I visited the location at Old Jacksboro Highway and 287. Brandon was my sales representative and Derek handled finance. They worked out a great deal for me, even when my own personal bank wouldnt look at me for financing, after 5 to 6 years as a customer. These guys were NOT pushy. At all. They got me approved, then it only took 90 minutes to complete everything (this is Labor Day and they were BUSY). Had it not been as busy it would not have taken that time. All in all I was at the dealership MAYBE 2 hours. Thats looking, inquiring and signing my paperwork. Give them a holler! Im pleased.

My wife and I consider ourselves vets when buying from dealers but this was the most stress free and easy purchase we have ever done. Juan met us at the door and took care of us and even waited with us when waiting for the finance manager just talking about nothing and everything. The sales manager Dylan wasnt pushy and actually gave us what we wanted from the beginning with no hidden fees or surprises at any point. Mark scoured his available resources to find us the perfect vehicle as inventory is short everywhere and was genuine never giving the impression of being fake or bothered by anything. I purchased a 2005 Chevrolet Equinox in December of 2004. I drove it across country and back for college at least four times along with several road trips and projects. At just over 164,000 miles the right front passenger wheel came off while being driven and I was sure it was totaled. I called insurance and it was transported to Herb Easley Motors. They completely rebuilt the suspension on the front end and checked everything thoroughly! Two other dealerships said it was not worth it and had much higher estimates than Herb Easley did. I bought it from them so I wanted to see if they could save it.Considering I was ready for my insurance to just total it I was very shocked and thrilled when I received a call from the shop manager. They were able to fix it and even find parts for that old SUV. I even asked him what could have happened and he was very professional and helpful. They had to order the passenger side running board and installed it a week later but that little blue Equinox is still ticking and drives like new now! You could never tell what it has been through and I cherish all the good memories still. This SUV is still being driven without any issues and has been maintained since it was purchased with 190 miles on the odometer.Thank you all so much for your hard work. Herb Easley Motors lied to me twice. I attempted to purchase a used vehicle at Herb Easley Motors in May of 2021. The business agreed to redo poorly done window tinting prior to purchase. I placed a deposit of $500 on the vehicle to hold it. I was told the window tinting had been redone and returned to the business a few days later. The window tint had not been redone and, on top of telling me otherwise, the business had no intention of informing me of this. I then said I would take the vehicle as-is, but when negotiations failed, I requested the return of the $500 deposit and left. I was told the next day that the deposit had been refunded. I waited a week and two days for processing, but after no refund was received, I called and was informed that the deposit had not been refunded. This businesss local nickname is Herb Sleazy and I found that to be accurate.

My wife dropped her traverse off for a normal service, oil change ect yesterday. On the way she was alerted to a low tire. She told the person she dropped it off with and said it was like she was ignored. I picked her up to go to lunch. Service dept calls and said the car was ready. I asked if the tire was repaired. The guy I was speaking to started stammering and told me “ oh was there something wrong with it”. I told him that the low tire warning had gone off on the way to the dealership. He assured me it would be looked at and they would air it up. When we got there I asked the lady behind the desk if the tire was repaired and what was in it. She tried to fill me a line of the outside temperature causing the drop of tire pressure. ( this would be true if it wasn’t the end of July and 100+ degrees out which causes pressure to rise). Sure enough my wife goes to get in the car today and the tire pressure has once again dropped to 25 pound. They was told three times about a low tire and chose to ignore the customer.
We had the best and easiest experience with Herb Easley Motors. We are from out of town and found interest in a vehicle that they had. Kerry was amazing he handled everything over the phone. Purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Vehicle from Herb Easley in January 2021. In Late February we noticed excessive vibration while driving the car. We contacted Herb Easley about this issue. With the Herb Easley promise they did not hesitate too have there mechanics do a thorough diagnosis of the car. The result was a rear axle replacement. He was right because we walked out of there as the proud new owners of a 2018 Chevy Traverse! I’m very disappointed, this my first car ..I’m doing payments on a Kia sole 2014 car & my motor gave out. I had the herb easly promise too & they don’t want to help me at all for a new motor that was said they would cover it for free with the herb easly promise . I really don’t have the money for a new motor that is 5000 & I don’t have transportation to get to where I need to work . Very disappointed.

