First off I want to say that the techs that came out are wonderful, respectful and did a good job. I work from home, have a new born and three kiddos on remote school. Peggy would call, leave a voicemail, text and then call again, all within a five minute period. At one point I excused myself from a meeting to answer her second call, I got two calls, two texts and a voicemail in a three minute span. Then she told my landlord that “Tell your tenant she needs to answer her phone”, that is just extremely rude and horrible customer service. When the techs were done and left we realized that the door opener in the garage was not working and my landlord requested that they return and fix it before she pays the remaining balance. Peggy told my landlord that one of the techs broke his toe on our uneven driveway and was extremely upset and didn’t want to come back (our driveway is not uneven, there is a very very small lip where the drive way meets the garage). Then Peggy told my landlord they shouldn’t have even put the garage door in because she didn’t pay the deposit, unfortunately that is a company issue not a customer problem, they should have made sure payments were made prior and not blame the customer for their disorganization. Everything was paid, fixed and done and my landlord asked for a invoice and Peggy told her that one was left at our property and she didn’t need to send her one, again extremely rude and bad customer service.Customer service makes or breaks it with companies.If you want decent work but to communicate with someone who will talk rudely, than this is the place.
Who would think a garage door company could make your day. Four years ago Quality tuned up our 50 year old garage door with new springs and adjustments. Yesterday it stopped working, and rather than send the tech out, Peggy walked thru some ways to troubleshoot what was happening. Over the phone she was able to diagnose the issue and offer excellent advice on getting it running again. When we do replace the door, Quality will get the job.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Had a non local company come by first and they were so expensive I had them leave. Called Quality Garage and they were almost half the price! Glad I made the call. And their tech (Kevin) was very friendly, honest and most of all made my wife feel comfortable when I wasn’t home. I will be using them again for sure!
This evening my garage door move back off right after it moves down. I thought it is broken so I call this number and a very nice lady answered the phone and she asked if the garage door went back off and that should be a sensor issue. She is exactly right. After I remove the broom from the sensor, that fixed the issue. Thank you for her service otherwise I either pay a new unnecessary sensor or leave my garage door open for the night.
Excellent responsive service. Jeremy got me taken care of within the week, installed two new doors, rails, lifts, openers, key pad etc. Quality work with attention to detail. Price was better than the big box stores and his quote was lower than others that I priced. Jeremy also gave me the wifi enabled openers, which is super awesome. I recommend this company with 5 stars.
I was very impressed with the honest way this company does business. It was refreshing, they have been here a long time and there is a reason for that. If you need help with a garage call them first !
One of my garage doors wouldnt open when one of my children got home late in the evening on a Tuesday night. The door itself was too heavy for me to lift temporarily to get our cars out for work the next day. I called Quality Garage Door the following morning around 8:00 AM. I have to say that Ive never been treated better by a service company. Peggy who took my call was very nice and one of the most courteous people Ive dealt with. Then to my amazement, the owner (Randy) showed up to my house in less than an hour to replace the springs. While working on my door, he noticed some hinge issues (Completely Broken). Randy simply fixed them as part of the fee for the spring repair. Speaking of fees... the cost to have my door fixed was very reasonable. Ill continue to exclusively use and refer Quality Garage for all my door needs!
Prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly - what more could you ask for? I have a working garage door less than 4 hours after the initial call!
We called Quality Garage Door CO. to help us, we had a 32+ yr. old door opener that was starting to drive us nuts. They sent out Jeremy to install a new opener for us, he was great, very professional and made sure it was working smoothly before he left. Great place. They had the parts I needed and their prices were better than what I had found on Amazon. Its nice to have an actual storefront around so that I can get parts the same day.
We have been doing business with Quality Garage Door for over 20 years. We needed their help when the contractors we hired to fix our house after a car hit it. The contractors ended up making matters worse with trying to repair our garage door. Called Ms Peggy and she was on top of it. A HUGE thank you to Ms Peggy Mr Kevin and Mr Jeramy for coming and cleaning up after a so called professional contractors. We will never do business with anyone else. Love this company.
(Aug 28th) All that peggy wants to do is argue with me on the phone and wont listen she told me that my lift opener needs to be replaced and its brand new so then she said call Sears ha! Wow and unbelievable! I pray for you and yours. (Sep 12)Your response is totally inaccurate! You guys charged me 400$ stop lying at least I have receipt! Really! Lying will get yo nowhere. You came back after that for free. Then I called you again the very next day not 3 weeks and thats when peggy said sorry no one can make you happy.!ha ha hahahahahah I apologize for any unkindness and am very sorry your going through so much pain and now your projecting it on me.. on here nonetheless. Again I pray for you.
Not recommended. Instead of naming each individual issue over the course of our two weeks, I’ll say this: I constantly felt like I was inconveniencing them, I had to call daily to get updates on my door, I was given attitude as to why I wanted a quote when “we told you on the phone.” Save your time with this place.
When my spring broke on my door, I called this company to get information on service. I have NEVER been treated with so little respect from someone in the service industry in my life! The very rude woman who answered the phone was snippy with me and very condescending! She talked to me as though I were a 2 year old being punished! After calling another garage door company to find same day service, I called this rude woman back to let her know I had found someone who could come that day...she basically started barking at me about how other companies are taking away local business and would NOT let me talk to tell her it was a local company. I finally had to practically shout over her to tell her I did not need her service! I will never use this company and now my in-laws who had used them in the past, will no longer be using them. So, unless you enjoy being treated with zero respect, I would recommend finding someone else!

Our garage door broke on a Saturday and from the time I called to the time he completed the job was one hour. The pricing was very reasonable; I would definitely recommend :)
