Tony is awesome. He was quick, thorough and super nice. It is so nice to have someone give you an actual price on the phone, then come in and over deliver. He fixed my torsion spring in about 20 minutes and left everything cleaner than when he arrived. Highly suggest this company!

Tony arrived on time, we had an emergency garage door repair and it was after hours. It was raining too. He fixed the door, recommended replacing the rollers, which saved us another trip fee. Tony came to fix a spring on my garage door. They were able to come for same day service which was amazing because my car was stuck in the garage. He was very professional and even added on a couple of extra things like fixing bolts and making sure the garage closed all the way. They were in and out very quickly and did great work. I will recommend them in the future to my friends and family.

I heard this loud noise and thought the cable had snapped on my garage door. I called a couple places to no avail. When I called Excalibur, Tony answered, we discussed what I saw, I sent a photo to him and he was not only able to diagnose that it was actually the spring that had broken, but he was able to provide me with a quote right then and there on the phone. We had a cable brake on our garage door and called them. They were there the next day with well equipped truck and ready to do the job first thing in the morning. The workman NEW HIS JOB and provided EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! He also provided a very valuable assessment of the status of our GD with recommendations - no sales pitch, just honest assessment. It is always great to get a worker who knows his profession and provides such service quickly. Service was very quick and price was reasonable. And he finished with a through lubrication of all the squeaking parts.

Tony answered the phone when I called at 9:30pm one night. Set an appointment for the next day. He arrived right when he said he would. He got my garage door fixed (springs & cables replaced) in about an hour and it works great. 2 yr. warranty on the springs. Tony then lubricated everything and showed me what will need maintenance in the future. I was charged exactly what he quoted me. There is a 3% fee for credit cards but thats pretty standard. Very professional. High level of workmanship. Highly recommended. Make Excalibur your first call... it will be your last call. Thank you, Tony.

I chose Excalibur due to the high Google reviews; so I thought I should respond in kind, given that my experience with Excalibur was also 5 stars. When my garage door stopped working, I called Excalibur. Tony answered and did his best to answer my questions, including explaining the various possibilities and approximately what each scenario would cost. We set an appointment, and he arrived on time, worked quickly, explained everything to me, answered all of my questions, was extremely polite and professional, and gave me a coupon for next time. I would definitely recommend, and should I ever need garage door help again, I will definitely call Tony.

I don’t really ever leave reviews for places, but felt compelled to do so for Tony with Excalibur. I called at about 6:30 p.m. on a Friday evening, immediately after arriving home to a garage door that wouldn’t open, and with no expectations of when they might be able to fit me in. Tony offered to come out and look at my garage door immediately. Luckily I happen to live pretty close by and he was literally at my home within ten minutes of my phone call.Before he came over he tried to help me diagnose the problem over the phone so he could give me a ballpark estimate of what the cost would potentially be. Once he got here, he took the time to explain and show me the issue and offered a couple of different solutions along with the prices for each so I could decide what worked best for me.I am very grateful for Tony and his service and know that you will be too if you choose Excalibur!

Tony helped us tighten the torsion springs at a very reasonable price and gave us good education about garage maintenance. He was clearly very enthusiastic about his work and not just working for the money. He offered us numerous cost cutting tips and we will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs any garage expertise.

After getting in contact with two other companies at 10:30PM I found Excalibur. They were willing to come out and replace my tension springs. The two gentlemen got the job done fast and were knowledgeable about the questions i had.If you need repair on the fly and want great service along with it call Excalibur!

I just had two garage doors serviced by Tony of Excalibur. He exceeded all expectations. Firstly he helped me diagnose the problem over the phone (I sent him a 30sec video from my ipad which helped him do the diagnosis. He gave me an estimate by phone which was very reasonable. He arrived on time. Completed the repair and actually did not have to replace one roller he thought he would. So, the cost was less than estimated.Tony was very personable but also very professional. Great experience. I called and left a message very early and got a call back right away. I described what happened and they gave me an estimate and their min charge. Made plan to come do repair between 1 and 3 PM. He cam right at 2. Showed me what was wrong and options for repair. Told me about potential of new Opene er, but opted for repair. Easy Peasy to deal with. I will call again for my garage door repair.

Upon giving Excalibur a call for a garage door repair, I was quoted a price. After calling around, the price seemed in line with other shops, but Excalibur was the closest to my residence, so I went with them.On the second call, I asked if I could use the coupon they have advertised on their site, and they said no since I was receiving a Special price... which wasnt clarified in the original quote.Upon repair, he decided to replace the cables, which it did need, but was something I had planned to do myself. They are a few bucks at the hardware store and take a few minutes to replace. Excalibur charged $65 to put them on.The final price ended up being $100 more than I had expected to pay... and then when it came time for payment, there was a 3% charge for using a credit card... which goes against credit card processing protocol.Overall, the garage door works great, but with all the hiccups in between, I cant really recommend Excalibur.
