I had an appointment with someone. When I showed up, a technician there told me it would be 10 to 15 minutes before she could see me. That was while I watched two people walk in and be helped by the person I had an appointment with. 20 minutes passed, and I finally asked one of the five millennials standing around, talking about their weekend, if any one of them could help me. One of them got really bummed out, and with a long look on her face said, “sure”. We went to do business, and within 2 minutes she told me that the deal I received from the other tech had expired. It’s unfortunate that I didn’t receive an apology for my wasted time, or another offer of equal value. I don’t recommend wasting YOUR time at this branch. It’s crazy to think of someone acting put out when asked to do their job. But hey, it’s 2021. Why should anybody be expected to actually work for their money.

Great service here for me tonight. I arrived, unwittingly, late by about 5 minutes to this store. Some Xfinity store locations are open till 8pm, this one however is not and they close at 6pm. But I could see folks in the store and I waited a few minutes and when they came out, the associate helping them allowed me to hand her the hardware I needed to return back and she said shed take it off my account. Im very grateful for her and not having to run back over there again this week. Just wanted to say Thank you to her so much for being customer focused... You didnt have to help me but you did anyway!

Avoid this store, I went there to get the connection issue when I bought the new iPhone and they said the phone is not supported on the network even though they were selling the phone in store.. I was able to get the issue fixed later by myself.They have no knowledge on the products they are selling....

Employees were helpful. In and out in under 10 mins. Sadly didnt get the answer I wanted but thats more Comcast issue then the store. I really dont want to pay 200 dollars for working wifi.

This location for Xfinity/Comcast is awesome! Theyve fixed issues Ive had from other locations and made sure they helped us correctly. Another location gave my parents the wrong box twice. They knew right away what box they needed. I also use them for my mobile service and had great treatment for that. They even spoke to my fiancés step father to try to convince him it was safe to port numbers from his account.

This review is specifically for this location, not for Xfinity as a whole. James P. was great and very helpful. I had to call customer service which took 40 minutes because they couldn’t set up my phone and cancel my service with my last carrier in the store which sucked. James checked in with me multiple times to see if I needed help and put on my screen protector for me. The store was clean with screens to protect customers. Their prices for Mobile are cheaper here than Verizon by quite a bit as well.

Went in a few weeks ago to upgrade my modem and look over my bill and services provided. James P helped me and he rocked. Because of Covid I had tried the online help through comcast first, which they tried to up sell my and almost doubling my bill. James was able to get me a new much faster modem, lower my monthly rate and was all around super helpful, professional and awesome.

Not worth it! Currently paying for the 1000mbs for a house and barely gets to 60mbs even with a hardwire connection and only 3-4 devices being connected at a time. Outages happen at least once a month if not more.

I use Xfinity mobile and I pay by the gig I never pay more than $24 a month usually $12 a month because I always use Wi-Fi plus with Xfinity Wi-Fi being everywhere barely rarely ever have to use your own

I would not recommend switching to Xfinity Mobile. The customer service is terrible. They claim they save you money but that is a lie. I signed up for the same exact plan I had with Verizion a 10G plan and I used all my data with xfinity mobile in 4 days. How can I have a 10G plan with Verison for over a year and never once used all my data but with xfinity I used in it 4 days? I called support 5x and they couldnt explain. They have no idea how to provide customer service or what they are doing. Now I had to move to an unlimited plan which puts me at the same price I was paying with Verizon. I also wasnt told I could trade in my old phones. Then I called after the fact and went to the store and now they say they wont take my old phones. They could have told me all this when I still had coverage on my phones to fix it. I am honestly not sure if I cancel service. This has been a huge waste of time and money.

I wish I could say something positive about my experience transferring to xfinity mobile. It’s been two months and my service or the ability to contact customer support hasn’t changed. James at their location sold me my unlimited plan under the idea id be getting 5G hotspot until 20gb of data usage was used. However that is false, after weeks of calling customer support and getting every person across seas that cannot understand English, finally a manager tells me that their hotspot will never exceed 0.5gb/s even when you haven’t capped out. And when asked to cancel they said of course because they do not have contracts, but once again, did not mention that the phone payment itself was a contract that had to be paid off and just not returned. 25 years of being a customer with xfinity and I’m starting to think of switching all together after this POOR customer service.

I am writing to let anyone know that this company’s location is very unprofessional an does not value the privacy of ones account. This location let someone walk in an cancel my account without calling to verify with myself the account holder. This representative names Joe was uneducated when it came to a privacy policy an security measures an just assumed it was okay because someone walked in with my information to take the account out of my name an put theirs on to the account. I have tried many times to contact the location an get a round about when it comes to contacting this store manager or their customer service. I think this is highly non acceptable! Security measures should always be held, confirmation should always be made by the account holder! Not just assume because they have the information at hand it was just “okay”. I would like to be contacted immediately in regards to this unacceptable protocol that I believe is an should be held for your representatives who let anyone just walk into your store an close accounts without verifying!

I am a new customer and was unsure about signing a contract without knowing how the internet speeds actually are in my area. I was instructed by a sales representative, Phil Nguyen, to text him within the week if I wanted to continue with the unlimited internet package. I texted him and he confirmed he changed my account. Only to find out 2 months later that he did not change my account, leading me to jump through hoops to get my account in order. My recommendation is to call Comcast. Their phone agents are much more polite. helpful, and break down the services provided.