My engine went out in my truck while I was stationed near Witchta Falls TX area. I was recommended from another maintenance shop to let Herb Easley Motors check out what was going on with my truck due to it possibly being a warranty claim.From day one Ms. Christie Cook at Herb Easley Motors received in my vehicle and within a few days had diagnosed what was wrong with my vehicle. She followed up with me every step of the way and received in all my parts and made sure everything was good2go and was in constant contact with me from start to finish and with the technicians working on my vehicle since I wasnt able to come into the repair facility until repairs were completed.Ms. Cook made that process less painful and gave me a couple different options and was patient with me and my requests every step of the way.I appreciate everything that was done to help me get back home for the holidays to see my family. When everything got completed my engine was done correctly and ran just like it did when I first got it. I will say purchase went smooth, I was initially very please with my purchase. I purchased a 2019 Chevy 3500 HD in very good condition with remaining factory warranty and included the HE promise and a lifetime warranty on drive terrain. All great I thought. I was told it went through the GM multipoint inspection and everything checked out. Now 6 months later and 5K miles my truck is setting in a dealership in another state and needing almost $6,000 in repair just to get the tires to roll again.I contacted HE for support in helping with this $6000.00 to get the tires rolling again. A insulting $790.00 dollars was offered and no other support. So 6 months after buying a beautiful used vehicle from this dealership I am stuck with a almost a 5K mechanic bill, half of a towing bill almost $500.00 and no dealer support to say.What happened to my Diesel truck with 70K miles? A very high level explanation provided to me from a very understanding dealership was, the emissions particulate filter malfunction causing back pressure bursting the boost hose to the intake, at that point the truck stopped dead in its tracks with my three horse trailer and horse in tow. Emission not covered under factory warranty after stated mileage. I asked for support and splitting the cost and was denied. By the way my truck has 100K factory warranty still in place but coverage is limited.My experience with this dealership in the end is not good and if you buy a used vehicle from HE make sure you understand support will be minimal. I am now questioning the HE promise and the lifetime power train warranty that was one of the high points from the sales man, it almost feels like its just words. Now looking back they were only out to make a sale not to keep a customer. Remember buying a vehicle is much more that just how the sale goes in the beginning. When your miles from home and need your dealer, this one will leave you standing and on your own.
So im gonna start from the beginning. We had a Buick that was having mechanical issues. We took it too another dealership and after 2 weeks of no help it was given to these folks here at Herb Easly. Christy was the absolute best service manager anyone could hope for. She was very helpful through the entire process even with talking to the 3rd party warranty company. Fast forward a couple months more issues with the Buick. This time Tommy was to the rescue and got it all squared away. Durring this time we had begun the search for a new vehicle. Several dealerships turned us away at the blink of an eye. We stopped into Herb Easly and spoke to Flynn. We after hours by about 20 minutes, but he was still very eager to help. It took a day or two and it looked rough. Then Mr. Steve came to the rescue. That man went SOOO far above and beyond I cant even explain it. Made calls, sent emails, performed magic. He was able to get us into a 2021 VW Tiguan. Sooo awesome, but thats not all. We have a 19 year old son. He fell in love with the car. So here we go Flynn started but had a needed vacation. Nelson came in to finish. Yet another awesome employee. Steve pulled through but we had a snag with terms. Most places would say kick rocks NOT HERB EASLEY. Here comes now a 5th awesome guy Chad. Got my son in a wonderful new 2021 VW Tiguan. We are now customers for life and I will never use another dealership again. These are the hardest working, most honest, down to earth people. CANT SAY HOW AWESOME THEY ARE ENOUGH. I also read a negative comment someone had about inventory, let me tell you, they didnt have my sons car there, but they sure got it in fast. These people are great. Everyone go get a car, Truck, or SUV from them!

This is a small town dealership in Wichita Falls Texas this place does not have a lot of cars and trucks. In my opinion this dealership is no good where Im from there is luxury and here I stopped by to look at a couple of cars and they were cheap cars where Im from in Dallas its big big cars nice cars luxury cars and big money cars and people have bigger money and these peoples cars suck and the Juan gentleman was a good gentleman but he was like an average person.

We have bought 2 cars through Herb Easley. We recently suffered a house fire and one of our vehicles were lost along with our home. We called Herb Easley and talked with finance who stated that we purchased GAP insurance and that they would handle it all. Fast Forward about 3 weeks after our insurance paid the vehicle off and now we were told that we handle everything with GAP. So we have been scrambling to get it all together and get GAP taken care of which Herb Easley dealership has made an absolute nightmare. We can never get through to anyone on the phone we just get voicemails. Nobody ever calls back we have been trying to get an answer from Jim for days with phone calls and emails and even leaving a message with the front desk with absolutely no luck. We try all management and still no luck. This is a huge problem as it is delaying our closing date of our house until we can get this taken care of. We live about 2 hours away being a military family it’s not easy to drop everything and drive up there to get an answer and explanation out of them. To say the least we will never purchase another vehicle from them as they are only helpful and answer when your buying from them not when you need them to hold up to their word and do their job. If it’s no commission in it for them they do not care!

Had an issue with one of the service team members. Spoke with Michael Williams service manager who went above and beyond taking care of me and my issue also apologizing for any mistakes they may have committed.
We’re working on our credit and they were able to help us get into a vehicle that’s big enough for our family size that was in price range. With no hassle. The location on Jacksboro highway did a great job of helping us— except for the only lady that works there. She had a nasty rude attitude towards us the day before when we went to look at their inventory, but the guys there were very helpful and professional which made up for her unprofessionalism. After we purchased our vehicle we had an issue with the car and had to take it in to get serviced/ again the lady was very rude and didn’t want to have our car issues addressed, which was a week or two out from purchase- the guys took over and got it handled free of charge!4 months after purchase, there was an incident and our car was backed into. We chose Herb easly body shop since we were familiar with Herb Easly and they did EXCEPTIONAL!!!! The body shop manager was professional, answered all our questions and got our car back in tip too shape and even cleaned the inside and outside of our car and had it ready for pickup. Lupita at the body shop front desk is so helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and very kind and welcoming. Our experience with Herb Easly had been a pleasant one and the rude experiences with the lady on Jacksboro highway have been overridden due to the exceptional treatment we’ve encountered with everyone else.As for the lady— she definitely needs to be fired as she’s very mean and rude. Her best interest isn’t for the customer or the business she works for.
