Traveling from Amarillo TX back to Georgia, step son & daughter Daugher law pulling their horse trailer when a tire on the truck blew out. After calling around to find the right tire we called Firestone. They had what we needed and got us back up and going. Since he and his wife haul horses too, he understood the unique situation we had. He made certain we were all taken care of and back on the road. Was so very pleased. I was met by Brian Vetter the store manager and I had all 4 tires replaced. i only really needed 1 but had issues with the other 3. They didnt try to upsale me and they were so very helpful during my visit to give me exactly what I was wanting I actually got an even better deal than what I expected. If you want great service even on a budget this is the place to go. Im definitely coming here from now on with both my cars. By the way discount was 200 more for a lower milage tire just saying.

Purchase new tires, tech lost lick key tool. Cant remove tire with key tool. Store manager was accommodating. Anti-lock key tool has to be ordered from manufacturer by Vin number. Its been tiresome; hope this get resolved. Need repairs done, cant remove tire without key. Associate Tiffany is top-notch!

I would have given Tiffany more stars as she was super personal and efficient checking me in. After being quoted 30-45 min for an oil change, I waiting in the lobby. During the first hour that I waited in the lobby. Several customers came in and left. Phone rings multiple times before answered. After an hour and a half they had not even moved my car. I would have left, but I was traveling from out of town and didn’t have anywhere to go. At 1 hr 45 min Tiffany finally pulled it in for the tech. Another tech that really didn’t seem to busy since he chatted with another customer in the office for 20 min. From when she pulled it into the garage, it took 45 minutes. If you have time to spend the afternoon watching Modern Family reruns in the lobby for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, then I highly recommend…if not, chose another provider. Thanks Tiffany.

Im impressed! The team on Lamar are absolutely amazing!! Everyone was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Service was quick - car was evaluated on Thursday, I had quotes in my hand by Thursday evening. I worked Friday, so I called Saturday morning to schedule repairs, and they did it that day within the hour. My car drove beautifully!! Went in got my brakes done rotors and all left and had NO brakes they were closing so I drove home 23 miles and had no choice I had an important Dr apt., the next day so I had to drive there which was 1 and a half hours away and I stopped at a Firestone there in Denton and told him what my vehicle was doing and he said he was packed and wanted me to leave it there over night and I said Im sorry sir but I live out of town and I cant afford to leave it so I drove back home it was so nerve racking I was very scared the whole time and my husband returned it to this Firestone and the tech had forgot to bleed my brakes and after it was all said and done out of 1050.00 all they offered at first was the whole bleeding job free 89.00 and I wasnt pleased so they called me back and they only gave me just the labor of all the work free a measly 280.00 I was passing out at the time I got the call so I couldnt talk I just agreed and hung up so I guess everyone can imagine what couldve happened but to them it was only worth 280.00 when it very couldve been a huge law suit thank God it wasnt but No I would not recommend this shop and I will not be returning to them! That couldve cost us our lives!!!

Kris is AMAZING! My car broke down on my way through town from a funeral. He arranged a tow and managed to get it in For repair of battery and alternator the same day! Luckily my brother was in town so we made a day of it but I’m so thankful for Kris, his humor and his knowledge of how to take care of customers! He needs a raise!!

UPDATE: I actually have the wrong location it was the Firestone on McNiel. They called me today and were generous to refund the original purchase cost of the original tires. Was not expecting that and I really appreciate them reaching back out and making it right. Thank you Firestone.Purchased two back tires ($400 total) based off the recommendation of an employee in Feb 2019. Less than a year later and less than 7k miles on the tires. The tires fail a registration inspection for tread wear. (It’s a v6, no burning out was ever done)Go into Firestone hoping they could make it right but best they could do was “pro-rate” some new tires for another $300. I understand it’s a business and if they hooked up every Joe Blow that came through with a sad story they wouldn’t be in business but getting less than a year of use and less than 7k miles on $200 tires is a problem and more than likely points to a manufacture defect but they seemed unconcerned. The Gentlemen who helped me seemed like a decent guy but I left and went to discount tire.

