Even though I spent A LOT of money at Tahoe Automotive, my car actually needed all of the work the guys did on it. I never once felt taken advantage of. In fact Dan offered to buy me dinner because he felt so bad that there was so much work to be done.I also needed a loaner for a few days and was able to use their car and only had to fill up the gas tank from what I used.Ive been back twice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. 10/10, will be back (but hopefully not soon haha).

Great place! First of all theyve been at the same spot forever - that should say something right? I cant tell you the amount of times theyve taken a minute to help me with my car - aired up my tires, patched one and even threw on my spare even while they were slammed with customers! A definite thanks to Dan, Rich and the rest of those guys.

Tahoe Automotive is an honest repair shop. They are very helpful in diagnosing vehicle and small engine problems. The fact that they will provide you with a loaner car until your vehicle repair is completed is very helpful. I recommend them to people.

Less than one star! I am not one to rag on small businesses but this is incredible-I just drove away after a friend had to come and change my tire. I got a flat tire in front of Tahoe automotive and fortunately was able to pull in to their lot. When I went into speak to the guys, they said they could not change my tire as there was not a mechanic on site. All three men in the shop said they were not capable of changing a tire. It is evening, it is cold, and it is a holiday weekend. You really couldnt help me out? Arent you a shop? Why are you open!? I certaily would have paid, Not sure why I was denied service besides that excuse of not having a mechanic available to change my tire. Dont bother with this dump! Youre better relying on your friends!

Please join me in supporting Americans with disabilities by avoiding buying gas or using Tahoe Automotives services until they bring their sidewalk access up to ADA standards AND remove snow piles from their sidewalks. These guys really know what theyre doing. They have fixed my BMW and my Toyota many times. Theyre always fair and fix it the first time.

I am very happy with the service Ive received over the last 12 years from Tahoe Automotive. My BMW had an oil leak and burning problem, the guys at Tahoe knew exactly what it was, a simple problem. On my Lexus, the automatic temp control kept cutting out, they figured that out and repaired it the same day. They do all the service and repairs on all the American and import cars in my family, they have never failed us.I also have them service my lawn mower and snow blower and they plow my driveway.They always let me know what the cost is going to be before doing repairs also and their prices are very reasonable.

I had an intermediate starting problem with my car I took my car to two different shops and both of them could not find the problem. I took my car to Tahoe and their mechanic Tony looked at it and found the problem to be a blown capacitor in the computer ruptured and damaged the circuit board. Who would have known! New computer later and I was on my way. Going on 6 months without a problem. Thank you Tony and thank you Dan for such great customer service!

Pretty sure I got my credit card skimmed at one of their pumps. Beware.

Great service

They are very expensive ... They over charge you for any service. They charged me as much as the cost of the battery just to check the battery for draining out. I later came to know that battery check up is free in authorized services like Firestone. And the service charges are much lower in other places. Please do not trust them and this is my second experience with them. They overcharge and is not worth.

Place is a rip off... Wanted $75 just for testing the car, I already got it tested by emissions and autozone does it for free. Never go there. Any other place but there is okay.
