These folks were life-savers for us when our travel trailer brakes shattered in the parking lot of a truck stop outside Wichita Falls. No one wants to come out to a travel trailer, but these guys sent a really nice young man who looked over the brakes and let us know that he could disconnect the broken brake and we could limp home with the remaining 3 brakes. We were able to avoid a tow into Wichita Falls with the consequent overnight stay while someone worked on the brakes. I cant thank them enough for their help.

Charged me $160.00 to diagnose my car WRONG & tell me they couldnt fix it!!! Then offered to buy said car (2014 Ford Fusion) for 5 bucks! Very unprofessional.... Took it to Reliable Salvage & Auto Repair and it was fixed within 24 hours..... I do not recommend.....

On July 29, I just found my car had low pressure tires while my family and I were moving on the way from Miami, FL to Albuquerque, NM. I was extremely frustrated about the low-pressure tires, and I stopped by this place for some help. The staff was extremely nice and professional, and willing to help me immediately. They helped me with the low-pressure tires, fixed them by putting in more air, and provided me good advice. When I asked how much for the service, the staff gave me a very kind smile and said it was free. I was absolutely surprised because I cannot believe it. When I was in Miami, FL, the people in Miami at the auto repair place closed to my apartment charged me $3 for just putting in more air for low-pressure tires. But this place at Wichita Falls did far better than Miami’s, and people at this place so nice, and provided me such a great service for free. Maybe it is the difference between Miami and Texas, demonstrating how friendly, nice, and professional people in Texas are. As my family and I are heading to Albuquerque, NM this morning, I hope the staff who helped me yesterday can see this review, and I wanted to say “Thank you very much!!! I really appreciate it!!!” Until now, I still cannot believe how people can be so kind and nice like this. I extremely appreciate it!!!

One of our Kenworth trucks blew an air bag on the highway near Wichita Falls, TX and a quick Google search brought up JC Mobile. I called the number and Mike quickly showed up even though we were about 70 miles away form his shop. Mike was able to make a repair so we could continue to our destination. Mike was very honest and gave me multiple options on how to fix the issue. I am glad we found JC mobile and will use them again if needed.

These folks are super helpful and super polite.I had a blowout on my fifth wheel while traveling through Wichita Falls. I called my insurance company to get road side assistance and after over an hour no one came. Scott from JC Mobile Mechanics just happened to be passing by and stopped to help us. He had us up and running in no time. The next morning at the campground I discovered damage to my breaking system from the blowout. One call to JC Mobile Mechanics and they were back to take care of me and get my rig safe to travel. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Lol where do I begin! The guy showed up to look at the A/C unit on my camper. He located the fuse panel, then proceeded to check the fuses and breakers. After checking the fuses he starts telling me how his friend just put a window unit in his camper rather than replacing the actual A/C unit. It was at this point I knew I had hired the wrong people! The guy looked around a little while longer telling me stories about how he got kicked out of a GM plant as a kid for punching an engineer in the private parts. Who tells their customers stories like that? Lol this guy was more unprofessional than his his service truck, and trust me that’s a sight to see! They charged me $350 to basically stand around for an hour. I wouldn’t let these guys work on my lawnmower. The only thing I’d pay these guys to do is stay away

This company is a rip off! Called for service at 144 pm tech did not arrive until 455 pm. They charged 6 hours of labor for 4/12 hours plus $288 for mileage. I understand you charge for drive time but according to maps it take 1 31 min to get to my home. Was told the tech dispatched at 242 and no way it took until 455 to get to my house. Started work at 5 pm was done by 615 pm. Was told he would not arrive back until 8 pm - again not total drive time. DO NOT RECOMMEND had to go back and forth about prices and time and did not return calls promptly

Driver needed a wheel seal changed Petro didnt put on correctly the cost was $67.99 the day before. Called JC was told road call, parts with labor estimate was $550, ok no problem. Mechanic brought wrong wheel seal with him supposedly even after I had given him correct part numbers. They spent 6h+ repairing a wheel seal charged me $1500. When I refused to pay they sent another worker out to babysit truck and charged me for every additonal hour. Total bill $2400. Said if I dont pay they will impound my truck, trailer and load and leave driver stranded. Asked to speak to owner was refused to talk to. Called Wichita Falls Police they said contact lawyer, lawyer and BBB contacted waiting for response. Please avoid these guys at all cost. This shop should be shut down.

JC Mobile was able to get us back on the road after having a flat happen in Jolly, Texas. They came out to us, brought new tires, changed them, and disposed of our other tires. It was a little pricey, but definitely worth it for all they did.

