I’d been trying to get rid of my car for almost three weeks. I called a different company and all they did was reschedule me time and time again. Last night I decided I was done. I went online and filled out the form with the Junk Car Boys. It was late so I got a message immediately that said they’d get to mefirst thing in the morning. AND THEY DID!! The car is gone!!! They set up a pick up time for that day and they showed up when they said they were!!! Super nice guy came and got it out of here in no time!! I would recommend them to everyone!!

I am very impressed with this company. I had an old car that I needed to get rid of. I wanted to try and sell it however, my car need a new windshield and new tires before I could try selling. I didnt want to invest any money into the car so I looked online to try and donate. They gave me a decent quote over the phone but most importantly, they didnt try to change the amount once they showed up in person (which apparently is fairly common in the industry). The car was gone within 2 hours of my initial call. The tow truck operator was friendly and punctual. Very easy process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company if you dont feel like trying to sell your piece of junk car via a private party sale.

We had a part car we wanted to unload. Basically a shell with seats. It was a fairly smooth process. NC is not the easiest place to deal with this type of process compared to other states. Were happy to get rid of it. We were not worried about 25 or 50 dollars so it is a win for them. They get scrap and I got rid of vehicle.

I originally had a pretty bad experience here, I was quoted $400 for a car and then paid $200 for it when they arrived. I answered all of their questions honestly and even offered some info they didnt ask for. I wasnt shy about telling them that there was a shattered windshield and a ton of damage. One reason I was given less money was because the wheels werent steel, they were aluminum, but I was never asked this and I wouldnt have known how to tell anyway. To make a long story short, I was really upset about it and couldnt do anything to take any recourse since I was about to leave on a long vacation. All I could do is write a scathing review, so I did.A couple months later, I was contacted out of the blue by Patrick, a manager who read my comments, and told how my experience was a mistake on their part. He offered to make it right to me and he sent me a money order for the difference between what I was quoted and what I was paid. I must say that I had almost completely forgotten about this, so hearing from them was a total surprise. I have respect for a company that takes ownership of its issues and corrects them. Overall Im pleased, and I feel confident that they are taking measures to try and prevent this experience from happening to other people now. Thanks, guys!

I was originally misquoted by the rep I spoke to on the phone. The tow company called me when they were on their way and quoted me another amount that was $200 less than the initial quote. I called and spoke to Atalaya who forwarded the info to her manager. He called me to follow up stating they always stand by their quotes. He instructed the tow company to pay the original quoted amount, taking a loss on the companies end to provide good customer service. Its very rare you find a company willing to back up their employees word at the companys expense!! I would highly recommend this company to any and everybody who is needing to unload a car.
