I don’t recommend drive thru for this location since they don’t prepare the order nicely.Happens sometimes but just frustrated

Terrible service. Waited at the window for 10mins. Before having to knock to get noticed. Placed an order for 1 dark roast coffee and waited for an additional 15mins. As car after car that pulled up was serviced and before me before receiving my lukewarm coffee. DO NOT RECCOMEND!

This Starbucks has the most wholesome management and staff.Today, I was having a bad/stressful day after I took an exam. I went to this Starbucks after to get myself something to drink. I pulled up to the drive-through, couldnt decide what I wanted, and ended up telling the rep to make me whatever they like as I am not having a good day.When I pulled up to the window, the district manager came to the window with a bubble wand and said, I heard you are having a bad day so here are some happy bubbles! she started blowing them at my car 😭😭😭😭. The pure gesture of kindness made me cry. Then she goes looking for things to cheer me up and ended up getting me a stuffed frog and a red festive garland!! How sweet was her effort to cheer me up?? I was so taken back by the kindness of absolute strangers. And they didnt even let me pay for the drink!! The barista made a delicious caramel frap I believe and wrote Hope your day gets better.THANK YOU x 100 TO THE STAFF/DM of this Starbucks. You guys made my day better.

Horrid experience. Staff is rude, drive through takes forever. The only light at the end of the tunnel is KC. I have started going to the one in the wheeling park district because they are much nicer and more efficient. Even worse they make the drinks wrong. So not only am I getting wrong drinks but attitude and they are wasting my time.

I love the service at this location! Ask for KC she’s SUPER helpful, very kind and patient as well! If I could give more stars I would give ‘em all!

Excellent compact Starbucks with either drive thru or outside walkup. Plus outside patio with tables and chairs, which is great when it is not winter. No indoor area for customers.

The barista who helped me was named KC and she did such an amazing job! i was passing through this city and just stopped for a coffee but she turned it into such a great convo and instantly made me feel like a part of the community. as a former starbucks barista, i think this location embodies the mission statement to the core!!thanks KC!

We’re in quarantine. Google says they’re open. It says open until 8pm; I go there at 4:30pm and they’re not open. UP DATE! They’re not up to date. What time do you open?! What time do you close?! Have a sign at your location saying when you open and when you close!. It’s not so hard!

Sweet and cute Starbucks in the Wheeling neighborhood. Its a small cafe, mainly designed for drive through. Few chair and tables are set up in the store front. They also have very few parking spots available.

Very small but efficient Starbucks. Walk up or Drive Through only. Very easy to get to off of Milwaukee Ave. They always move the Drive Through very quickly and they always get my drink correct. This is a regular stop for me when I am in town.

Purchased espresso that tasted like strong burnt coffee. Theres only one way for it to taste that way and thats to use burnt coffee. I think we all know the flavor of burnt coffee. There is no way for it to taste that way without using it. Shame on Starbucks to feel $4.00 is not enough to cover serving a cup of espresso.

It is drive through or walk up only! No place to sit inside or do homework. Was not expecting that at all. As a result I did not stay or get coffee as it was cold outside and I needed somewhere to do work.

The hours say open until 9:30 PM, yet when I went at 9:00 they said they were closed. What a joke!! Please do not put hours where your employees are too lazy to work in

I dont know who it is, but there is a bearded guy who works here with a 6 pointed star necklace. He is the nicest kindest employee ever and always is polite and happy! I always want to buy coffee from him!

Just left this location frustrated and annoyed.9:08 am Wednesday 10/30/19, I passed through drive - thru. Lady taking order is in such a hurry and very impatient. We told her to hold on and she was just pushing us to take our order. This lady should not be working there!We have the right to stop and look at the menu. Manager needs to know not to hire impatient people especially in drive thru area. I definitely will not come to this location. I am also going to call corporate office and complain how awful customer service is at this location.

Big fan of their frappuccinos. Its always very clean and the staff are kind. We do not go very often, but when we do we are always pleased. I recommend.

Every time i come here after lunch they never have regular coffee im standing in line waiting for them to brew it, or you will get some left over coffee that is not hot or even warm enough ugh and if you do ask for another cup because you dont like how your $5 coffee tastes you will get bad attitude! Avoid this location!

Always a great experience at this Starbucks! I was a barista at one point in time and I know how difficult the job can be especially with so many customizations but they are just as chatty and friendly with someone who orders a regular coffee as someone who has a list of 20 different ingredients.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff terribly rude. This is not the first time having to experience this at this location, but I will definitely never be returning to this location again.

Not your average Starbucks. More like a shack with limited menu. You can tell this location was not a Starbucks originally. They dont carry a lot of the usual Starbucks food items and they rarely get the coffee right either. That said, in the morning when you need your kick, even bad Starbucks coffee is still better than Dunkin

Always love Starbucks especially when they have drive-thrus I always have the T Earl Grey with Jade citrus mint and too honey bags inside of it and always loves to have a heated chocolate brownie from that place yum yum good

If you went here and had abad experience it is probably because you came at the tail end of a rush after the staff is trying desperately to catch their breath or in the afternoon when the amount of coffee is cut down in EVERY Starbucks. So many of these reviews that are low are because there was something out of stock or brew in the afternoon and they had to wait. Boo hoo, you had to wait for someone to make you fresh coffee. You could have gotten an espresso drink, which honestly why arent you. There is probably a coffee maker at home collecting dust because you love the feeling of a drink slave handling you a cup of coffee. The staff changes quickly at most Starbucks because that is the nature of those jobs. Two great employees that have been there for a little while are the shift managers Alex and Cait. Both know how to do their jobs even when being abused by some of the worst people around. This store is not a cafe. There is a picture that shows you that. It was built to be a little drive through but you can sit on patio in the warmer months of you want some air with your brew.

This location has problems.1. Traffic backs up onto Milwaukee Ave, making that intersection a real hazard. The backup is the drive-thru line. Really people? Backing out to Milwaukee Ave for the convenience of a drive-thru?2. There is no internal seating. The outdoor seating is pretty nasty. Dirty tables and chairs, bees flying around. What a mess.Ive tolerated this place 3-4 times but no more. The coffee is good of course, but there are plenty of other places to get the same product.

Very slow service! I have waited in drive thru 15 minutes!! Coffee was not good either, I mean I didnt get a coffee, only very hot, burning, milk with syrup? Is Starbucks a coffee shop or dairy shop? Too bad I couldnt come back, only because I managed to taste my coffee 20 mins later, after it cooled down a little!2 stars is only for the sandwich, seemed fresh.

Too slow. And orders all mixed. Maybe it was fluke but I waited 10 minutes for a drip coffee. Then another 10 for a sandwich. Others sandwiches came out before mine. Not happy.
