Jo the manager is the best thing about this location. She made checking in a breeze and throughout the year I have been here she is always nice and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this location because of her.

No complaints with the unit, price is a little high but not too bad. However, the office is practically never open, so good luck if you need to do anything in person. Probably going to move out soon, but Im also lazy lol

Unfortunately, I had an awful experience at this facility that management is unwilling to make right. A locksmith came and cut the wrong lock for another customer, cutting mine instead. They replaced my lock, but did not notify me of this at all. I went to access my unit after office hours, and I was unable to access my unit. I returned the next day to figure out what happened, and they were unable to locate the key for the new lock. I then had to wait 4 hours for someone to come and replace the lock yet again. I understand that things happen, but my request for even the $25 replacement of my personal lock that had been cut was denied. I was told I would need to show a receipt for the purchase of my lock I had for years. This situation is extremely frustrating because management made 3 errors that caused me frustration and time, yet there is no effort being made to make this right. I have tried to contact the supervisor, which goes to VM and does not get returned. Very disappointing customer service experience overall with this facility.

Needed to reserve a unit close to our other unit. First woman mentioned an available site near ours. I attempted to complete the reservation online and it gave a different unit # which wouldnt work. Called back and spoke with Jo who reserved the unit, or so I thought. Went to complete reservation online again and was given yet another unit #. I called again and the original unit I wanted had already been rented to someone else despite the fact that we had confirmed a date and time for us to come in and complete the reservation for the unit we wanted. No other units for same $ were available near ours. We are travelling from out of town for a few days to handle things so this is a horrible inconvenience.

Michelle was great! Super great customer services. I love the fact that she knows the people that rent there makes it feel more homey knowing that she cares about the people and their belongings. I would recommend people to come in when Michelle is here. I guarantee that she will be nice and make sure that you get what you need.

Came here looking for a unit to rent and the lady up front kept telling me on how to wear my mask.I needed a 5x10 or a 10x10 but if youre going to critique me on my mask then Im going to just go take my money elsewhere.

I went there today, the lady, sorry I forgot her name but she was very nice, explained everything and showed me the 5x10 unit that I rented before anything was signed. It was a pleasure dealing with someone with great customer service and knew about the service.

So I was greeted by a very warm and professional lady ( Kristin). Kristin help me with every aspect of the rental process. We determined my rental needs the size of the unit, she walked me through the rental agreement. She is was knowledgeable in insurance and help me with access to the property. She made sure I was comfortable with everything we went through. I cant say enough about how well the service is here. Also loved the fact that everything was done electronically, no paperwork! Wow great experience!

PLEASE READ. Zero understanding for a firefighter!!My boyfriend rented a storage unit through these folks and everything was great at first until he went to take his things out of the unit today. He is a firefighter for the city and was on a 48 hour shift- so he couldn’t take his belongings out until the 2nd. Because of this he was charged the full month amount as they don’t do prorating.Now I completely understand this was in the contract and they didn’t do anything wrong here, but come on. I would think that on occasions like this, there could be an exception. What a way to repay those folks who protect and serve... not a class act move in my book. Just think about the fact that he is one of the brave men and women that will come for you no matter what the day or hour and you couldn’t extend what in my book is common courtesy to those who are MUCH less selfless than you.He misses Christmases, birthdays, thanksgivings and life events saving folks from car accidents, over doses and fires and you can’t give him this because he was working 48 hours in a row and couldn’t make it to the storage unit before then... Hope that 300 dollars was well worth it to you. 👌🏼

Had my unit broken into. Over 15 thousand dollars worth stolen. Was not notified by Public Storage although they were aware.Not a safe location being near the highway and the security is lacking (no cameras) pretty easy target, beware.

Hanne was so warm and helpful, she went out of her way to make the experience efficient and easy even going so far as to showing me the pace beforehand and ensuring my code worked. Never felt so comfortable and confident in staff or facilities as they were impeccably clean, secured well and modern. Very impressive.

Rented a 10x10 drive up unit online, for some short term storage needs. Easy, affordable and convenient. Michelle was onsite and finalized all my paperwork. She was friendly, efficient and professional. We got our unit and got unloaded in no time. Unit was clean and just what youd expect for a 10x10 storage unit.

I have rented space at this location twice - once for business and once for personal. I have found the staff to be helpful and conscientious. The location is clean and secure. Jo, the manager is especially helpful and respectful of her customers. She goes out of her way to be sure they have what they want in a very efficient way. I will be completing my move soon but would come back to this facility for any additional space or moving supplies I need in the future.

The unit is nice and a really great value. The location is near and its clean and well maintained. The staff are super friendly. I reserved my unit online and received a follow up phone call from Jo, she was really nice and setup a time for me to come in a finalize the lease. When I arrived Ken showed me the unit, how to use the locks and how to use the gate. He was really thorough, very friendly and answered all my questions. This Public Storage is a great value!

Jo is a wonderful manager. Very professional. She was very helpful in setting up and letting me cancel my unit. I would recommend her as an employee and as a manager. Location though, two thumbs down!! Downside is my unit AND the unit next-door got broken into in the same week. No cameras, no locks on outside doors. Spoke with two other renters who also got robbed. Insurance through PS is useless. Make sure you have NOTHING that cant be replaced in here, please get renters insurance that allows claims for places that arent your home.
