I bought a lower mileage engine for my 2007 Lexus is250 and I had to get a few parts from this dealership and it was a great experience. First of all Hector had to be the best to work with in the parts department. He cleared up the confusion on some of the parts I was ordering and he called as soon as they got there the next day. He was a pleasure to work with and i will definitely be referring this dealership and hector to all of my friends and family with Lexus vehicles.

My second time for service, today is worth the time. I had Frank who went extra mile, I had a problem in cleaning a particular substance that stick to the car but Frank was able to clean it 90%. He did a great of removing it but not only that he was respectful and accommodating. Surely, he is an asset to the business. Very consistent from the start to finish of service. Hoping hed be consistent in the future. Thank you for the great experience.

Service was amazing . They gave us a loaner and my car was ready the same day. The best part was I was not rushed to take the loaner back do To my schedule. Frank was my service advisor this guy really takes his time to know you as a person not a customer. The receptionist is super friendly and down to earth. Love this dealership... Ray Catena of White Plains has the best service department, with the nicest people. I have been going to Frankie for the past 20 years and I will never buy a different brand of truck unless Frankie leaves the dealership.

Never have I experience such unprofessional and incompetent customer service.I took my car in for routine service and repair to my driver side seat panel. On Friday, August 14th, I received a call that I should keep the loaner car as the panel for my vehicle will arrive on Monday and should be ready to pick up on Tuesday. Sure enough my car was ready on Tuesday. After questioning their billing practice and promise the manager Mike, I will never return after 5 year of doing business with them. I went to my car only to see the panel still loosely hanging. Sean, the Service Rep. actually told me the part is coming from Germany and they will call me. Really? He returned later to say the part will be here the next day. When I asked, why did it take my car 4 days for routine service, he continued insulting my intelligence. What if this was a repair that was not visible? I would of never known the repair was incomplete. I will get my panel replaced elsewhere. This dealer have absolutely no integrity whatsoever.

Alan is always so professional and has great customer service. Lexus always takes great care of me and my needs that is why I will always drive a Lexus. The service I receive from Alan is exceptional!!!!!

From the 1st time I stepped into this dealership, I felt welcomed. The staff is great & has always been available to help me adjust to the features of my 2017 NZ 200T sport model. I’ve always felt satisfied, never rushed with my service, most recently the availability of a loaner car for my preventive maintenance service. In an ever changing car buying world, it’s great to know that their is still good customer service out there. That definitely makes a difference in where I purchase or have my car serviced at .