Firestone very good place to go to. Theres coffee there is a TV and seats so you can wait for your car to be fixed. Wonderful sweet employees working there.

My go-to for complete car maintenance and repair. The staff are very friendly and have never tried to sell me on something that I didnt need. Never pushy and are extremely patient and caring toward their customers. Recently I had some work done and the part which was replaced cracked and caused addl damaged a few months later. Once noticed, they repaired the damages and did not charge me for service. Thats what I consider top notch care for the customer and not solely focused on profits.

Terrible!!! I went in for an oil change and to have my checked. I was allowed back so the tech could show me where my transmission plug was located. After raising the car I noticed he bent the side skirt. He said oh well look at that in a minute. After taking even linger to change the oil. He drained the oil filter but didnt change it. I point it out and then he changes it. I go get a manger to address the issue of the body damage and I was told that it bends like that and well go back after he puts it down, and he just walks off. Tech lowes my car and the sent does not go away. Then he proceeds to look up where my transmission plug is on YouTube. Finds one about a side plug. Takes my tire off and shows me. Then without asking or anything he starts taking the plug out and transmission fluid starts to go everywhere. He cant get it back on so I have to and then he tells me he cant do anything for me about all the lost transmission fluid. Then I was charged full price. I will never go back and Im calling cooperate in the morning.

I made an appointment for an oil change online. Awesome. Got an email confirmation. Great. Showed up 15 minutes early and was promptly helped at the desk. Super. They were hella busy, but she let me know I would be in next and gave me the $10 discount from the website before I even mentioned it. Cool. In and out in about an hour with no complaints.

When I went to pick up the truck, only 3 of the 4 tired had been installed so I had to wait for them to finish. Plus they lost the car key and I had to wait a while for them to find them.

One good thing from this visit was I was there during a promotional time and I read where it says pop a balloon, so I asked about that and ended up with a free front end alignment. Just what I needed. No coffee ever...

As I came in there was two people in the main area wait for thier vehicle as I went up to the counter there was a person (man) in the little office on the phone not once did he say just one minute I will be with you, this went on for about ten minutes then he started another phone call and still have not said just one minute at this time another man walked in now he says : one minute time went by and now he was off the phone at this time he walks out and start to talk with the person who just came in after me and then start to help him, only to ask me after he had finished with this person did I need any help.

Outstanding group of people. Great facility. They stayed late and kept me from being stranded on a trip when my dealership representative told me to get a hotel room for 2 days.

My mother went here because they supposedly had a deal for 9.99 oil change.. Come to find out that was only with the Firestone credit card.. My mother had been using conventional every since she bought the truck in 2010.. Somehow they convinced her to switch over to synthetic if she wanted her truck to run better.. Most people know that synthetic is better for your engine but wont make a stock truck run better. This place basically robbed her in my personal opinion.. Labor fees on top of the service price is ridiculous! $11 dollars for an extra quart of oil!? She ended up spending $85 for an oil change! Please dont waste your money here.

If you want to have your oil changed or get your tire changed, i guess they are good with that. But if you have any other mechanical issues, i would not suggest going there. I needed my AC to be looked at, and even though i had a coupon, i was not allowed to use it supposedly because they will also have to do electrical check which should be in the package anyway. After like 8 min of fumbling around, i was told my compressor was out the classic response to AC problem when the mechanic does not know what is going on. I was charged Over $50 for a service i would have done for $9.99. I honestly did not have a good experience.

Best service I have had in a long time

We were heading back to Colorado and our car broke down on a Sunday had to get a hotel for the night. Got the car in first thing Monday morning they were quick with the repair and Bryan came to our hotel and picked us up. Awesome customer service! Thanks for the help!

I made an appointment to get my oil change. I went had to wait 20 minutes to even check in because they were on the phone. When they finally checked me in they told me an hour... An hour for an oil change for a appointment scheduled is ridiculous. Dont go here look at other options. Got oil changed in the amount of time I waited for them to get off the phone at another place.

They took three hours to change tires on my car, but they made it up by not charging me for labor, which saved me around$100. If it wasnt for that they would have lost my business