JC Mobile Mechanic has Excessive Rates that were not fair! I got charged for another mechanic having to come out because the mechanic that came out didn’t have the appropriate tools! Charged me for their mileage going back to their shop after charging per hour for labor even when there was no work being done. JC Mobile Mechanic cares only about the Money and is not a reputable business to call if you have roadside emergencies.

Mike was great. They came to me when I broke down at Red Lobster. Mike gave me options, gave me all the info he could and let me make my decision on how I wanted to proceed. He then had me back on the road quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and Mike.

RV slide-out stopped in mid operation. We changed the fuse without sucess. Mike came out to the RV park within an hour on a Saturday and got us back on the road quickly. We were quoted the hourly rate on the phone. The repair was minor and done in less ten minutes, really appreciated that they waived the two hour minimum for us! Thanks Mike!!!!

Michael was very professional and attentive to my needs. The truck I was driving had run out of fuel and left me stranded on the shoulder of a busy highway. He, at great risk to himself, got the truck running again after a couple hours. He then, on his own time, followed me to a nearby truck stop to make sure I made it okay. This place is the most thief in the united states, i took my truck with the damaged transmission and they charged me $ 600 for towing when the towing guy told us it was $ 400 they put an additional $ 200 in the final bill, apart from that we They said they were going to work as soon as it was dawn and it was 11 in the morning and there would be no workshop, I decided to take it to dallas and for just being there the truck there they charged me an additional $ 500. I do not recommend a trucker for anything in life to take their truck there

My boyfriend was traveling back to Amarillo from Dallas and had car issues around Henrietta. It was about 7 PM on a Sunday (nearly impossible to find a service company open at that time and day), I was looking for a towing company and/or someplace to take his car to near by. I got lucky and found JC’s (almost didn’t because it was at the bottom of the list) as a service that not only came to where he was at to fix it, but did so in a timely manner. Mike was great! Thought we had one issue with the vehicle, he saw it was something different, and was able to get him back on the road within just a few short hours. He is very pleased with the job Mike has done and will be returning to have Mike work on his vehicle in the future. Very reasonable pricing, especially considering having to work on the side of the road, at night, and in the freezing temperature! Definitely recommend JC’s (ask for Mike!) if in and around the Wichita Falls area! Thank you for your service this evening! We will be back!

Was given a price for the first hour of $85. Mechanic was there less than a hour just diagnosed the problem and we were charged $285. I would sit on the side of the road for days before I would call this company again. Dont use JC Mobile Mechanics!!!! Rip off. Had a oil leak issue, called multiple mechanics who brushed it off saying they were 2 weeks out and couldnt even look at it...called JC and without hesitation they got me in diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within a few hrs at a reasonable price....will definitely return with any future issues.

Please note if you call this shop they will charge $150/hr for diesel repairs. From the minute they receive the call until they are done. They took 2 hours to get to me from 48 miles away. I needed a starter replaced on my semi I gave them my vin to pick up new startet. The mechanic shows up with no starter and proceeds to diagnose the problem. Yup its the selenoid starter needs replaced goes back to wichita falls tx grabs the strter and some tools being since he did not have the right tools for the job. Mind you I am being charged $150/hr plus $1/mile on all miles traveled. The bill came to $1963 to replace my starter after I called and complained. The boss lady said it was $1813 but we know it was hwy robbery. Most competent mechanics will have the job done in 2-3 hours. Please call another shop I would of gladly paid $1000-1200 for the job. But $1813 yes you will get ripped off here take your business somewhere else please. To the owner of jc mobile repair you sir are ripping good folks off shame on you. I will never use your services again.

Still mad. Paid over $800 for the issue to never to be resolved, then continued to say my brakes were bad after the bent the plate cover, snapped wires under the car, and like I said, never fixed my vehicle. Did more harm then good. My car is now at a different shop, (Same one they take their own vehicles) trying to fix the botched job. I would sue the guys but they are broke. How embarrassing of a company this way to still be in business. Shady.

I called to get my air conditioning fix and gave me a great price for fixing and the stuff that goes on it. After that my alternator went out barely made it there and gave me a great price and fixed it fast and in a hurry also put me frist and had them work on it to get me out the door.

Worst mechanics ever. Made my cehicle worse than when I brought it. Spent 4k on fixing my rv and it didnt even drive a 1/4 mile off their lot until it broke down again. I called them up and they wanted more to fix it even tho I paid then the first time already to fix it and they made it worse. My rv drove better before I took it to them and they just wasted 4k making it worse. DO NOT take your vehicle to them. They will waste your money and make your car worse.

Had two trucks go down they fixed one an charged me $2600 fo a pulley and a serpinten belt. The other truck has been waiting since 1:00 pm for the mechanic to show up an can’t get them on the phone to answer questions as to where or when they will show up. The mechanic is on patrol an forwarded his phone to the owners phone an called the dispatch an it is now going to voice mail. I would not use these people if it was the last mechanic on the face of the earth.