I bought a new phone and my voicemail and cellular data werent working. I went into the store and was told that I would have to call Xfinity customer care to have them match the new IMEI number and my SIM and they never at one point offered to help me with that. They did give me the quick access phone number to call so I wouldnt have to wait on hold another 40 plus minutes (as is standard with Xfinity anyway), and gave me a new SIM just in case. I was like fine. I went and called the number and it wont let you get past the enter store number part, which of course I dont have and obviously cant get as all the Xfinity store phone numbers listed online are for the general Xfinity customer service which puts you on hold for 40 minutes or so. Xfinity has to be the absolute worst customer service that basically EVERYONE has to deal with if they want internet. ** Update - I will however add, that every once in awhile you will finally get to a person that actually tries to help you, but in order to get those people you have to wait hours and multiple phone trees and hang ups usually...

I finally went to the store in person after waiting over an hour for a response on their customer service chat (the window is still open and it has yet to respond.)I was being charged an unexpected price and other aspects of my account were different than Id been told to expect. Now that I think about it this isnt the first time Xfinity customer service and sales people have told me things that didnt turn out to be true.After the customer service attendant explained my account to me I expressed frustration that that wasnt what I expected. In response the attendant just looked at the ground, not even making eye contact. That seemed like a good moment for someone to offer alternatives or even try to sell me a different plan. We stood there in silence until I said I guess thats all then and left the store.

Ive been in to this Xfinity store 2 times now and each time have had wonderful service! James cancelled our home phone for us without the usual guilt-trip. He also upgraded our internet for us for free and gave us a free Peacock streaming device. James then took the time to help us transfer all of our phones over from our AT&T plan, which will save us $150/month! We now use the Verizon network through Xfinity Mobile and have access to all of their hotspots (there are TONS) for free. I went in to cancel the home phone and left a very happy customer, all without the sales pressure to add cable, which we dont have and dont want! Thanks James!

These people charged me for an upgrade over $260+ I left with a crappier version of the phone I went in with.Went in with an iPhone 11 Pro Max paid to upgrade to the 12 pro max the phone had someone else’s Apple ID logged in. They said sorry we have no more 12’s so you can take this 11 and we won’t refund any of your money for the upgrade.Disgusting customer service

I went in to get a refund because I was charged twice on a bill due to having a payment arrangement setup and I payed my bill before the arrangement and also canceled the arrangement. When the arrangement date came Xfinity still charged me. I asked the employee at this location for a refund and they told me they couldn’t process the refund and customer care couldn’t process the refund. I called customer care while walking out the store and got my refund processed over the phone with Xfinity. Obviously the rep in the location did not want to take the time to look into the situation that would take a couple minutes... And working in a retail store myself.. I’d say terrible service, thanks.

After months of calling xfinity loyalty department to cancel cable TV and reduce internet speed only to end up paying way more than quoted - literally lied to over & over...I finally went into the new Xfinity location 144th at The Orchards...Phil Nguyen was extremely professional, honest and polite. He gave me what i was looking for - simple line item price breakdown with total and taxes! Clear, complete & simple! If it wasnt for Phil, i wouldve canceled all my services with Xfinity after 30 continuous years.Phil also helped me transfer our phones over from AT & T (after 28 continuous years). Honesty, integrity and professionalism -What a great experience!Thank you Phil!!***Instead of calling the toll free # and getting the runaround***I definitely recommend going into the Westminster Xfinity store at The Orchards and working with ***Phil Nguyen***(Both managers, Omar & Will were also extremely professional)

Switched our family over from ATT to Xfinity Mobile here a few days ago and couldn’t be happier with our experience! I was gearing up for a long, frustrating process to get us all switched over and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and easily it all went. We were helped by Phillip who was very knowledgeable and helpful, found good solutions for any issues we had and even helped us streamline our other xfinity services. I was provided bad info about the iPhone XR purchased at this location. About to travel overseas and initially told the phone comes unlocked. Not only it is locked but can only be unlocked if paid in full, not on a monthly payment plan. To top it all, the manager’s suggestion was to cancel my mobile service; instead I decided to pay the phone in full. When asked to talk to or call a supervisor, my ask was flat out denied. I’m sure that most reps at this location provide excellent service, however, the service provided by William Eslinger was just awful.BTW, the signal quality of Xfinity Mobile is just as good as Verizon’s.

I originally called the Xfinity hotline to situate a problem I was dealing with concerning my internet. After ten minutes of conversation with a representative over the phone I was informed that I needed to go into my nearest Xfinity store to solve my issue and I am so happy that I did! The building was brand new and the staff were very welcoming. I had an awesome experience from start to finish and the main reason was because of who was helping me. I was assisted by two excellent staff members (Damasjae C. and Kearstin C.) who not only helped me with a resolution but went above and beyond to help alleviate the predicament I was in. Not very often nowadays that customer service excels to the point of recognition but today was an exception. I am so thankful to these two for all their help and expertise that they provided me with today! I now feel comfort in knowing this store and location exists and I wont hesitate to come back in for any future requests!

The staff at this store are not helpful and have not ability to answer technical questions. I was referred to the store by customer service for picking up additional tv boxes. I had to call their customer service number while sitting there to get any questions answered. The associate talked to me like I was an idiot. Should have just waited for the boxes to be shipped. If you want your Internet to sporadically lose connection everyday for about a quarter of the day, then pay Xfinitys exuberant prices and youll never go wrong! Seriously if dropped service is what you are looking for then look no further. Youll get so much nothing with xfinitys Internet its almost too good to be true. Why would you pay for a consistent and strong connection through another internet provider? When you could pay an arm and a leg to have internet half of the time? Insert sarcasm wherever youd like.

The Retail Sales Professional who set up my account entered my name incorrectly.....I have called his number three times and he has yet to return my call. Comcast urges me to get in my car and drive to the store to get this corrected as the store is the only way to get this done.
