This is my go to location as it is the nearest to me. Pretty classic HF tucked in your average shopping center. Its one of the smaller locations Ive been too but still seems to carry all the products Ive ever needed when I needed them. Very friendly staff, and usually very helpful. Really Enjoying the Bauer Line of products these days, they have really upd their game with them. Thanks to all the staff for putting up with us.

Its nice that they have nicer tools now, but are overpriced. Also, all of their good coupons like the 20% off are gone. Hardly any freebies any more. No loss leaders to get you in the door

I love to shop here. The staff is helpful when you need them but gi e you plenty of room to browse. There is so much to see and they have a large selection with great prices.

The employees here are lovely. Bea in particular is always very nice and tells you to have an amazing day.Otherwise, its harbor freight. What do you expect? Theyve got cheap tools, most of which are actually pretty worthwhile. Their lifetime warranty on hand tools is quite good.I dont buy many things from here, but when I do, I dont usually regret it. Personally I dont think throw away items here are worth it, things like zip ties or solderless terminals, but the shrink wrap sure is nice.I bought a motorcycle hitch rack here to haul my DR650 to California and back and it worked great. Its bent a bit, which concerns me, but I might weld some flat bar to it to make it more skookumer.

We went in to get paint brushes and work gloves. They have a large selection and low prices. There is something for everyone at Harbor Freight Tools. I have found some of the most interesting items....you owe it to yourself to take a wander through the aisles.

Cool store but I wish they had some basic hardware. Most of the products are pretty good but also, some of the product is not and will fall apart in you during the first few seconds of use out in field ($5 machete with black plastic handle).

This is the place for tools of all kinds, if you need a tool its probably here, hundreds to choose from. The have everything from appliance tools to painting equipment and everything in between! Very fun just to walk around and find things you need! At first I called this place the Dollar Tool Store because theyre stuff is very reasonable. Have fun and Shop!

Not the sturdiest tools, but for light use homeowner projects, they are a bargain. Employee very graciously l[ked through the back to find just the tools to help me unstop my kitchen sink.

There stock is low and thy have less stuff in there now dont know why but its harder to get thing there because there out of stock more then before and the cops are hiding in the parking lot looking for Im not sure but it makes me feel in easy when they just stair at me when Im just getting some new tools .

Im in here often and while I appreciate the prices and variety of tools, the checkout process is insane. I needed to quickly purchase a paint brush and at every register, there was some type of complicated, time consuming customer service issue holding up the line. Why not make a dedicated cs lane or dedicated express check out?

Went there and they just gave me the run around for tools. I feel like they didnt want to help me out.

Havent been here in couple years. Used to love shopping here but wow very sad this time majority of the shelves were empty only 1 cashier line of 10 people took half hour just to check out. Not for sure if Ill b back

I have come into this Harbor Freight quite a few times over the last few months, and when I come in the staff is very friendly. A few times there has been a supervisor, Traci, who tries to help me but has not been very helpful and always has to pass things off to other employees. One of those very helpful employees is usually Jack, he always makes sure to take care of me and assist with every question I have, as well as taking care of others. Now each time I go into the store I look or ask for Jack because he makes my shopping experience much better, and easier.

Harbor Freight has inexpensive tools and Hardware. The store is kept clean and has good stock. Easy to access, but not easily seen from the street.

Always something fun to find there. This is my husbands go-to place for all his projects.

Its Harbor Freight Tools I mean what can I say if you want to just use the tool one time maybe two times maybe even three times and pay like not very much money and like never use it as I get some s*** done real quick Harbor Freight is the place to go only if you get there before they close

Had more than i expected and a couple of things i actually needed. The youngest employee shocked me. He was very helpful. Happy to help. Was always woking, looked like he cared about his job. I hope he keeps it up and others his age learn and follow. Good job manager, keep him well trained and awarded, do your best to keep him.

Exceptional customer service from the whole crew at this store. I am so impressed. I called this location to see if they could let me know if several products were in stock before I made the trip over there. They not only checked for me, but they did so with a positive attitude and didnt make me feel like I was a burden. I went to the store, and the staff impressed me even further. They not only showed me where the items were in the store, but they helped load it in my vehicle as one of the items was pretty heavy. Thank you guys!!