This afternoon, as my luck would have it, I hit a curb and busted my front tire. I called 5 different places, and all of them told me that they could not find a tire. JC Mobile Mechanics not only found me a tire, they went out of their way to search for one around Wichita Falls. What’s more, I had to call an hour later to see where they were - they had already changed the tire and the guy was writing my bill. Excellent service! Would highly recommend!

On January 25th, my son Joseph, brought his 2001 Toyota Celica to JC Mobile Mechanics to have it looked at for a loud noise coming from his engine. They told him he would need to rebuild the engine or replace it. We decided to replace the engine because the manager, Josh, told Joseph that it would be cheaper in labor to replace the engine rather than rebuild it.I ordered the engine and it was delivered to JC Mobile Mechanics on February 28th. JC Mobile Mechanics told Joseph on March 7th his car would be ready on March 13th and the total price would be $1467 tax included. The car was not ready by March 13th and on March 15th Joseph was told the shop needed to change the A/C compressor and the harmonic balancer. On March 16th we were told the car would be complete on March 20th. On March 21st we were told the total cost of the repair had went up to $1897 and were told the car needed a new ECU because we had ordered the wrong engine.I then called the company that I ordered the engine from, JDM New York, and they told me it was not the wrong engine and to have JC Mobile Mechanics call them. When we passed this information to JC Mobile, they told us it didnt need a new ECU; that they wired something wrong. On March 22nd we were told the labor cost was now $1979 and the car needed a new fuel pump. On March 24th we were told to come pick up the car because it was finished.When Joseph arrived at the shop the car was not done and Joseph discovered his car stereo was stolen from his car. I talked to the owner of the business and he told me Joseph asked for the car to be left unlocked outside which was completely false. I then talked to the manager Josh, and he told me they moved the business from one location to another and the towing company that moved the vehicles put the cars outside the new business unlocked and with the keys in the ignitions. Why wasn’t there someone from JC Mobile Mechanics at the new place to receive the cars and lock them up?On the same day we were told the car would be ready on March 25th and the new total for labor is $3000. On March 25, a Saturday, Josh told Joseph at 4pm the car would be ready by 6pm and to bring only cash for the payment because their card reader was down until Tuesday. Joseph then said he could wait until Tuesday to get the car because it was a Saturday at 4pm and had no way to get cash. Josh then told Joseph that if he didnt come pick up the car by 6:30 that day he would start charging him late fees and storage fees.Joseph then borrowed as much cash from friends as he could and went down to JC Mobile Mechanics to get his car. When he arrived there, one of the mechanics was able to use Joseph’s card and pay for the repairs. It seems Joseph was lied to by the manager about the card reader being down. Joseph then discovered there was a substantial dent in the driver’s door that was caused during the time the car was at the shop. In addition, his A/C and heater will not blow air and needs to be fixed still.I spoke with Josh and told him the A/C and heater does not work. He stated he told Joseph to bring the car back in and they will recharge the A/C. I told Josh that was not the problem because both A/C and heater does not work. He then told me it was only the shops responsibility to replace the engine and not to make sure everything else worked that worked before they started working on the car.I have been around cars, worked on all kinds of cars, aircraft, and performed all types of maintenance for over 30 years as well as had extensive work on my car and I have never hear anyone ever say it was not their responsibility to make sure everything worked on something before they gave it back to a customer.I have submitted a complaint on JC Mobile Mechanics to the Attorney General of Texas and I warn anyone who is thinking about having anything done at this business because in our experience they will lie to you and do less than quality work. I would also warn any military member to stay away from JC Mobile Mechanics because it seems they will take advantage of you.

7 hours to change tire and left us with a broken lug bolt. Also, very over priced. Charged 579.00 for tire; 7 hours at $150 per hour then charged 176 mile road call, we were 48 miles away. Maybe they made 2 trips? idk our driver took 10 off and slept

Make sure you confirm charges before authorizing repairs. We were charged almost $2000 for a road service to replace a front tire. They traveled approximately 60 miles for the service call.

Called them at 9am to have 2 tires replaced, was given an ETA of 1.5 hrs (since my driver was 40miles away) its now 7pm, the worker went all around town looking for tires, got me 2 RECAP tires, & moments ago called me to tell me he was only able to change one of the tires. To call someone else finish the job! & charged me $650!

