to give it a week. I did, which I never got use to them. I went back and the optometrist would not see me. He sent a tech. Changed prescription, but still was wrong. Afterwards, I was given the run around. They were to busy to see me again. Putting me on a waiting list. I live over an hour from Wichita Falls, so traveling is not the easiest. I eventually had to go see a different optometrist in Abilene, who took the time to get my prescription right. I, and my family will never go back. It seems eyemart went down hill after the older optometrist left.

I broke my glasses that I have had since 2010. Yes 2010. I called and they said bring them in. They replaces the broken nose piece no charge. Two days later the ear piece broke they said bring them back. This time they replace the broken ear piece no charge. The glasses have held up very well for being as old as they are. The ladies there fixed my broken glass very quickly. Im a big fan. Very happy with the service from them.

All though not sure lens are correct may have to come back in which is hard because I live in Montague with medical conditions so the trip makes it hard.

Went in to get glasses. Waited and waited. Was never waited on. I was there 25 mins no one was in the office the person was in the phone the whole time. Walked out. Won’t go back.

I was a loyal customer for a very long time and had always had great service until I got a pair of glasses without the wire frame around the lenses, the ear pieces attach to the lenses the cost was a little high over $125.00 but again I was a loyal customer and trusted Eyemart Express to give me the kinda service that I was used to if there were any problems and that was the biggest mistake EVER ! The earpieces fell off about a month later and I took them back and had them reattach the ear pieces there was no cost because they were under warranty. Well when I went to pick them up there were scratches on the lenses where I guess they removed the plastic inserts that held the earpieces onto the lenses and when I pointed the scratches out the young man went and got the manager, well when he came up to the counter where you check out at the first thing he says is you are the one who put the scratches on there not me I told him that I didnt put any scratches on there and he called me a liar and said it loud enough that people turned around and looked. I dont understand why The manager did that my glasses were under warranty any way so it should of been covered under that UNLESS he is the one who scratched them !!!! Anyway I am sorry for the long summary of what happened that day but even after going to the district manager of that store he did exactly what I thought he would do he covered for his buddy and that was it !! Even under warranty they will not fix my glasses !!!!!!!!!!! And yes the ear pieces fell off another month after all of this but they still wont fix them and they are STILL under warranty !!!! Thank you Eyemart Express !!

Great customer service

My experience was great here the workers were moving quickly to greet people as they entered and explaining the need to sanitize your hands while there. Each station was sanitized after a customer would leave before they would see another customer it was amazing. And I felt comfortable being there. I also had a mask on while there but even with all this they were all friendly and very professional.

Eyemart Express in Wichita falls Texas the employees treated me outstanding. Went way beyond normal to help people be safe disinfecting every chair desk that customers may have touched.Every employee warn mask and each employee had access to and sanitizer for customers and themselves. the prices on the glasses was awesome I left with two pair and was able to see perfect for a long time. Great customer service and smart system for keeping things sanitized. You carry a little basket around the store and anything you touch goes inside it. Then they clean it before putting it back. They also had masks available at the door if you didnt have one already.The only real downside is that they dont seem to have enough help, so wait times were LONG. After checking in, my child and I were directed to the frames. I personally prefer to shop without assistance, but that might be annoying for someone who has questions. After we selected our frames, we sat down at one of the many kiosks. Then we had to wait about 30+ minutes because the store was full of people. I did notice 2-3 employees walking around cleaning things, which I appreciate. BUT, when youve got a store full of 15 customers that are just standing around waiting for help, wiping down the light switches on the back wall seems less important.Once our associate arrived to assist us, she was lovely. Very professional and helpful. And she was great with my daughter who had some questions of her own. She also did everything she could to get us the best price possible. She also assisted us when we picked the glasses up, and she was just as friendly and helpful the second time.Decent selection of youth frames but not nearly as many as the website mentioned.We got the glasses in under an hour. Received a text when they were ready. After we got home, I did notice that one of the lenses is slightly protruding out of the frames. Were going to take them back up there after the holiday weekend to have it fixed. Should be a 5 minute repair I would think.

We were out of town for Thanksgiving and my son’s glasses broke. I was able to go to Eyemart Express with his prescription (on a Saturday) and we got two pairs of glasses for an inexpensive price. It only took 16 mins to get them both ready. They took the time to fit them to his face and make sure they were comfortable. I’m happy they are also covered by warranty and we have a store near our home. I was ecstatic and my son loves his glasses.

Kaylyn still offered same day even though it was so late but we didnt mind waiting 12 more hours. Signed in waited in my car unti they were ready to take order for glasses called me to come in. Picked frames. They prepared the order. I left and they texted me when order was ready. They fitted them and I was on my way.

Alexis took the order for my glasses and I was checked out in a matter of minutes. She told me they would text when they were ready so I went to do some shopping. Before I finished the first stop my glasses were ready - 27 minutes!! When I returned for my glasses the manager took the time to adjust my badly mangled old glasses so I would have a spare... I was waited on by a friendly girl. She had a smile on her face no matter how many question i asked. She explained everything about my lenses to me and made sure I knew what I was getting. Make sure to keep your new glasses adjusted to your satisfaction. I wear mine high on my nose, they want to pull them down. When they are marked they will be incorrect for bifocals. They are your eyes, your glasses on your nose. Remember you will wear them. Not the tech.

I bought two pairs of glasses, they only had one of them in store. I require a pretty thick lens. So far the sunglasses are doing well. Itll take about a week or so to get the clear ones, Ill add more comments then. The service was superb.

I purchased three pairs of glasses, they were very efficient and courteous, until I went in to retrieve my glasses. I went in late Friday, and knew my glasses would not be completed until Saturday morning. I bought two regular frames, clear and dark, and one pair of Uvex safety glasses. I have owned Uvex safety glasses before and knew the hole in the center is for the brow pad, so now I am going to log into Uvex, if I can find them and order it.