A sales clerk by the name of JT was great help, looking for a service cart that I needed to replace, theyve been out of stock for a couple of weeks but he called others stores and was able to locate 1 and had them pull it and have it ready for me to pick it up. Got to the other store and it was ready to go, I was in and out in 5 minutes. Great customer service from both stores. 1st one being 88th and Sheridan and the 2nd one at 104th and Washington

There was only 1 stock item left that I wanted and it was damaged. the staff honored a deal for a similar model. Very happy with them helping me out.

Ill bet you want a $10 angle grinder. This place has everything and more, really affordable for single use tools for that one project. I go here first everytime, staff at this location is awesome.

The prices, coupons and, the free items with any purchase make it very enticing to shop there. Some would say the quality of items are nowhere near the higher priced brand named items but, I have purchased and still use many, many products. Often, the use and care of tooling is what makes them last. I will continue to shop at Harbor Freight with confidence.The store is generally clean with a friendly and helpful staff.

Called ahead and they said they had three, 20 ton hydraulic presses, in stock. Tickets were available on the floor. Drove two hours one way, waited in line, and they said they didnt have them once I got to the register. Why are the tickets on the floor of they are not available? Why are 3 showing in stock, if they are missing parts? Learn to organize your inventory.Employees were respectful.Left empty handed and wont be doing business here again.

Greeted shortly after entry. Store was clean and inviting, product was in stock and well stocked. Team members were helping customers and stocking shelves with customers the priority. Was there for almost an hour planing several projects ahead and shopping for the immediate ones. I found everything on my list and was checked out efficiently. Very pleasant visit.

Terrible just terrible I went to this place just been maybe three $400 on a good generator and more things running late on time I got there about 10-15 minutes before it was closing time and they had locked the door and refused to give me service when I told them I need to buy a generator to keep warm in the Sub-Zero temperatures he refused to open the door and called the police and on top of that I ask for the manager and he said he was the manager I was like oh my God when I told you that I needed the generator to stay alive to keep warm and its below zero temperature all I needed was a generator district manager refused to make his company money and shouldnt be working for them any longer I dont understand how can you put a person like that thats heartless like that in a manager position he should be fired and blacklisted to work anywhere send his behind 2 the street so did he know what its like to need help and dont get it when you could have

Patrick was very helpful in helping me out with a motorcycle stand/lift. He was very busy at the counter with helping customers and also answering the phones. I did not see anyone to ask for help to see if they had an additional stand i called about in advance to make sure they had before making the drive, so i waited in line to ask him for help. He used the walkie talkie to ask someone in the back to check for another one and they never got back to him, so when his line was empty he realized we were still there and went back to check himself. Sure enough he came back with the 1 stand they had left in the back, and of course i bought it and it has been awesome. Worth the extra patience and big thanks to Patrick and his hard work, or else i would have been on my way out to look elsewhere. Thank you!

Went looking for a hand held sand blaster. There were none on the shelf. I got a different one that I really didnt like as much. When I got to the register I explained what happened and he got an employee to go back into the warehouse to see if they had any more, sure enough they did. They were super busy but they took the time to help me out.Great customer service.

Harbor freight has turned up their tool game with their new line of tools. Always been a good place for cheap tools, but with that they dont usually hold up to much abuse. With the new line it fills in that gap.

Went to this Harbor Freight because the one closer to us wasnt helpful at all. At this location there was someone to help as soon as we walked in the door.They helped carry our very heavy purchase to the register and made sure we would get any help we needed out to our car.

Its like a tool rental place you dont have to worry about returning the tools to. Inexpensive tools that will get the job done and a surprisingly good amount of variety. The best deals are their sidewalk sales they seem to have every weekend. Youll find things you didnt know you needed but have to have at the prices theyre on sale for.

This one is really busy. They do have a bit of outs on their floor but with Covid going on Im not going to fault them for that. They are friendly and they know their tools. Great place to go for tools and what nots.

And I dont know if people are aware of this not but on the Pittsburgh tools that are made out of metal are a lifetime warranty so once you buy a pipe wrench you will never have to buy another pipe wrench the rest of your life I had a crescent wrench for three years it broke and they just handed me a new one within seconds and the tools work

Went in for a small compressor that was on sale & they had plenty in stock. They dont sell top of the line items like Snap On or Craftsman but they have a lot of good tools and things at a great price. Would recommend. Staff helpful & friendly.

All things considered, I find Harbor Freight to be a good source for some things. Being a master woodworker, I have a high collection of very high quality tools. Many of which are over 25 years old. None the less there are still some tools that I have that are relatively new, and they now get minimal use. Those are the applications for which I very much enjoy shopping for here. Every time I visit, I find more to buy than just what I came for.