Was having issues with me vehicle and need service done asap. JC Mobile were the only guys willing and able to help me out the day of. Was greeted by a very nice lady over the phone who pointed me in the right direction. Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and eager to help me out(very little wait time). After explaining what my issues were and some testing it was looking like I was going to be spending a few hundred in parts and labor, which I figured as much. However these guys went above and beyond. Instead of just replacing a part then doing some work here and there; they looked into it and found that it was a much simpler fix aka cheaper. Both my wallet and I were thankful and surprised that a business was more concerned about finding a solution for a problem as opposed to just fixing one and then slapping you with an outrageous bill. Long story short, thank you. Ill definitely be back for any and all issues I have in the future.

The guy that came out had no idea what he was doing. He was under the RV using Google on his phone to try to figure it out. He never did fix the problem with my stairs, but he still presented me a bill for $225.I called the company after he left. They said they would send someone out the next day to fix it for free. I never heard from them again.

JC Mobile replaced other harmonic balancer on my 91 Buick Riviera. They only charged me $100 for 1 hour labor. I dropped it off and came back in 2 hours and I was good to go. My Riviera is sounding like its old self again.Thanks JC Mobile. Great job. I will be bringing my 88 JaguarXJS in soon.

I dont usually write reviews unless it was extremely helpful and this shop fits that category. Ive had multiple car problems but my biggest one included an accident with my front bumper . Not only did they make sure to accommodate for my schedule by providing transportation but they made the situation as least stressful as they could and even worked with me on the leftover cost after my insurance paid-out. I 100% recommend.

The Worse Experience Ever!Don’t waste your time!I’m a mechanic i had 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan, On Friday 16 Aug 2019 at around 9pm, my Dodge Caravan Water pump was leaking water on Hwy 287 towards Wichita Falls, i knew that my water pump needed to replaced, I called them for a mechanic mobile service on the road, i told him that I’m a mechanic and I know exactly the problem and all I want is to send someone with tools to replace the water pump.)Their dispatch insist to bring their mechanic all the way to my van location just to diagnose the problem?To add diagnosis cost which is $50?I insist that the problem dose’t needs any diagnostic,All i need is to send a mechanic with tools that night to only replace water pump.He said they must send their mechanic to my location to sign invoice? before even starting the job??They send their mechanic without water pump but with invoice and made us sign the invoice before starting the job? then immediately after signing their invoice their mechanic decided that they must bring the car to their shop for 3 nights to be fixed on Monday?? Because the lights are not clear to do the job?As far as i know every mobile mechanic has the best brightest flash light that other mechanics don’t have.Then they decided that they want the car to be towed to their shop for 3 nights to replace the water pump??And that another towing cost?3 nights in their shop defiantly that would be another extra charges, ‘cuz they mentioned their mechanic charges are $75 an hour??And they decided that, replacing water pump will take about 4 hours??Besides the miles cost from their shop to my car location.4 hours to replace a water pump that their mechanic didn’t bring with him?How come a mobile Mechanic come all the way to your location without spare parts? and simply ask you to bring your car to his shop for 3 nights to be fixed?When we asked why he didn’t bring water pump with him, they responded ‘cuz they need to come to the van to know the water pump part number??And there’s an invoice needed to be singed before starting the job? of course they asked us to pay for distance that their mechanic took to get to our location?At the end after wasting our time with them, We rejected the whole deal. and we had to call the cops.

Do not use this company. They told us the could put a sensor on our semi but didn’t fix the problem, didn’t have the equipment and then want to charge $1,500 for doing nothing. Please do not use, unless you want to be robbed.

I bought my rotors and break pads, the guys here replaced them in less than an hour. It was last minute and they got me taken care of and charged me $65/hr. I had a great experience here and will definitely be back! Thanks again!

My husband and I are moving across country, and we hit a big dead animal at around 4 am. Even though it was Sunday they still sent someone to help us. Even though I’m not from here, I can tell that they are a genuinely good business who cares about their customers. Thank you guys so much again ❤️

We broke down on the way to church camp... a bus load of kids. The owner said, Ill have you in and out in an hour and a half. I even can make my own belts. 4 belts and 6 hours later our pastor and youth minister got to leave. We had someone drive our van 3 hours to get the kids. They are not trust worthy, dishonest business practices... BEWARE!

I give this place a 0. Theyre only in business because they rip people off. For any over the road trucker, if you break down in the surrounding areas dont call this place. Your better off fixing it yourself.

Jc mobile are nothing but crooks.. please dont ever use this place!!!!... had a truck towed there.. was lied to the whole time about the work being done for a job that that should of been done in two days was actually NEVER COMPLETED... we where charged 1600k.. wer couldnt believe it!!!.. They Were Really Nice At First Just To Get You In There!!!... then come the lies!!...I HAVE NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE!!!... FOR A JOB THAT SHOULD OF COST NO MORE THAN 4k ANYWHERE ELSE....16k WOW!! they wouldnt release the trailer either till it was paid!!.... please dont let this happen to you!!.. Im not the first...
